Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The bed is very comfortable. Looks like the unit is either barely used or was recently refurbished. It's common for hotels in Makati to get the "landlord special" (i.e. painting over mould, cracks, water damages, etc.) instead of addressing the root cause. Thankfully, this unit still looked polished especially in the corners of baseboards and doors and ceilings. It's also free of mould, especially in the bathroom which was great. I also didn't see any pests during my stay which is again, very common in Makati. The cleaner comes in every day which is also great taking out the trash and replacing towels. There's a kitchen with mini-fridge, smart TV, and complementary snacks and bottled water. There is a 7/11 right right next door and I ate at the local Filipino restaurant connected to the lobby a couple times for convenience. Overall, very pleasant experience.
There are a lot of floors and they shut down the elevators by 9 pm and keep only 1 working. If you're in a rush, you're likely to wait a bit and share it with quite a few people. There's also no AC or at least, the AC is very low inside the elevator and it was musty. FYI: They take a 2,000 Peso cash deposit at check-in for incidentals which they return to you in cash on your check-out. Make sure to have some peso or you'll need to pull some out at an ATM.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Spacious accommodation in the heart of Makati. Bedroom was good size with very comfortable bed and a closet with a safe. Living room with large TV and kitchenette with complimentary water and snacks. Large bathroom with rain shower. Internet was quick. Other facilities included an onsite gym, swimming pool and sauna for use. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Several malls were walking distance away and a HSBC bank was a short walk away (which was handy to larger cash withdrawals not available at local banks).

Mimo że była nas 5 pościel była dla 4 - ale po zgłoszeniu problemu szybko zostało to naprawione.

Reviewed May 25, 2026The functionality of everything inside the unit. Free access to Condo amenities. Great location for Legazpi Sunday Market and 8mins walk to Greenbelt and Ayala Mall. Very comfy bed and luxurious pillows. Smooth check in and out.
The room cleaner opened the door without the sign of Clean Up Room hanged up by the door. In fairness to him, he did buzz 2x but I was in the shower. I preferred the cleaner not to enter the room without being asked. Otherwise, he is a nice man and apologised to me.

Reviewed May 19, 2026KL is a great hotel with a pool and excellent cafe/restaurant at attached and a lovely view across to the park. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, particularly the staff getting the door for you and looking out for your car/grab while you wait in the air conditioned lobby. Andre who looked after the booking, organising keys and anything you needed for your room was very helpful and friendly. I felt like I was in good hands with the team at KL helping me to learn as I navigated my round the city.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a huge TV including Netflix and great speakers, which was a really nice extra. The bed was extremely comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location in Makati is excellent, very convenient and easy to access, especially if you want to be close to shops and restaurants. The suite itself was well-equipped, featuring a stove, kettle, iron, microwave, and basic cooking equipment like pots and dishes, which made the stay more comfortable. Housekeeping was reliable, with daily room service and fresh towels provided consistently, which I appreciated. However, there were some cleanliness concerns. I noticed a bit of black mould in the shower area, although this was addressed after being reported to room service. Overall, it was a fair experience for a four-star property, comfortable and convenient, but with some room for improvement in maintenance and attention to detail.

There are a couple of different providers in KL Tower, and KLX have the best rooms out of all of them, but I think it's too pricey now, given the competition. I wish it was a little cheaper

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Ruime kamers met een slaapgedeelte en een zit/keuken gedeelte (er was geen kookgelegenheid, wel wat bestek/borden/mokken). Het ligt op loopafstand van de Greenbelt/Glorietta malls in Makati en tegenover het hotel is een parkje. Naast het hotel zit een 7/11 (erg praktisch). Er is een zwembad en een gym. De kamers zijn misschien een beetje outdated, maar absoluut netjes en schoon, met een hele comfortabele douche. De ligging was voor ons perfect.
