Pleasant staff , always ask if you wish to have room cleaned. Pool was adequate for a nice swim each morning or late afternoon. Nice size room with spacious balcony

Do not have lift and our room was on floor 4, so was difficult yo get there but the staff was helpful

The staff and the help they provided unfortunately I forgot to take their names. I do however have the lovely Ya whose tuk tuk services on WhatsApp. Also another one whose name I’ve forgotten who was exceptional in taking us to the Heritage Walk to pay tickets for the Angkor Archaeological Park. This is a 24hour service and saves queuing at the gate. We rented bicycles from the hotel the night before and left at 5am and cycled around unfortunately no sunrise that day! A very large supermarket around the corner from the hotel which has everything and takes credit cards

We took night bus from Sihanouk Vill, so we arrived early in the morning, they provided us for early check in which was really helpful. Hotel location is inside the city center where plety of restaurants, cafe..etc located.

Lovely garden and quiet location, nice room (although much smaller than those in the photos), walking distance from amenities. Shame that most of the staff were unwelcoming (very unusual in Cambodia) and that the service provided was very basic (no face or hand towels, only 2 cups for 4 people and 1 mini soap…), shower could have been cleaner (there was hairs on the floor). The hotel recommended tuk tuk driver ended up charging us an extortionate price for a day at the temple (not what was agreed, better have it in writing!).

Lovely room overlooking the pool. The hotel is in a quiet area that is walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops and only 10 minutes to pub street. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Great pool area outside also. Staff were very friendly and helped to book circus tickets and a grand tour around Angkor Wat. Would happily stay again if I returned to Siem reap.

Stayed 2 nights from 28 Feb. Tuk tuk drivers know where it was, hence no need for us to explain too much. Location is considered accessible. Managed to check in the moment we arrived. There were mosquitoes, but it's the environment, not hotel's problem. Bathroom was big, and has bathtub attached, yay. Nearby also have some eateries with affordable food. Walking distance to pub street, and other tourist spots. Downside is that our room is above the swimming pool. For both nights, there were guests/? who would talk loudly at the poolside, inconsiderate! Also asked reception to arrange a tuktuk on our day of departure, early morning abt 5.30am, but nowhere in sight. Had to grab our own tuktuk.

Very helpful staff. The location is conveniently close to the center, yet quiet. A beautiful garden with lush plants.

When we arrived in Siem Reap there was a tuk tuk driver waiting to take us to Lavender. Check in went smoothly, a very clean comfortable room, very helpful staff, and the staff was helpful in getting us a tuk tuk driver for the 3 days that we were exploring Siem Reap. Our drivers name was Yeah and he was pleasant, took us where we wanted to explore, always had water available and answered some of our questions. A very nice pool area, but we were to busy exploring Angkor that we only had time to soak our feet at the end of the day(s). Thank you to all of the staff.

There is no breakfast available, but we did have a kettle in the room for hot drinks and a fridge. Our only disappointment was the 2nd bed. We were a family of 3 traveling together and the second bed was a box springs mattress. It would have been much more comfortable if it had a pad on the box springs.

Room was very inexpensive so temper your expectations. Room had a non working phone, tv and some lights. No washcloth or hand towel. Beds were very hard. Shower, toilet and sink all in one small room. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked well and the room was clean and quiet. Not bad overall for the price.

Clean and comfortable room. Reasonable sized swimming pool that enables you to have a bit of exercise, and the small garden by the pool is nicely kept. The hotel is around ten minutes walk into the tourist centre of the town, but there are quite a few bars/restaurants in the immediate area too. Plenty of small stores around there too, so you can buy food and drinks then keep them in the fridge in the room. There is a laundry close to the hotel.

The TV/Cable wasn't working, although to be fair, I didn't chase up on my original reporting of the fault as the Wi-Fi connection was good and I could use my lap-top to watch entertainment. The room I had booked didn't have a veranda as expected, but a bathtub as an alternative. That was a little disappointing as I prefer to shower, so the bathtub didn't really make up for no veranda.

