We had an excellent stay, staff were lovely and helpful from the moment we arrived. All of the facilities were great, including the room, the breakfast, the gym, the beach and beach club.

Ich verstehe, dass es sich um ein familienfreundliches Hotel handelt. Trotzdem war es unverständlich, dass E-Zigaretten und Vapes erlaubt waren, man aber nirgendwo eine Zigarre genießen durfte. Entweder sollte man alle Arten des Rauchens verbieten oder zumindest einen separaten Bereich für Zigarren anbieten – besonders in einem Hotel, das so viele hochpreisige Weine auf der Karte hat.

Amazing 4 night in Como! Great location, amazing beach club. Very friendly hotel and restaurant team. Breakfast super nice with amazing view. The beach is very nice but have strong waves. Thank you Como team to make this stay memorable. Photography must have on the beach and in the hotel area

The hotel itself, its facilities and everything it has to offer were great. The service was excellent, the location perfect. The common areas are beautiful. Breakfast was really good.

However, our room was unfortunately far from what we would expect from a five-star hotel. We booked a “King Room” but the condition of the corridor near our room, the cleanliness, and especially the state of the walls were simply not up to a five-star standard. What makes this even more surprising is that everything else about the hotel is so beautiful. The contrast between the public areas and the condition of our room made it feel almost like the less impressive parts had been hidden behind beautiful common spaces.

The only downside is that the street the resort is located on only allow local taxis no Gojek bikes which makes it difficult to catch a Gojek from the resort. You have to walk to the Main Street. But it’s a short walk and not a huge deal. Everything else was perfect.

Great location as it is beachfront. Service is good. The Como Shambala Spa is excellent. Food in the Beach Club is also really good.

I stayed in the hotel wing this time and it was very noisy.

First and maybe our last como. We are trying new hotels. Staying in one of their best room available. The 3 bedroom penthouse during this school holiday peak season. Food are great. Room is nice. But its kinda old and need a good maintainance. Restaurant and gym bathroom abit smelly. Maybe it just doesnt suite our holiday style. Will stick to b****y. Or Am*n next destination. And most important dont stay here if you plan to take a decent photo even its for you own collection and family picture. Need to formally ask permission from top management even during our dinner and only at the dinner table. Should have inform us at the beginning do I can just move to other place

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They were incredibly quick to help with anything we needed and solved every issue so efficiently. I was genuinely impressed by how caring, attentive, and welcoming everyone was. They made me feel completely at home, and honestly, this alone is a reason for me to come back. They truly made this stay so special.

I loved everything about my stay. The only small downside is that, because it’s a private property, you have to walk outside to meet your Grab Bike when you order one. Other than that, everything was fantastic. The beach service, the facilities, and the overall experience were all excellent. I would definitely love to come back.

The food was cold, anything to be brought to the room took over an hour. Cleaners wouldn’t leave my bedroom when I asked them to at 830pm. Service is so slow. Bedrooms don’t have a balcony. Internet kept cutting out, fridge wasn’t cold. Bedroom wasn’t 5 star.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel staff were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and consistently cleaned to a high standard every day. The beach was beautiful, well-maintained, and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel’s location was also excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!

Cant get a grab from out the front, is okay but late at night walking by yourself can feel a bit dodgy.

Everyone and everything was perfect - the staff were incredible, and the como beach club is fabulous - great food, comfy sun lounges. The breakfasts are the best I have had - healthy & nutritious.

Having stayed at como 4 times now, I have noticed that certain parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired. They have also implemented few cost cutting measures, which are not obvious if you haven’t been there before - the beautiful touches of evening gifts on your pillow are no longer.

Let's go one by one: This hotel is one of Chase Reserve The Edit hotels, some of example hotels include many high-end hotels that can range thousands of dollars a night. This one is like $350. Pretty expensive hotel, but one of the cheaper hotels in The Edit collection. Decided to try it with expectations of the high level of typical The Edit hotels. But - very disappointed at the room Room is 2 out of 5 stars. Got upgraded one level, which is a room with a private garden and shower. Sounds good from the title. But, no. Small room with no view and "private garden" is like 6 x 6 ft and walled. No view. I was like wow. The Edit like this For $350, I can get a suite at Conrad with Oceanview Staff is 5 out of 5 stars. Very typical Balinese hospitality. Friendly and helpful. Location: 2 out of 5. 1 hour and 15 mins to airport. I think Seminyak is better and closer to Airport if you want to party. Beach: 2 out of 5. Canggu beach is black and not pretty. Nusa Dua or Ungasan better. Walkable bars and restaurants: 5 out of 5 Found a nice Japanese whiskey bar, Segno. Amazing place. Also, the restaurant next door to it, Mei Mei. The bar is awesome Overall: 2 stars Coming back? No. Too far and room is pathetic.

Breakfast was enjoyable. The large pool was great to swim in. The gym and yoga class was very good.

No recognition from anyone that this was our 3rd stay at this resort. Our room view was to a large grassy car park that had rubbish everywhere. We couldn’t open our curtains. Lots of small children using the pools which makes it hard to relax if you like peace and quiet.

