The location was perfect. The entire facility was clean! Bed was so comfy! Staff was very welcome and friendly.

We did have an issue with the tv channels losing internet connection maybe bc of the rain.

A little pricey but still had a good time

Being able to park the car until we checked out. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to. The bathroom was laid out well. We liked the shower very much. The showerheads were great! The handheld shower was an extra bonus!

Could not find a blanket in the room closet. Went to the front desk and requested one. They brought it to the room.

You have to pay to park at the resort. Why should you have to pay for the place you’re staying. They are squeezing the customers for all they can get.

The whole atmosphere was amazing. Little details definitely make a difference like having real coffee mugs and glasses in the room. The staff was very friendly and the whole hotel was super clean.

Maybe add more umbrellas by the pool. There was a few and one was broken. Really nothing that would stop me from coming again. The hotel was amazing.

Très bon emplacement, chambre avec balcon côté rivière. En plein centre ville. Un trolley bus gratuit permet de faire un petit tour de la ville à prendre à 50 mètres de la sortie de l'hôtel. On a eu la chance de voir un ours se promener sur l'arrière de hôtel.

Le bruit de la climatisation assez fort sans possibilité de le diminuer.

The resort was very nice. You definitely get thst beach resort feel when you walk into the lobby. The food at the on-site restaurant was very good. I'm disappointed in the having to pay for parking while staying here but other than that my wife and I really enjoyed it. We got a 30% off spa treatment and w see it and got a couples massage. Diana and Autumn were our massage therapists and they did an incredible job. The noise level wasn't as bad as I was expecting. We had one little hiccups with our room service but other than that all was good. The price is higher than surrounding hotels but the facilities, grounds and rooms were clean.

The shower was amazing! I also especially like the pool area and that staff came around to check and see if you needed anything and offered to order drinks and food while you chilled pool side.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. Seems that should already be included in the price for staying there.

Everything was clean at all times. It was very comfortable to sleep there, and it had the perfect location, right on the main strip. I also liked that they had food and drinks available at all times as well. The pool was amazing! The staff was kind at all times and very helpful!

We always enjoy staying with Margaritaville properties, and frequently do so, and have never had any issues. We find them clean, convenient in location, and until this stay the staff have always been so kind and helpful.

The property is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location for sons sporting events. Each staff member has been so kind and have gone above and beyond to be helpful & friendly... until this morning... without going in to lengthy detail, the lady working the front desk was extremely rude, and had no interest in hearing anything that I had to say, nor any desire to help with an issue that we had arise with our son's schedule. Even approaching her was uncomfortable as her demeanor was very unpleasant. Again, everyone else has been so kind, and this will not keep us from staying at these properties in the future... just kinda feel that someone should be aware.

The easy check in. The staff is always helpful and polite. Easy checkout. Room was very clean . The view from the pool is awesome 👌.

The prices for mixed drinks was outrageous. 2 daiquiri"s $30 . Not buying anything from the bar again.

I highly recommend Stacey at St. Somewhere Spa. My daughter and I got pedicures and facials! She was so friendly and welcoming. Made us feel relaxed and like we’d known her for years. Very good service!

We had an absolutely amazing trip! This resort is our absolute favorite relaxation spot! My mom and I visited their spa, St. Somewhere, and had the most amazing experience! We each got pedicures and facials, and this was my first time ever getting a facial! Stacey was the kind lady we had who did both our pedicures and facials, and she was the best ever!!! She was so sweet, fun to talk to, and literally made my entire day! It was so relaxing, which is exactly what we needed. Go visit and book your spa treatments with Stacey! She’s the best!!!! You’ll have a new best friend by the time you leave!

Resort was fantastic and conveniently located to all of the Gatlinburg attractions. Walking distance to downtown was super helpful. Resort was extremely clean and faculty was very friendly and accommodating.

The Spa at the Margaritaville Resort is a little hidden little gem! Clean, friendly, and oh so relaxing!!! We helped ourselves to a mani and pedi and have never been so relaxed and pampered in all our life’s! Stacy is remarkable and so talented! If you are in the Gatlinburg area you need to stop by. There is no wonder they call this the FIVE star visit!!!!!

I had such a wonderful prenatal massage with Diana! She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. She was attentive to my needs, adjusted everything to ensure I was comfortable, and helped relieve so much tension. The experience was peaceful and rejuvenating, and I left feeling refreshed and cared for. I highly recommend Diana to any expecting moms looking for a relaxing and therapeutic prenatal massage experience!

Valet George is an amazing human! He was so kind and accommodating. He took VERY good care of us!

Pool area needed more umbrellas. Also, the poor restaurant waiter was by himself covering the pool and patio which made for slow service. Not his fault.

The parking

The resort is beautiful and there are so many amenities! We like this one better than the one in Pigeon Forge because it is not so spread out that you have to ride a shuttle to get to the couple of restaurants that are there. Our room was so nice and large, and the employees were all very helpful and friendly. The complaint we had was the pool was not clean on Sunday morning so we could not swim in it. Also, I don’t really understand why there was a separate parking fee since we’re staying at that hotel. The parking should be free. Another surprise was the $5.00 charge for room service delivery and there is a tip already added on that tab.

From the parking to the check in to the room. It’s as if they took my personal wants and needs and created Margaritaville!! Hot tub!!! (Could have been a tad hotter but that’s my personal preference) Indoor and outdoor pool! (Although I don’t and a small sitting pool area sits above the pool to lounge ) The shower in the room baaaabyyyyyy is nice! Plus a nice deep tub. Balcony! Staff friendly Parking and walking easy!

Just that the hot tub wasn’t really hot and the indoor pool seemed a little cool to be indoor. Personal preference so even this is a stretch.

The breakfast was very good.

There were no parking spaces available the night we arrived so I parked in front of the hotel. That is the only time we had that problem.

Nothing Margaritaville could control which dealt with the occasional weather conditiions we had to endure.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg. Based on the hotel’s reputation and pricing, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably dirty. I found hair in multiple areas of the room and bathroom, and there were stains on the furniture, carpet, and other surfaces. The overall condition of the room felt worn, outdated, and not well maintained. I brought these concerns to the staff and requested a room change. While they did accommodate the request, the replacement room had many of the same issues. Unfortunately, it did not appear that the concerns were taken very seriously, and the second room was still far below the level of cleanliness I expected from a resort that is often advertised as one of the best hotels in Gatlinburg. I do want to recognize the positives: the front desk staff at check-in were kind, and the valet team was excellent throughout our stay. However, no amount of friendly service can make up for a room that feels dirty and poorly maintained. When paying premium rates, guests should not have to overlook hair, stains, worn furnishings, and cleanliness issues. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose this hotel again based on my experience or recommend it to no one staying in gatlinburg.
