Wimal, de gastheer is heel erg aardig en helpt je overal bij. Hij kan gepassioneerd praten over Sri Lanka en heeft interessante tips. Samen met zijn vrouw maken ze elke dag een geweldig ontbijt en ook de home cooked meals zijn heerlijk!

Het ontbijt was erg lekker en de eigenaar heel vriendelijk. We hadden ook goede wifi.

De douche was minder goed.

Molt bon tracte i hospitalitat per part de l’amfitrió, amb predisposició per ajudar en qualsevol moment. El menjar molt bo i la ubicació excel·lent!

Our host Wimal was so kind and helpful ! He helped us with everything we needed - nothing was problem. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and typical for Sri Lanka. Location great, because you can walk directly from accommodation to Mihintale rock. Visiting of Mihintale was much better than Anuradhapura - it is magical place.

Our stay at Rich Resort in Mihintale was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality that made us feel comfortable and valued. The rooms were super clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. The environment was peaceful and ideal for a calm getaway. The food was incredibly delicious, especially the Sri Lankan traditional dishes full of authentic flavors and beautifully prepared. Every meal was a treat! Everything about this hotel was simply perfect. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mihintale and looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. 😊✨

Delicious home cooked breakfast. Big. Owner was very nice and chatty. Mosquito nets. Good value for money.

Plug sockets very high up on walls! We made it work.

Staff seemed willing but unexperienced. Breakfast was good but later than the agreed time

Room doesn't match the photo, not very clean. Bathroom not clean, encrusted faucet and ants in the shower. Noise outside in the late evening. Lots of flying insects near the door, forces to keep it closed.

Very attentive host who helped us with tips how and where to go in Anuradhapura, which is easily accessible by local bus. Very close to ancient Mihintale rock (20 minutes walk).

In spend 2 nights in the Guesthouse for the Poya Poson célébration just in front of the House. Feeling like home, Nice and confortable room. The owner and his family very friendly and helpfull. Amazing breakfast home made. Recommand it ! Thanks

I can say that the stay here was absolutely amazing and unforgettable , the place was perfect, the owner took care as best as he could and provided a perfect stay experience. The food here was absolutely amazing the owner cooked home made food. I have to recommend this place👍

The service was impeccable! Room was clean with mosquito net. Breakfast was made with love and very fresh. Everything was very good.

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable clean bed with mosquito nets. Nice clean bathroom. Wimal and his family put a lot of love into making sure everything is perfect. When we didn’t need dinner the first night he brought us tea and biscuits with bananas. Make sure that you eat there !!! Dinner and breakfast were amazing. The best food we have had in Sri Lanka. Even the fresh juice was the best mix. We would go back anytime.

The whole village looses Electricity regularly but Wimal even went above and beyond here and went and got a battery powered electric light bulb so we could have light in the room.

Wimal and his family did everything to make us feel welcome. The room is comfortable and it has a nice balcony to relax. The food is delicious (and a lot 😁). Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

I had a great stay at Wamil guesthouse! The rooms were simple but clean. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The highlight was the incredible food prepared by the host’s wife—both dinner and breakfast were delicious and made with care. If you’re looking for a cozy stay with great home-cooked meals, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Our holiday is two weeks. We arrived to Rich resort on 30th of June. Decided to stay for one day but decided to stay for two days. Because the rooms are comfortable, because of the endless kindness, and delicious food. Reasonable prices. Transportation facilities were provided to visit sacred places. Thanks Wimal Johan Marzell.

Everything was perfect!

Excellent service. Went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Food was delicious and hearty. Treated us like family. Felt safe

We were received very kindly. Very clean, Very tasty food. Wimal's car took us to show the beautiful places. Wimal took us to see Wilpattu national park. Reasonable prices. Accommodation was arranged for one day and we stayed for three days. I highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a really nice place. The rooms are clean and comfortable room. delicious breakfast :) The AC and WiFi are good. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and they provide an excellent... I recommend this comfortable place for your stay in Anuradhapura.

L’acceuil est excellent. La chambre est très propre et spacieuse, très bien équipée (moustiquaire, sèche cheveux, climatisation, petit bureau, TV). Le petit déjeuner et le dîner n’etaient pas inclus mais pour un prix dérisoire vous mangerez un repas gargantuesque de spécialités locales. L’hote a été très avenant, allant jusqu’à nous accompagner à l’arret de bus et s’assurer que nous ne nous trompions pas. J’ai passé un super séjour dans cet établissement idéalement situé à Mihintale. Je recommande vivement ! :)