The hotel is quiet and clean and the pool is fabulous. The room was spacious and neat. The staff was welcoming. The location is fabulous! It’s lovely to be a short walk away from the centre. It takes about 7mins to walk to central market. The restaurants nearby provide great opportunities to try local food. Skip Pub Street and eat locally.

The water in the shower isn’t very hot - was fine for us but might annoy others.

The quieter area was good to relax but also not too far from pub street for New Year’s Eve. Huge space in the room, fan and aircon and a great pool. Close to local places to explore and try different foods.

There’s a bad smell in the room that’s quite over powering. Bed is a bit hard and only 1 pillow allocated per person.

Well known hotel, easy to find, very economic, 24 hour front desk, had a well maintained swimming pool.

Some of the services listed on their Booking.com has been discontinued such as early check-in, spa/wellness centre, restaurant, bar. The smell of sewage in our room, coming from the bathroom was slightly unpleasant. I got around this by keeping open the bathroom window and closing the bathroom door. We stayed there for 3 nights but they wouldn’t make up your room unless you requested it to be made up.

The room was big and clean. The swimming pool has clean water and is nice.

The fixed rainshower is okay, but there wasn't any other browser, so it wasn't easy in case you only have the wash the feed, etc. And there was nothing in the shower room to put a gel, shampoo, etc. there.

I like to stay with Lavender Angkor, they are tired of making us happy. They upgraded our room when we arrived their room was downstairs. I cannot stay in the ground room. They gave us an upper floor room after that.

The room need a little bit more clean. The bathroom is smelling. But this is not a hotel fault. It is building a structural problem. As far as I noted. On the other hand it was all good.

The location of the property is perfect , near to all good cafes and pub street, swimming pool was nice and clean.. family room was quite big.

The room was smelling very very bad all the time. The tuk tuk driver from the hotel was a fraud , charging way too much for hardly any distance and work, i suggest not to use him and try GRAB cab services instead.

Fantastic place. As a solo traveller, great place to stay and very safe area.

The staff were very good. They met every request I had. They were very friendly and polite. Pool and surrounds were very private and clean. Nice gardens. Room was a great size for me. Very quiet at night. Not too close to Pub Street, just a nice walk home at night or $1-$2 on a tuk tuk. Plenty of food options within 100 metres. They have a tuk tuk driver (Ya) based out of hotel. Ya was super reliable. The staff looked after my scooter at night locking it away safely. Security cameras every where so safe for everyone, especially ladies. I was there a month and was very happy with the place and price.

The bed mattress was rock hard (for me but maybe I am just spoiled by the mattress at home). I don't know if that is a Cambodia thing. But you can get a 60 minute massage for $6.00 to rub out any sore spots. The bed was massive and the frame was solid wood, would take 3 men to lift it in there.

I stayed in the accommodation for 4 nights and I really liked it. The location is very central and yet very quiet, as it is on a side street. It doesn't take long to get to the center. I came from Phnom Penh in a mini van and the stop was on the outskirts of the city. But the hotel has a tuk tuk service and I was picked up and taken to the hotel. Great service. I also booked an Angkor Wat tour by tuk tuk, which was very good. You can book more tours. The hotel has a pool, so if you need to cool off. The room was huge for one person. I got a free upgrade because there were problems with the TV, which I never use anyway. But that doesn't matter in this case. I was also taken to the airport by tuk tuk. That costs a bit, but that's OK. The WiFi was good and stable. Small shops are in the near, if you are looking for a big supermarket, its only few minutes away.

Price, comfortable bed

Location was great. Clean and great staff. It was quiet. A small safe swimming pool that was warmed by the sun. Sheets changed daily. Rooms are a good size.

I like the location of the hotel because it is near the money changer, bus ticketing outlet and close to restaurants. Also, i like the room, it is big and cozy. The bathroom and shower area is very nice and clean. The staff is very courteous and approachable.
