Hotel muito bem localizado com fácil deslocamento a pé para diversos pontos turísticos. Para pontos turísticos mais distantes foi fácil utilizar o transporte público. Quarto e banheiro bem espaçosos.

Sem críticas.

O melhor é a localização. 5 min a pé da Fontana de Trevi. Água gelada e café a vontade. Limpeza excelente. Tem até guarda-chuva se precisar. A entrada não parece de hotel e não tem placa. Mas se seguir o endereço chegará certinho. O café da manhã é maravilhoso!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Constantino who handled all our concerns perfectly and then we encountered Michela who personally handled our travel issues and was so concerned that we were happy. The rooftop deck was great also.

Close to trevi fountain, not far from Spanish steps. Shops and restaurants walking distance. Also Metro walking distance. Staff, very welcoming and friendly.

Iittle noise, but expected on a narrow alley . It Did not ruin our holiday .

Room was quite small and bar fridge also very small. Wi Fi was a bit hit and miss.

Very nice and clean rooms, friendly service. Good localization, near center and metro station.

Very clean rooms. The area was very quiet but still very close to all the historical sites. There is a large supermarket at the end of the street. The apartment has a small area for tea and coffee facilities and an outside courtyard area. The beds were super comfortable. I felt very safe being on the 1st level.

Reception hours are 8.30-4.30 however it didn't impact us.

I liked that the room was clean. Reception staff was wonderful and it was nice having the coffee and water station available to us.

The bathroom could use a small table for ladies to put their makeup bags, etc, on. Having that would be a huge improvement to the comfort of the room.

The room was clean and the location was very good.

The location near the Trevi fountain was really convenient, we could walk to all places of interest. The rooms were okay size for a short stay, for a longer stay, it would be a bit cramped. We liked the terrace, however the weather was not too suitable to take full advantage of it.

The cleaning quality was not the best and the room temperature was a bit cold (could be fixed with turning on the A/C but initially it was cold) and the floor remained cold at all times. The shower button to switch between the two modes was broken.

The host is very attentive and the apartment is very cozy. We recommend it to those who want a well-located place to stay without spending much.

Great location, about a 10-minute walk from Fontana di Trevi. Excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff.

La ubicación está muy bien, el chico en recepción es muy amable (podría mejorar su inglés), la habitación es cómoda y la limpieza es excepcional. El baño cuenta con 1 jabón de manos grande y la ducha con un gel del mismo tamaño.

Partimos de la base que el "hotel" es un piso reformado para tener 6 habitaciones y te cobran un precio elevado, hay que tener en cuenta que estás en el centro, en Trevi eso en parte imagino que justifica el precio que tiene la estancia. Alternativamente, no hay almuerzo incluido, el almuerzo es una cafetera en una zona común del piso. Los check-in se realizan a las 14:30 si no me equivoco (nosotros llegamos antes) y la recepción cierra a la misma hora, no entiendo como eso puede ocurrir. No podíamos poner la calefacción en la habitación porque estaba limitado a 20ºC en el piso y el aire acondicionado se apagaba automáticamente.

La posizione è strategica. La gentilezza e disponibilità del ragazzo alla reception impagabili. La stanza comoda e fedele alle immagini fornite. C’è una bella terrazza per gli ospiti e acqua e altri generi di conforto a disposizione liberamente.

Le stanze sul davanti meglio di quella che dà sulla terrazza posteriore.

A única coisa que decepcionou um pouco foi a cama que está muito “gasta” e marcada em determinado ponto.

A acomodação superou nossas expectativas. O quarto é grande e confortável. O banheiro também é grande e estava bem limpo. O chuveiro é forte. Na área comum há um filtro de água e tem café e chá disponíveis para tomar quando quiser. Achamos isso sensacional. A localização é excelente, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Muito perto da estação de metrô e da Fontana di trevi, onde há vários restaurantes. Indicamos muito e pretendemos voltar!

Como chegamos a noite, não tinha ninguém na recepção. Isso foi meio complicado porque não tinhamos visto que eles haviam tentado entrar em contato previamente. Mas quando entrei em contato, tudo foi resolvido rapidamente. O café da manhã é servido em um restaurante próximo e não tem muitas opções, mas atendeu nossa necessidade já que ficamos apenas 1 noite.

Ottima posizione, vicino al centro; un po’ contorto l’accesso (due chiavi ed un codice ogni volta per accedere); Personale (quando presente) molto cordiale e disponibile, anche se non ci è stato riferito al check in che il caffè e l’acqua erano gratuiti in zona comune ed abbiamo dovuto chiederlo noi il secondo giorno. In seguito ne abbiamo approfittato per pausa mattutina, ma lo zucchero era finito e la macchinetta non era stata pulita. La camera molto spaziosa ed ordinata. Comodissimi i letti e bagno ampio e curatissimo (la doccia con due sifoni e luce autonoma una vera chicca!) Un deficit notevole è stata la scarsa presenza di prese elettriche: solo una accanto al letto e l’altra nel corridoio, dunque poco funzionale. La sera nella via adiacente c’è stata un po’ di confusione, ma per fortuna non fino a tarda notte. Nel complesso ottima esperienza, anche se non collimante con l’altissimo costo.

