Hampton Inn & Suites St. George

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool and fire were nice.

Nice and comfortable. Easy freeway access! Quiet!

Staff was so awesome and friendly.

The room and hotel is extremely clean, the staff is super nice and the air conditioning works great.

The room rates are higher than so many in the area, but you do get a great room. Never had an issue.

Location, price

Beds are not comfortable and you need better hair dryers

Breakfast was very good fresh and hot

I wish they and no dairy products

Good

Все было отлично, чистая постель, чистый номер приятный персонал вкусный завтрак

The overall experience was good. Except for the running all night big rigs right outside the building. Even on floor 5 it was window shaking. Could not sleep without earplugs.

Too loud. Running big rigs right outside all night shaking the windows. Had to wear earplugs all night.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. I also love the location away from the downtown St. George area. Traffic in that area is very busy, but this location has much better parking and easy road access. The views from the property are also wonderful.

N/A I have no complaints

Cora at the front desk was great! She was professional, friendly and a great help. The studio suite was large, comfortable and had a King Bed. The included breakfast was fantastic! The breakfast menu changes a bit every day of the week. This is one of our favorite Hampton Inns. We stay there as often as we can when visiting Utah!

The hotel is new or renovated, everything is in a great condition. Perfect WiFi, good breakfast.

All of it!

Convenient

Great service from the staff the late breakfast and the cookies and water

Great location right off the freeway and out of the chaos, but still close enough to everything

I did loose a really nice pillow here. It was brand new and worth too much for me to travel with but I left it on the bed and went back as soon as I realized and they couldn't locate it. My fault but I was surprised they couldn't find it.

Very pleasant stay, beautiful lobby and breakfast area, good coffee and a reasonable breakfast.

A bit hard to get to from the freeway

This is a pretty new property, which always makes it better. This is an up and coming development. There is a few walkable restaurants and a grocery with more soon. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

How is this a #1 value for pets when they want $150 for a pet?

The room was very nice and spacious.

Very clean and nice. Rooms were updated. Beds were comfortable. Would def stay again. Takes 10 mins to get to airport by car.

April and Malea greeted me in such a welcoming way and made me feel special. As a previous business traveler I've stayed at Hampton Inns all over the country and I can't ever remember feeling this good about checking-in. The housekeeping and kitchen staff also greeted me with a smile. The holiday decorations were pleasant. I have never seen thoughtful messages on bananas before. I didn't want to leave because of the exceptional staff!

everything's clean and spacious even the roll-in shower but I could've used a little more room in that roll-in shower.

could have used order surface floor for my wheelchair and Hoyer lift. I didn't look but I assumed there wasn't a accessible lift to put me in the pool.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us.

Nothing

Stayed at this hotel for a conference we were attending in St. George. The rooms were clean. The staff was wonderful, and the location was great.

Access to freeway and easy to find. It was very clean.

Not too many restaurants nearby other than fast food. Although, we did realize the area is still being developed.

Good breakfast and comfortable stay

I stayed here 2 times in 2 weeks one time on a Sunday which was $100 for the one night and exceptional for that and one time on a Friday $300 for that one night and absolutely no on that price point for this hotel I can stay in a beautiful top rated hotel in vegas for one night for that price this hotel is not a $300 a night hotel they do not have even half the things required for a customer for that price point it's a nice hotel but the pricing needs to be in line with what they offer our first stay we had a exceptional hotel clerk check us in the second stay the clerk was not the best kind of rude to us a little I thought

The different pricing for what they offer and the different hotel clerks checking us in because being greeted by a friendly outgoing person makes everything start off great compared to someone who is kind of rude to you at check in it sets the whole tone for your stay

New hotel, pleasant staff. Nothing not to like. Thanks to Audrey for helping get back the items we carelessly left in the room. We didn't actually know they were missing until she called us.

Very nice and clean. Love the rooms. They were well appointed. Staff was great. We will definitely stay here again.

NA

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean

We stayed for nearly a week, great customer service, clean, safe. Beautiful views, coffee and tea/cocoa consistently available. The hot tub is huge. Maureen is very friendly!

Close to where our daughter lives. Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room and surrounding area.

On a long journey up north, arrived late in the night and there was an issue with the room. The night desk representative looked after us by getting us into a different room. The next morning, we spoke to Stephanie, the manager, and she went the extra mile to look additionally after us, making it a blessing and very worthwhile stay. Thanks so much Stephanie and staff for the integrity to more than solve our issue. Jesus' blessings!

New hotel Decent location

The breakfast could better like serving real eggs The mattress was hard

Air conditioner filters needed cleaned.

Friendly reception. When I left the Front Desk clerk provided 2 bottles of water knowing that I was heading for Arizona

From the minute we walked in, until check out everyone was professional and friendly.

pretty much nothing. I have one recommendation. The shower pan needs little cleaning. That's it, otherwise everything was good.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dry clean, modern, comfortable!

Liked everything!

The property was clean and quiet. Staff was pleasant. Gym facilities quite nice.

Located right off the highway for better or worse. Easy to access but nothing interesting nearby. No restaurants but a decent grocery in walking distance.

Awesome hotel. Very clean. The staff were friendly. The beds were super comfortable. The shower head was adjustable but the current setting was great and felt relaxing.

I always enjoy staying at a Hampton inn and Suites. I’ve never been disappointed. This location was great. The rooms are clean and nice. Even though the hotel was packed, it was quiet. The beds were super comfy and we slept well. Breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the friendly staff.

