Belle Maison Hotel Residence

Your staff, mr ahmed, very very not helpfull Not good in communication and dont hv manner

Super Lage!

An amazing experience! People were very kind, the room was impeccable clean .

I liked how clean, welcoming, and well-maintained the property felt. The layout was practical, the space was comfortable, and the location seemed very convenient. Overall, it had a pleasant atmosphere and strong appeal.

Location, staff, facilities in the room

CLEAN! We have tried some 5-6 places in similar price range at this location, this was the only really, really clean place so far. And they keep cleaning the room every 2-3 days. This is actually a hotel with many apartments. We had a living room (big size TV, Netflix, Youtube, many cable and satelite channels) with kitchen and dining table, fridge (including section for freezing), separate bedroom and bathroom (shower, selection of shampoos/body washes, clean towels, hairdrier). All perfectly clean. Very good central heating. Stable Wifi. It has a lobby, seating area there, elevator, carpeted floor in the halls. Very safe, 24 hours reception, someone was always available. Very polite staff. Excellent location. 5-10 minutes walk to metro lines M2 and M7 and many bus lines. 3 minutes from the Cevahir mall. Many excellent shops and food stores all around this area. Lovely place. So much better than all other places we have tried in the area.

Cannot think of anything. For the price range, there is nothing more that I would have expected. We had lovely time and will definitely select it again in the future.

The hotel has an amazing location, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant overall

Housekeeping was not done every day, and the bedsheets were not changed during the stay unless you clearly communicated and requested it

The light inside the room is low.

Appartement spacieux et propre. Cuisine équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Personnel aimable et disponible. Idéalement situé près du métro

very close for all facility

good quality

Très bon emplacement. Rapport prix/qualité excellent

Rien

The one bedroom with kitchen that we stayed in was adequate for 3 people and clean with all needed dinnerware. The housekeeping staff is excellent and very responsive to urgent requests. The front desk staff (Ahmed, Bilal, Joey) are exceptional, very friendly and professional and eager to help. The location is excellent (5 minute walk to Metro and large shopping mall) I highly recommend this facility, and in the future I will not hesitate to use it again.

Clean , great location , cool stuff

The noise from the apartment above was disturbing .. we have difficulty to sleep

Close to shops and a big Mall walking distance

Nothing

We enjoyed our stay and we booked family-suite which really met to our expectations (facilities, cleanliness, comfortability). All type of supermarkets, shopping malls and Metro/buses were in walking distance (1-3 minutes). Staff in hotel are friendly and always ready to help, also service for apartment cleanliness are there to clean rooms on daily basis (they did a good job). Anytime if I get a chance to visit Istanbul I would prefer to come again. Thank you Belle-Maison Hotel&Residence

Nothing

It’s an aging property - the maintenance is poor. Air conditioners are dirty with a thick layer of dirt/dust on the filters and main bedroom unit is rattling. Notified the front desk, but it shouldn’t be guests telling them about maintenance.

The staff were really helpful

Nothing

Unfortunately, nothing

No soundproof, not safe neighborhood, stuff not professional, smell in overall, internet 18mbps. A lot of problems like ants, doors crashing, keys not working (the only thing fixed). Day 1: card not working, fixed by a key (solution-oriented move from the receptionist, which was nice). Safe wasn't adjusted. Day 2: ANTS 🐜🐜 in the bathroom (video attached in my Google maps’ review) Day 3: the bathroom door dropped (photo attached). They gave me keys to another room TO USE BATHROOM. That was the day I asked to the receptionist if the partial refund was possible, by explaining the reasons in a very nice manner, without shouting or yelling. What I received was a sarcasm that it's my luck and it's happening only for me 🤦🏻‍♀️. I didn't insist on the refund since I wanted to leave that place badly already. Later, while we were resting (and booking another hotel), a cleaning lady was sent with a spray against bugs. So, they were going to use this toxic ‼️gas while we were in the room… When I told the lady (she was Russian) that there was no need since we would leave, what I got was "Hello there! It's such a clean place" («Здрасьте! Yeah, the smell and bugs tell it 😁

Location is excellent, close to public transport and metro Apartment is spacious Lift in building

Everything was soooo beautiful I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made my experience even better. The service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay!😍😍😍😍

The place looked exactly like the pictures, with well-maintained furniture and a very clean environment. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff, especially Mr. Jawid, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had some issues with our flights and needed to make changes, and they were always accommodating and supportive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Istanbul!

The location is very good exept there was no place to park a car, its on a narrow street. The hotel was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room size was adequate for a couple.

The furniture was old.

The apartment was clean and the staff was friendly

I liked everything

All the staff are very friendly and always helpful . The location is excellent specially for the older people nearby the metro station and the Main Street . The room was very clean and nothing to complain. I will booking my next trip surely in this hotel!

Nothing at all

Great location, Clean rooms, Friendly stuff

The people above us were annoying with the noise but that's not the fault of the Maison

The staff is very helpful and the location is Perfect

The furniture needed to change and the bed was not comfortable.

İt has perfect location

The property in good location , the staff are fantastic (5 stars staff especially Jawad, Ahamed and kuran ), easy to reach the underground with short walking. I am very great full to each person working in the hotel.

No flexibility in reservation, no one can guarantee his circumstances, that’s why I wish the hotel management looking to the reservation terms and review it.

Close to the metro, also close to the cevahir mall, only 5 minutes walk.

We were in this hotel second time, because it is better value for money. There are all to feel comfort - location, silence, space, kitchen. Staff is very polite and empathetic. Thank you!

All was great!

It was a comfortable place to stay. You could have your kitchen and laundry in a cozy and super-friendly place. The hotel location is fantastic. You can reach any place easily by metro and bus. The 24-hour open front desk was awesome, and the staff was so helpful.

First the location is perfect about 4 mins walk to cevahir mall, metro station and has several bakeries around .. the apartment was clean and cozy the staff are really friendly and welcoming dedicated to serve the gusts specially Koray and Cavid

Nothing, just missed a day of cleaning but when I notify them they respond quickly

A place with a perfect location. They make you feel at home with their friendly staff who help you in every way

It had a separate kitchen, all facilities in the kitchen. The location is convenient. The metro is a 5 minutes walk and you can get to all directions from there. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Close to shops, if you want to self- cater, and plenty of good restaurants. Very close to the Metro for good public transport options. A great experience all round at Belle Maison Hotel and Residence.

Location, staff, access to public transport

Lack of amenities such as tooth brush

No frill service apartment. Don’t expect anything 5 star, but good enough for it’s purpose. It’s close to metro and a large shopping mall. They asked on booking page to contact them 72 hours for check-in instructions, but after I tried to contact them they gave no response, in the end I think they just want to make sure you are going to show up. Room cleaning is every 2 days, and there are a number of minor issues with the apartment I was staying, like air-con drip water when using and they put a towel under it, toilet leak small amount of water but there is sink hole nearby. Like I said don’t expect 5 star anything.

Nice, cozy, family-friendly hotel! The location is top! The staff is very responsive, responds to all requests. No problem with late check-out, and without additional payment. Jivahir is exactly 5 minutes walk away. I recommend

It is perfectly located in terms of transportation. Only walking distance to Cevahir shopping center. Their rooms were very much welcomed by our wishes. In addition, it has become a place where I will always come with its friendly and helpful staff.

The location was perfect and close to shops, restaurant and Sisli train station.

Fantastic personel. Very helpful.

The place is clean and tidy, and the furnishings are excellent. I recommend staying there

There is nothing wrong with it