Prezzo troppo alto, rispetto alle caratteristiche.

Personale molto gentile, posizione ottima, camera pulita.

Sarebbe opportuno sostituire la rubinetteria del bagno doccia compresa, un voto di meno per questo.

It was easy to check-in. We arrived late hours, no problem with entering the property. The room was big for the 3 of us and the bathroom is clean. Restaurants across the Guesthouse was very good. Trevi Fountain and other points of interest is walkable. Surprise free Continental breakfast available after 9 am. Great place to stay in Rome.

A lovely hotel to accommodate my husband and I during our visit in Rome. Location was perfect, as it was very convenient to all shopping, dining, café, transportation, options, and various sites. The hotel felt very safe and secure, and the check-in and checkout process was Very easy. Our host was very kind, friendly and helpful and even helped arrange for a taxi to the train station. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Was very central,only a 3/4 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Our family room was very big,huge big bed and the mattress & pillows we loved.our daughter had a comfy single bed.shower was a lovely big size. Also the coffee machine in the communal area was a lovely touch and the water machine gave out lovely ice cold water. The gentleman working there was chatty,friendly and very helpful. Check in was smooth etc.

Property had easy check in after hours, comfortable and was in a great location being able to easily walk to most attractions

We didn't get much light in our room our room opened up to like ground of the courtyard which was about awkward

Luca was an exceptional host He went out of his way to get the rooms ready when we arrived earlier than check in as i had injured my foot Nothing was too much trouble You are very lucky to have him on staff Also central to everything

Nice location to conveniently walk to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We were not given our breakfast vouchers in time and had to pay out of pocket the first morning. The hotel was unable to refund us and told us to contact Expedia. This was a huge inconvenience and a hassle. Still has not been resolved.

We are Americans who live outside Rome. We love to go into the City but often it is difficult to find a place to stay overnight that is not ridiculously overpriced. We are not on vacation but like to stay later in Rome than the train allows so to find a clean, affordable place in the heart of the city is a gem indeed. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Look forward to staying again and again. A special shout out to John at reception who was very nice and friendly!

Excellent location, 5 mins to Trevi maximum. Surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants. Felt very safe too, entrance is pretty hidden and you have a key/ access code to get in and out. Staff super helpful and i absolutely loved being able to WhatsApp with any questions I had when reception wasn’t open.

Finding the rooms can be a little confusing as there’s no main sign but the hotel sends a what app message with directions and instructions on how to get in. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was very spacious and clean, large comfy bed and pillows, with fridge and safe there a little communal area with water and tea and coffee facilities Luca is very polite and helpful.

Excellent location near the Trevi Fountain- all within walking distance to all attractions. Near hop on hop off bus stop too. John and Luka could not do enough for us, storing our luggage when we arrived early in the morning on Friday and until we were ready to go to the airport on Monday afternoon. Would highly recommend, very clean bedroom, fabulous shower, tea coffee making facilities. Robert & Susan, Cork, Ireland

Amazing location, just 5 mins walk for the Trevi Fountain. The staff were so lovely and they even welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch. They have croissants, coffee and tea at a communal area as well.

The room was dark all day. I didn’t think it looked like the Website photos. Felt more like a backpackers than hotel suite. It lacked sound proofing. Guests in the room adjacent were loud drunk slamming doors and screaming multiple times through the night. 11pm, 2.30am, 5.30am. 2 nights out of the 4 I stayed. I understand that management can’t control what happens when they’re not present on site, but guests should not be placed in a situation of feeling unsafe over night. I did report both nights to the day staff and they were apologetic but after no sleep doesn’t mean anything. Reception closes at 4pm.

Location was just perfect: although very central the area was quiet. The room was very clean and the async coordination of our arrival (e.g. proactive info shared via messages & whatsapp) made our trip planning very easy. And a shoutout to Luca for his friendliness and attentiveness in making sure our stay was not missing anything.

Just a couple of nitpicks: - every day the breakfast was missing something (at least early in the morning). One morning there was no coffee, other morning there was no milk, other morning no croissants. - the room photos of our room as seen in booking.com, were not of the room we stayed in. E.g. there was no natural light in the room. Not a problem, only that the expectations were not set right for us given the photos of the rooms, as well as a mention in the description of the room that it was facing a patio.

I like the location very convenient to go to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, shopping along Via Del Corso street, easy to find restaurants too. John is very helpful. I loved the pantry where you can have hot and cold water, some biscuits, coffee, or tea. Spacious toilet with good water pressure and heat. Walk in closet. Easy to check in and out too. Our room was ready before the check in time. A tiny elevator to transport your luggage up. Thank you.

I preferred duvet instead of layers of blanket to keep me warm. Everything else is good.
