Distinction Christchurch Hotel

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows

部屋も広くベッドも大きかった ロケーションもよく、どこに行くのも楽だった

Location and staff were excellent. Especially the Indian guy who parks the cars. He was the places saving grace

The sheets and room were dirty wondered if they had even changed the sheets. It’s usually good but not this time

Clean, comfortable, super central, helpful staff, great stay!

The location was ideal for walking around the city centre and catching the tram. Bed was very comfortable

The reception staff were very nice and helpful but seemed to lack local knowledge around how to find some attractions. They did google and get the answers, but I would have thought the big attraction of Punting on the Avon would have been known off the top of their heads.

Clean and tidy. Excellent location.

Location

Nothing in particular.

great spot

no microwave

Great location. Clean room with comfy bed. Staff great - super friendly

The continental breakfast option we chose was a bit overpriced for what was on offer. Filter coffee was cold

location.

Nothing

Exceptional service, comfortable rooms, stunning views.

Clean, Tidy, easy to find, the staff and wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the views are great.

The room was clean and had nice linen although we didn’t love the pillows.

Our room faced a wall. Although there could have been a tiny view of a car park the window was frosted out. There didn’t seem to be many people in the hotel at all so the decision to put us in a room with no view when there were obviously a lot of rooms that did have views (you could see them from the outside) was puzzling. We wouldn’t stay there again based on this. The price of the room was not insignificant so again, to be put in a room that had a view of a wall was very disappointing. In addition, we asked to check in at 2pm however this could be confirmed until check in which really seems to indicate lack of processes and unwillingness to make an effort for guests.

Clean, tidy and modern. Easy to navigate and well signed.

The staff were fine, but not friendly as such.

Tolle Lage, sehr grosses Zimmer!

Very helpful staff, very handy location

Could not get hot water in shower

Very convenient to Conference centre Friendly helpful staff Very clean and comfortable room Great bathroom

Nothing

Was not made aware breakfast was even an option

NOISY EXTREMELY NOISY Motorized vibrating noise all night from machinery 7 am doors slamming all the way through for a few hours especially housekeeping shouting at each other all morning and banging trolleys constantly, mouldy shower curtain over bath/ shower combo that I cleaned before even touching the bathroom, garbage left in bin, unfriendly reception staff came back four times to try and check in parked seven blocks away after trying to ask about parking

This hotel is very centrally located across from the cathedral under construction. It is a first class hotel with a good restaurant and clean rooms. My son and I enjoyed our stay. We had a car and used the valet service which was extremely responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is a very good hotel. I have no complaints

Great location. Very clean and modern rooms. Excellent staff! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location,staffs are incredible .

Close to town and exhibition centre.

Pillow, a cold shower, heating

Location, size of the room and sound insulation. Our meal in the restaurant was excellent.

The breakfast was a bit average.

Great location and lobby/bar

All good

Friendly staff

Not very good English. I asked about parking and they just said they would park the car. Then turns out we were getting charged $30 per time. No comms what so ever. Also a couple of other comms issues

Great location. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and pubs and the local sights. Just perfect for a weekend getaway. The staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location, friendly staff and most comfortable bed I have slept in while away.

We booked online for spa bath, when checked in I ask for confirmation of spa bath, told yes, but in room normal bath. Was only reason we booked to stay here, get to room a tiny room, view of concrete wall. Stuffy. Open windows and very noisy

Great location! Very friendly staff. The room is spacious. Great value for money.

Great location , roomy suites. Very clean and great facilities

We had a great stay and would happily return. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. Our room was clean, tidy, and well presented, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Having on-site parking was a huge bonus, and the free laundry service was such a handy extra, especially when travelling with kids. The restaurant attached to the accommodation also made mealtimes so convenient after a busy day. Overall, a comfortable, hassle-free stay that we'd definitely recommend.

Everything

We had such a great stay here, we arrived early to leave our bags until we could check in and the friendly staff upgraded us to a better suite so we could check in 4 hours earlier! Great location, room was the perfect temperature for the colder weather outside, clean and all you needed. Staff were really really lovely.

Location was brilliant

Location was great. Walking distance to tram station, cafe's and shops.

Would like drinking water supplied in the room.

Awesome location, friendly staff and spacious room.

Nothing worth writing about.

Comfortable bed, great location, sheets and pillow cases that weren't stiff and noisy

All of it

None

We loved the easy valet parking, close for a run to Hagley park and dinning. The bed was comfy and the aircon was easy to adjust hot/cold. Great shower pressure and all the staff were super friendly and smiley.

The hotel staff were professional, friendly and attentive. They were able to provide great recommendations of the local area, and were warm throughout all interactions. The staff made this trip a great stay for us. Thank you.

Everything

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay and will definitely stay longer in our future trip to Christchurch
