La cercanía con la terminal, tiene ascensor y es apropiado para pasar unos días

La habitación es un poco pequeña pero tenía balcón, con eso compensa bastante bien.

Está muy bien ubicado con el metro a 2 minutos andando. Tiene zona de restauración y supermercados cerca. Es un barrio tranquilo y familiar. Mucho mejor que en las fotos. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba limpísima, un día nos la volvieron a limpiar y la dejaron igual que el primer día, si volviera a Milán me volvería a quedar.

Lo que ya se comenta en otras reseñas el ruido. Se escuchaba mucho las habitaciones que teníamos a los lados. Creo que le hace falta también un poco de pintura a las habitaciones, en la mía había algunos desconchones pero nada grave tampoco. Revisar el aire acondicionado por que daba unos crujidos que casi te mataban del susto

La propreté

La salle de bain trop petite le bac a douche trop petite et pas d'étagère dans la douche pour y poser les produits d'hygiène. La climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas le premier jour et la mauvaise foi de la réceptionniste.

Personalul foarte amabil. Posibilitatea de a lasa bagajele la receptie dupa check out. Localizat foarte bine, usor de ajuns de la gara cu autobuzul, iar catre duomo se ajunge rapid pe jos si drumul este chiar placut.

Am primit camera cu 2 paturi in loc de unul. Dar ambele ai fost destul de maricele astfel incat am putut sa dormit amandoi intr-unul in luna noastra se miere

Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'albergo in un quartiere residenziale, molto tranquillo e silenzioso e vicino al Politecnico di Milano. Vicino all'albergo ci sono dei bar e locali interessanti dove mangiare.

La camera è veramente piccola, consiglierei di togliere l'armadio per lasciare più spazio per muoversi liberamente nella camera.

Camera quadrupla bella, spaziosa. l’unica pecca un bagno troppo piccolo e per niente confortevole.

Todo excelente, la habitación, la limpieza, la amabilidad de la recepcionista. Buena relación calidad precio. Excelente ubicación, un barrio tranquilo con conexión a todos los lugares turísticos.

Al mio arrivo salgo, mi lavo le mani e prendo un asciugamano ... l'asciugamano ha una striscia rossa evidente, sembrava sangue. Il bidet ha dei pezzi di carta igienica dentro. Vado direttamente giù alla reception, avevo appena ritirato le chiavi e riporto il problema. È una pessima sensazione trovare l'asciugamano sporco di una strisciata rossa e in più il bidet ha delle traccie di carta igienica che non ho proprio desiderio di controllare. Viene su con me e alla mia richiesta se è disponibile un'altra camera, mi dice che potremmo averlo fatto noi (Siamo saliti 2 secondi prima!!!) ci dice che ci cambia solo gli asciugamani. PESSIMO Inoltre le camere sono microscopiche

Mukava henkilökunta. Toiveet huomioitiin hyvin. Sijainti hyvä, julkisen liikenteen pysäkit lähellä. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin.

Kylpyhuoneessa suihkun korkeussäätö ei toiminut ja wc istuin oli epämukava. Aamupala oli vaatimaton.

Todo estuvo muy bien, el personal muy amable, especialmente la recepcionista Cristina que habla español. La habitación espaciosa con todo lo necesario, la ropa de cama y toallas impecables y la ubicación, un barrio muy lindo y tranquilo pero bien conectado con el metro y el tran para ir a las distintas zonas de la ciudad.

Había algunos detalles como que la ducha no se quedaba trabada en la parte superior y al go de olor a encierro en el baño.

La cortesia e professionalità dei dipendenti. La vicinanza dell' hotel alla stazione della Metropolitana e a un Supermercato. I servizi di ristorazione del quartiere.

Le dimensioni dell' area attorno al letto anche se nel complesso la stanza era spaziosa.

La terrasse sans brise vue nous séparant des autres chambres. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très bon et rien n’était au frais L’ascenseur que l’on ne pouvait pas utiliser car il fallait fermer une porte à l’intérieur que personne ne fermait et on était au 4eme. Le fait que lors de la remise en ordre de notre chambre la personne de service ouvre notre armoire. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre alors que c’était la canicule.

Lo staff e l'accoglienza sono sicuramente la nota positiva. la posizione è strategica, 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro con la quale puoi raggiungere aeroporto in poche fermate e il centro in poco di più. i servizi offerti sono ottimali al soggiorno breve

la camera era molto piccina, ma con l'essenziale per stare comodi una notte. avrei aggiunto qualche sapone e oggetti monodose in più. ma la nota più negativa è la scomodità del letto. (sicuramente una nota soggettiva)

Hôtel bien situé proche métro Dateo à 30 minites à pied du Duomo ou Gare Centrale. Chambre pour une personne correcte et bien équipée, propre, le personnel est serviable. Literie confortable, pas bruyant les deux nuits où j'y étais.

Un serveur automatique de boissons et sandwichs serait apprécié car le quartier est calme plutôt résidentiel.

Numurs ērts, slēgtā pagalmā. Kondicionieris strādāja labi un bija noderīgs, jo ceļoju, kad laukā bija karsts laiks. Gultas veļa un dvieļi tikai mainīti katru dienu.

Bija grūti pamanīt viesnīcas norādi, jo namā ir arī citas iestādes. Nācās zvanīt un noskaidrot iespējas tikt viesnīcā. Dušas kabīne ļoti šaura, nav īpaši ērti pat nelielam cilvēkam, bet funkciju pilda. Vajadzētu transporta norādes vismaz uz dzelzceļa staciju un Milānas doma katedrāli.

Lokalizacja wydaje sie bliska wzgledem centrum jednak komunikacyjnie nie jest idealnie

I was travelling with my road bike, staying for 1 night here and the receptionist just told me there is no way to keep the bike in the room and otherwise she can’t help. Luckily the house keeper downstairs was super kind and friendly and helped me find a safe spot for the bike.

Rigidità nel chiedere tassa di soggiorno al check in in teoria la tassa di soggiorno si paga alla fine dei pernottamenti anche perché chi va per lavoro potrebbe anche potersi fermare meno o più del previsto nel caso dovesse fermarsi meno pazienza la camera pagata, ma perché dover rimetterci anche la tassa di soggiorno? Non è corretto..

Nous n'avons pas apprécié de découvrir 2 jours avant notre arrivée qu'il fallait payer 20€ de parking pour chaque nuit passée . Ceci n'était pas identifié dans le descriptif de la page d'accueil (mention PARKING seulement) mais indiqué dans une rubrique complémentaire. Ceci devrait apparaître clairement en tant que PARKING PAYANT car impacte énormément le budget. Revoir la présentation serait une bonne chose pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

L’hôtel est moyen.L’emplacement à proximité du métro est appréciable. La climatisation de la chambre était parfaite, et je tiens à souligner que les femmes de ménages sont au top 👌, j’apprécie leur rangement, leur nettoyage exceptionnel. Si la note est à la moyenne c’est grâce à elle.

Plusieurs points à revoir : - l’hôtel est en fait un ancien immeuble réaménagé en hôtel. -le petit déjeuner est bof, pas grand choix malgré la diversité des touristes étrangers. Il en faudrait plus comme par exemple du pain français , des jus de fruits frais, et pas un seul jus de fruit en brique du supermarché d’à côté. - nous avons eu la chance de voir le propriétaire qui est médiocre et non sympathique, très hautain, à la limite du non respect. - la jeune femme a l’accueil devrait revoir son langage lorsque nous demandons de bien vouloir sortir notre voiture la cours, je cite : il va falloir courir plus vite !!!! Mais bien sûr tout en chargeant la voiture, et elle, restent dans son fauteuil en haut 🙄 - La salle de bain est très étroite et la douche encore plus. Mon mari d’une belle corpulence ne pouvait pas se doucher comme il faut. Attention à vous selon si vous êtes grand et costaud il est difficile de pouvoir se laver entièrement 😂 Bref , trop de points négatif pour y revenir. Un propriétaire qui est à la hauteur de son établissement. 5 est déjà une belle note grâce aux femmes de ménage . Et un ascenseur jamais dispo 🤦🏼‍♀️

All were eccellente, really really thank you for everything

I only stayed for one night because I was in Milan for a concert at Parco della Musica, but everything went well from start to finish. The single room was exactly what I expected, and I had no issues at all. Breakfast was basic but good enough for a light morning snack. The little terrace in the breakfast area was a lovely touch, and having a coffee outside was a very nice way to start the day. Overall, everything was smooth.

The room was clean overall, although guests who are particularly attentive to small details might notice that some areas could benefit from a little more thorough cleaning.

العربية: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ 2/5 كان الموظفون متعاونين ولطفاء، وأشكرهم على حسن تعاملهم. لكن للأسف كانت تجربتي مع مالك المكان في الفترة الصباحية غير جيدة، إذ لم يكن متعاونًا ولم يُظهر حسن التعامل مع النزلاء. كما أن الإعلان أوحى بأنه فندق، بينما في الواقع هو عبارة عن غرف للإيجار داخل مجمع سكني، والاستقبال يقع في الدور الأول وليس هناك خدمات فندقية كما توقعت عند الحجز. أنصح بتوضيح طبيعة مكان الإقامة بشكل أدق حتى لا تكون توقعات النزلاء مختلفة عن الواقع. The reception is located on the first floor, and there are no hotel-style services as I expected when I made the booking. I recommend describing the property more accurately in the listing so that future guests know exactly what to expect.

Nice staff, very calm and smiley. Very clean room and good scent when you walk in.

I was surprised hotel is within a administrative office building and there is one reception for 3 hotels with different amount of stars. That was a bit concerning. Also, the thin walls, well I woke up 2 times at night because first somebody was going to the airport late at night and then in the morning the staff was prepairing things for the morning clean. It was like a morning apocalypse sound and I was very overstimulated.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Fab location and great value in the city, room was a lot better than pictured and the balcony was absolutely amazing - such a lovely surprise! Will stay again.

The only thing that could be improved is the coffee facilities... a super attentive receptionist made me a coffee at 5.30am as I had an early start but it would be better if guests were able to do this alone so I didn't need to bother him, or if the room had facilities. The coffee vending mach on the 2nd floor is there, but only accepts coins... so ill remember this for next time, but it might be useful for guests to know. This is a small thing, but might be useful to know, other than that, a fabulous little hotel!

Bardzo mała, niewygodna łazienka. Trzeba było ostrożnie się w niej poruszać, żeby przypadkiem nie uderzyć w półkę i nie zrzucić rzeczy.

The staff were really lovely. The location was great, very easy to find. The room was compact but pretty comfy and it was very clean-was also glad there was AC. I also liked that the towels were pretty big :)

There was only one pillow on the bed, and there was no tea or coffee maker in the room and I also don’t think there was one anywhere else. The WiFi wasn’t great either.

For a 1night stay it was okay. We had breakfast which was a buffet and there were nice options to choose. The room had air conditioner which was nice.

I didn't love the bathroom. The shower was quite small and the mini fridge in the room wasn't working well. But honestly, for a short stay in the city, I would choose it again.

Chambre d'assez bonne taille avec un petit balcon. Très haute sous plafond. Le personnel taot agréable et réactif. La chambre était propre, avec climatisation et un petit frigo, les 2 bienvenus par temps estival.

Todo. La habitación parecía un zulo, no se asemejaba a las fotos era muy muy muy pequeño. Las almohadas eran incomodísimas, como una tabla, en la ducha apenas se entraba y el baño era muy pequeño. Hacía muchísima calor.

Friendly staff, convenient location. Extremely close walk to both the metro and tram station, and from there, you're in the centre in 15 mins. The rooms were really comfortable.

Er was airco aanwezig, de kamer was ruim en proper. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en er was goeie wifi aanwezig.

De toilet en douche was wat krap.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett extrem bequem. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war auch gut, man ist schnell bei der nächsten Metrostation und von dort zügig in der Stadt. In der Nähe vom Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants und Cafés.