I enjoyed a holiday relaxing and resting in a sublime beach side resort with privacy and exceptional facilities. Attentive responsive friendly staff in front desk, restaurants, bar, spa and other areas made the stay run smoothly. Established green gardens and expansive pools with the sounds of the ocean in the background made for sensory calm and relaxation.

Wij hadden een comfortabele suite met uitzicht op de zee en zwembad. Service in het hele hotel is geweldig, iedereen doet alle moeite om het naar je zin te maken. We hebben tussen de regen door, heerlijk aan het zwembad bij de zee bij de eigen beach club gelegen. Lekker eten en drinken en top bediening, dat gaf ons dat luxe gevoel lekker verwend te worden. Como heeft ook een grote gym en yoga lessen, waar we ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Changu centrum is op 10m loopafstand, dus alles is lekker dichtbij.

Het is geen goedkope accommodatie, maar dat wisten we van te voren.

My family and I spent five days at COMO Uma Canggu last week. It’s a beautiful location with exceptionally friendly staff, and Bali is always a pleasure to visit. However, I do need to highlight a significant design issue at the resort. We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments, where the main upstairs bedroom has a raised platform approximately 20 cm (8 inches) high. Unfortunately, I fell from this platform and landed heavily on my knees, also spraining my wrist. I have since required X-rays to determine whether any long‑term damage has occurred. Extreme caution should be advised for anyone allocated these rooms, as this design feature poses a real safety risk.

Always a fantastic experience at COMO Uma Canggu, a beautiful resort with attentive staff and a great location.

The wellness experience at COMO Shambhala Retreat Canggu was equally outstanding. The level of professionalism and care was remarkable. A special thank you to Komang, whose treatments — from massage to facial — were exceptional. Beyond the treatments themselves, her knowledge and thoughtful advice on skincare added a deeper level of value that I truly appreciated. What makes this place unique is not just the beautiful setting or facilities, but the people. There is a genuine sense of hospitality here that is difficult to find and even harder to forget. I leave with gratitude, great memories, and a strong intention to return.

i had an amazing 11-night stay at COMO Uma Canggu, truly one of the best hospitality experiences i’ve had. the service was exceptional from start to finish. a special thank you to wulan, arie, yoga, and ricky from guest relations for always being so attentive, warm, and helpful. they really made the stay feel personal and effortless. also a big shoutout to ulan and her team at the beach club, such a great vibe and incredible service every time we visited. what made our stay extra memorable was when i asked for help arranging a small surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. the team went above and beyond, they prepared a birthday cake and even sang for him, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. everything from the rooms to the atmosphere and service was flawless. highly recommend and i will definitely be back 🤍

I love this place and gym

A breakfast restaurant worker named “Sabrina” speaking very loudly and uneducatedly I stayed there for 3night . And I knew coconut yogurt had to be requested. When I ordered it, she said in a very loud voice, "Is this your first time having breakfast here?” She crazy a loud, uneducated voice. Even if it's my first breakfast there, shouldn't she say that to me? I hope her Get some service training and don't be ignorant to your guests ^^

A személyzet elképesztően kedves és segítőkész volt. Check-in folyamán leültettek a lobbiban, hideg üdítővel kínáltak. Hamarabb érkeztünk mint hogy a szoba kész lett volna, de addig a beach clubba lettünk kísérve, ahol a napozóágyakon várhattunk. A reggeli kitűnő.

A szobánk sajnos túl sötét volt, nem volt természetes világítás.

sehr moderne Anlage mit riesigem Lagunenpool und weiterem Pool im Beachclub. Frühstück war sehr gut mit Teilbuffet und Blick auf das Meer. Lage Hotel: fußläufig zu den Geschäften Strand: der Strand in Canggu ist generell nicht einladend, aber der Blick auf die vielen Surfer und Wellen ist nett. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen gut geeignet, für einen längeren Aufenthalt weniger.

weniger gefallen hat mir persönlich der Frühstücks-Restaurantbereich. Wirkte auf mich eher wie eine Halle. Mir fehlte ein wenig der gemütliche Touch. Dieser reduzierte Stil spricht bestimmt die jungen Trendsetter an. Mir fehlte in der Anlage der "Bali"Flair.

Loved the Glow-restaurant. If you want to eat healthy, go here. I had a smoothie bowl, which was delicious, and I would like to try all their pastries, juices and salads as well. Everything looked fantastic, and the staff was awesome🙏🏼 (Ari in Canggu)🥰

This is my second visit, and one of the reasons I keep coming back to Canggu during my trips to Bali. The location honestly could not be better, and the huge swimming pool will truly impress you. Everything is well taken care of, and the food quality is excellent.Simply sitting in the restaurant and looking out at the ocean is enough to make everything feel perfect.

The property is well located and very neat .

The bathroom door for our room wasn’t working , the flush at the common toilet at breakfast restaurant was over flowing with water and they had water maintenance which meant no water supply from 11 am to 1 pm and we had to rush breakfast and all plans