I booked online and didn’t get any Hilton points as a member. If I book online through another company I should be able to earn Hilton points as a member because I could have stayed anywhere. Hilton members should get the best price offered so we don’t have to book through other places. I booked a package.

I just want to give the Breakfast Crew a huge shout out. They were just super nice and friendly and very helpful. They were super kind to my daughter. She loved it. We stayed here for a week and the staff were great. Shout out to Maureen. She is just cool and was hanging out with my daughter for a second just saying hi. I know it meant a lot to her. Thank you guys! -Justin

The Hampton Inn Sun River provides the service of a much pricier hotel on many levels. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. On my recent stay I accidentally left a personal item in my room. Over the years I’ve had this happen a few times and with the exception of five star resorts, I have never had much luck getting things back. In this case, Cora went the extra mile and found my lost item and mailed it back to me. This was above and beyond my expectations for a Hampton Inn, I must say. This was in addition to providing extremely professional and courteous service during my stay as well. The free EV charging saved me a fast charger the next day and made my stay almost free. Southern Utah is not a location known for hospitality, but the Hampton Inn Sun River is a gem in the area and stands out.

This Hotel was awesome , relaxing, and welcoming! Great location, Hotel was spotless, room was fantastic, and Ashley at the Front desk was exceptional! Close to Smiths, Starbucks, And John G's Pizza was 4 miles away! Loved the gym and I took advantage of the Free Level One EV Charging! I met Ty and Stephanie when charging, they are the GM's of the Hotel! I suggested that every Hampton Inn be duplicated like this hotel, for service, cleanliness, welcoming, location, and Value!

Hotel was clean! Staff was awesome! Maureen at breakfast was so sweet! Breakfast was great!! Loved everything! Will 100% be back here to stay!!

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in St. George, and I want to specifically recognize Ashley at the front desk. She was welcoming, professional, and very attentive throughout my stay. She followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly, which really made a difference. Excellent customer service and a great representative of the hotel.

It’s location

Nothing

My experience here was the best hotel experience I have had in the last 20+ years. The hotel was clean and well decorated as many are, but the staff is what made it such a great stay. I arrive at 9 pm. The check-in experience was efficient and personable. She even recommended some good late night eating options A different staff member was cleaning and she was nothing but kind and interacted with several guests in a great way. I needed some assistance after 11 and the experience with that staff was just as good. She was personable and helpful in so many ways. The next day as I was eating the excellent breakfast, I overheard 2 of the staff that service breakfast interact with guests and provide excellent service and kindness. The checkout experience was just as smooth and seamless. My only regret is that I don't live closer to stay here again. I recomend highly.

This was a second stay at this hotel and wow has it grown up around it since it opened. Located just a few exits south of the main area of St. George this Hampton is quiet, convenient, and provides service that is unrivaled by many full service hotels. We were in for a long stay, traveling for a golf adventure over Thanksgiving, and April was kind in understanding our needs and assigning a room that would be our home. Housekeeping was immaculate, even going so far as making little bows out of toilet paper – – a magic I still don’t understand. We’re planning on being back in March for another golf adventure. We wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Everyone was so nice. The rooms are great plenty of room and super clean. Good breakfast and I love that they have hot tea and coco at night for guests.

The nicest staff EVER!!! They are so helpful and friendly. This is such a great place to stay!! We always stay here when we come to St. George!

The very best part of this hotel is its employees. They are amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. I’ve stayed here several times because of its employees. This time there was a bad smell in my room and they assumed it was the pipe in the shower. They checked to see if another room was available but there wasn’t. They immediately brought a solution to pour down the drain as well as a bottle of fabreeze to leave in the room. Will definitely stay here again.

Maureen was so attentive and sweet at breakfast. She help us and made us feel like friends. Breakfast was great The room was clean

Very nice hotel. Room is spacious and nice. Breakfast is super with lots of friendly staff keeping the breakfast area cleaned and well stocked. We visited with one of the ladies, Maureen. She was very friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again.

The breakfast was really good and clean. Maureen did a good job on everything! She helped me find all the stuff I needed/so helpful.we will have to come back again!

It was very well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was nice that the refrigerator in the room had an on off switch. which helped keep the room very quiet when shut down very helpful.

Everything about that property and facility was great.

Super friendly front desk staff, breakfast was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable

From check in to check out was very efficient and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk very friendly and professional.

Always an incredible experience! Front desk staff was kind and accommodating-especially Cora and Karen. Our favorite stop!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel is clean and very welcoming. Our house keeper Liz made sure we had fresh towels and a clean room the whole time we were there. Front desk were delightful as well. 10 out of 10

Where do I begin. Front desk associate was friendly and excellent. I checked in late and was hungry, but all area food options were closed. I was pleased to see that the hotel had many snacks and microwavable options available. It was basically a grocery store! The front lobby was super clean and well furnished and decorated. The room was beyond any comparable hotel I've ever stayed in, and I travel often. Everything, from the comfort of the bed to the shampoo and body wash was best I've experienced. I always bring my own pillow because I've NEVER liked hotel pillows, they're always too big and I like to sleep on my side or stomach. They were perfectly soft and thin. The shampoo and body wash was a brand called Zero/o. Ive never heard of it, but will be looking to order when I return home. The TV had Netflix and other apps that I could log into my account. I very much enjoyed watching my favorite shows and movies. Location of hotel was right off of the Interstate, very easy to locate and access. Outstanding stay from start to finish!

Nothing to report here, everything was best in class.

Very nice room with a mini fridge. The free breakfast was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. One night there were noisy children straight above us, but they left the next day and didn’t bother us again. The hot tub is beautiful, with a large fireplace next to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast
