Perfect spot when traveling alone

This capsule hotel was exactly what I needed my first night in Japan. Simple, cheap, but didn’t feel like I was missing anything either. Lots of foreigners were staying here. Crazy how close you are to the action of Shibuya here.

The elevators were incredibly difficult to navigate and I wish the staff had a little better knowledge of places for dinner and to storage luggage nearby.

Convenient location, love the common lounge to meet other people and they offer coffee. Dorms and bathrooms are clean

受付のスタッフさんは外国人ばかりでしたがとても感じがよくて親切でした 1度金庫の鍵を失敗して言いに行ったら　よくあることですから心配しないでくださいね～と。 うれしかったです ベッドは広くてゆったりできたし　まわりの音なども気にならず　外人さん多めでしたがみんな静かにすごしてました

特にないですが　背の低い人や足の悪い人などはベッドが高いので上りにくいかなというくらいです

The hostel is clean, has friendly staff, good breakfast and delicious coffee. There's nothing to complain about.

Comfortable beds and great facilities. Free drinks available in the common space were also excellent. The community environment fostered there was also very nice, felt really welcoming in the common spaces.

Price may have been a bit high, for a capsule hotel / hostel if you don't make sure to make use of the common space and community. Those are really part of the value.

A localização é o ponto forte do The Millenials. É próximo de muitas atrações interessantes em Tóquio, e também é possível ir a pé para bairros vizinhos legais de conhecer. A cama é boa, o chuveiro é bem gostoso, e tem amenities bem bacanas à vontade para os hóspedes.

Eu esperava que fosse algo entre um hotel e um hostel, tipo um hotel mais budget friendly. Mas a atmosfera é bem de hostel. Dá pra ouvir absolutamente tudo nos pods vizinhos, a “porta” de cada pod é uma persiana de rolo fininha. Me incomodou essa atmosfera porque o preço é bem alto, comparável a hoteis realmente com quarto separado. Você acaba pagando só pela localização, mas o valor é incompatível com a experiência.

Happy hour in the communal space was a nice touch.

Great location, clean bathrooms and cabins.

There was a lot of noice through the night. My space was next to the elevator and bathroom. I could here anyone coming in at night and the woman who wanted to blowdry her hair at 5amin the bathroom next door. It was my 16th night in Japan and my 6th in Tokyo, but due to noise the worst sleep I had.

Near Shibuya crossing

Excellent hostel and the lounge was a nice place to meet other travelers and go for drinks. Bed was quite comfortable though it did run a little hot for me. Hosts were all exceptional and friendly. Location is great, and I would definitely stay here again!

Interactie met het personeel is fantastisch, ze leggen alles duidelijk uit. Leuke lounge, het nodigde uit om in conversatie te gaan met elkaar en ook zo nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. De bedden liggen super goed, met de iPod werken is handig. De douches waren proper en je werd voorzien van handdoeken. Ligging is goed! Niet ver weg van alle leuke dingen die er te beleven zijn in shibuya.

일단 위치가 깡패 관광하고 쇼핑하고 짐이 너무 무거우면 숙소 들어가서 짐놓고 씻고 다시가도 가능한 위치 오전엔 다른 지역 갔다가 오후엔 여기주변만 돌아도 되니까 교통카드 충전금액을 다 쓰지 못했을 정도 진짜 위치가 정말로 깡패수준임 좀만 가면 바로 번화가인데 또 막상 숙소는 번화가 약간 벗어나있어서 괜찮음 어매니티도 자유롭게 가져갈 수 있었고 전체적으로 깔끔했어요 한국어가 좀 되는 직원분도 있으셨고 친절하셨고 직원분들도 대체로 친절했음

단점은 캡슐호텔 특유의 전형적인 것들 정도? 공간이 작다 주변 숙박인 운이 필요하다 음식섭취를 위해서는 4층에서만 가능하다 뭐 이정도의 평범한 것들뿐입니다. 단점을 보완하려면 돈 더 주고 1인숙박하는 곳가면될듯

Location, Cleaningness, the gentleman at the reception who did my check in was amazing.

When making my reservation through Booking.com, I used the search filters for 1 adult and 1 child (6 years old). Based on these search criteria, Booking.com platform recommended and allowed me to book this hotel. After checking in, I left the hotel to collect my 6-year-old daughter from her father's partner's hotel, as he had to leave unexpectedly for a work matter. It was only then that the hotel staff informed me that I would not be allowed to bring my daughter into the hotel because of her age. The hotel acknowledged that the booking should not have been accepted under these circumstances. By this stage it was already after 10:00 pm. I had already ordered dinner, which I needed to collect to feed my daughter. The staff advised me that they could arrange another hotel, but only if I returned before 1:00 am. I explained that I would do my best but could not guarantee my return time because my priority was ensuring my daughter had dinner. I also explained that if i did not come back before 1am i will find a solution for my daughter. At no point have i requested to cancel my booking. When I eventually returned to the hotel at approximately 3:30 am, I discovered that everything had been removed from my room. There had been no phone call, no message through the Booking.com app, no email, and no note left in the room explaining what had happened. Given that all of my belongings had disappeared, I genuinely believed they had been stolen. Reception was closed until 6:00 am, leaving me waiting with no information or assistance. As a result of this situation, I was unable to shower or change after a long international flight. I was left extremely distressed and anxious, believing my belonging had been stolen, and I paid for accommodation and services that I was unable to use as intended. it is not okay to move a guest belonging who have paid for their accomodation.

Everything, easy to access Shibuya, super clean, quiet and hospitable. We stayed as a couple in the mixed gender floor, in side by side pods. Toilets and showers are super clean and the whole place very quiet. The beds are unbelievable comfortable - although I slept only for 2.5 hrs, they have an alarm that puts the bed in sitting position and turns the lights on to wake you up. Super cool ! Under the bed is very spacious for a large luggage. Breakfast was included but we left before started, but looked very nice. Receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Such a shame we stayed only one night but I would certainly stay again. Thank you all for the lovely time at The Millenials ! I highly recommend these super comfortable pods. Karen and Steve

I love everything about the Milennials. Best experience ever. Staff was super nice and I always met so many cool people during my stay. Everything is up to date, super clean, and so worth it!

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the property was exceptionally clean and well organized. The facilities are modern, with a nice common area and a co-working space that make it easy to relax or get some work done. The location is also excellent for exploring Shibuya.

The hostel is a large open dorm with many pods in one room, so it isn’t ideal if you’re looking for a quieter or more mature atmosphere. During my stay, some guests were loud, intoxicated, walked around in towels, and ignored the house rules by sleeping in other people’s pods. I also overheard some offensive comments from a few guests, which made me uncomfortable. Although there are many posted rules, I didn’t see them being consistently enforced. If you’re in your 30s or prefer a calmer environment, you may want to consider other options.

Close to everything for someone who loves to shop. Very clean and modern

Absolutely fabulous! The locations was very convenient for transport and walking for sight-seeing and shopping. The pod was very comfortable and quiet. Unlike their Kyoto location, there wasn't a bed controller (not the iphone controller) so the bed couldn't be set perfectly flat for a great sleep. I also couldn't set the sofa mode to be fully upright and have extra room to stand. Shower and restroom areas were always perfectly clean and spacious. Other visitors were not always respectful or quiet in the pod area - their Kyoto location has signs saying no phone calls from 6pm and no taking that would disturb others. Having the same signs in the Shibuya location would be great. One of the best features was the common area! Space to relax, all the kitchen amenities you could want, amazing refrigerator and cooking areas, and everyone was very considerate and cleaned up after themselves. Next time I visit, I know where I'll be staying!

Great location, right in the thick of it. Very helpful and friendly staff and great free amenities - free coffee, free toiletries. Everyone on my floor was very respectful of each other in terms of sound and space.

An amazing place to stay. So well thought out, down to the smallest details. I knew from the reviews it was going to be acceptable but it was so much more One small thing I was worried about before coming was storing my suitcase under the bed. Thought it would be a hassle opening and closing a clamshell suitcase but was very happy to find out it was a big drawer type thing so my suitcase was open the whole time and the platform easily rolls out

Great hostel with a good co-working space. I felt that the large shared room concept was a bit noisy. Good otherwise.

Great co-working space, nice lounge, free coffees, tea selection, nuts. Smart beds are super comfy and people are quiet in the dorms.

- Only one lift (Fukuoka millennials has two) - not enough for the number of people constantly going up and down. Often waiting for ages. - Kitchen has almost no equipment, so you can’t do any proper cooking. No pans or anything. - I was turned away for breakfast at 9.32am. My alarm didn’t go off so, I was 2 minutes late. “Breakfast is only until 9.30”. Yes there needs to be a cut off, but 2 minutes as a one-off? At least let me have a slice of bread. Poor customer service!

Das Personal war super nett. Ich konnte leine Kapsel mehr im Women Only Bereich buchen weil das Hotel gut gebucht war, aber die Rezeption hat mir ausschließlich zum Suschen Zugang bur für dieses Stockwerk gewährt damit ich mich wohler fühle. Dafür war ich sehr dankbar.

Très bien placé et un équipement impeccable. L’organisation est bien rodée, c’est un hôtel capsule haut de gamme.

Ne reflète pas vraiment l’hôtel capsule populaire et c’est une usine à touristes. Certains touristes ne comprennent pas l’importance d’un couvre feu dans ce genre d’établissement et il a été difficile de dormir en raison du bruit de certains.

The location was superb, and it was quite comfortable and still allowed for privacy even being a dorm.

It was a little bit warm when trying to sleep at night, even with the fan on.

Amazing location, friendly English speaking staff, lots of available amenities, nice spacious bed, bathroom areas were spotless, wouldn't definitely stay again.

Friendly accommodating staff, facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, as a solo female I felt safe, got good sleep, it was quiet and good amenities!

Location is right in the middle of Shibuya which was super fun. Rooms felt like hostels where you have to open your capsule to use your suitcase but sleeping at night is quieter and more private than a typical hostel. Public bathrooms and showers but never had any issues with cleanliness or access. The common space on the fourth floor is really fun and there are always people there to mingle with. There's a happy hour around 5pm where they give free beers which was really fun. They graciously kept our luggage for us before and after check in/ check out.

Not my first time here. But every time i visit, i notice small improvements. The bed is a perfect size and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and more than enough to get you started for the day. The common area is super chill and relaxed. Location is spot on, only a short walk from the station, and close by cool eateries and bars. And last but not least, the staff are grand. Always cheery, helpful and just overall nice. You’ll see me again. Thanks all!
