No me dí cuenta y elegí una habitación con cama redonda.No fue cómoda porque se nos quedaba pequeña.Por lo demás todo bien

Останавливались на 2 ночи. Очень приятный персонал. Все показали, рассказали. Прислали рекомендации о ближайших магазинах, кафе. Сам номер приятный, чистый. Есть небольшая общая кухонька, где можно сделать чай/кофе. Попали в день с ливнем. В котел попала молния и не было теплой воды, но нас предупредили, даже перевели сообщение на белорусский. Очень мило

Номер очень компактный. Прочитали много негативных отзывов по поводу времени заезда. Раньше не заселят, как и позже. Об этом указано. Багаж также оставить нельзя. Но нам показали, где можно его оставить, но платно)

Very clean and lovely place, loved the balcony. Staff were helpful and always approachable when needed. We arrived way after the check-in time and the host arranged pick up of the keys with detailed videos how to access the property which was very appreciated.

Location was ok, quiet.

Shouldn’t say there’s a balcony when you can’t get onto it due to the air con units filling it and blowing hot air back into your room if door gets opened. No city view, or landmark view, just over an enclosed space above the smoking area. Bathroom wasn’t clean, tiles broken/badly patched in, shower heads and jets clogged up and filthy, around bottom of doors black (needs bleaching/re-siliconing). Socket in bathroom dangerous, hanging off the wall.

Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, okolica bezpieczna. Dobrze działająca cicha klimatyzacja, pokój dobrze odizolowany od ulicy. Wygodne łóżko i czysta biała pościel. Sprawne przekazanie kluczy po 22.00.

Łazienka wymaga poprawy i porządnego odświeżenia.

Prime location, spacious honestly everything was amazing.

My only critique is the bathroom especially the shower was not clean. We spoke to the gentleman who checked us in and he had The lady come clean again and nothing changed. It needs much more than wiping the surfaces. It needs Clorox, a scrub brush and time. She does not know how to clean properly. They need a new cleaning team.

Butas geram rajone, saugus. Kambarys tvarkingas, kondicionierius puikiai veikia. Viskas buvo gerai. Vonioje yra langas į kambarį, geras vaizdas, kai tavo draugė ar žmona maudosi :) Yra kavos aparatas su kapsulėmis, kur nemokama kava.

I really liked the location of it, as it’s easily accessible to public transportation and restaurants / bars.

There are a few points to get into. 1. We lost the first night of our stay(paid in advance) due to their policy of only being available to check us in within 15-19PM. We had a flight and arrived 8, which led us trying to contact them without success. We have made the mistake to not be aware of their check in hours, and didn’t see their direct messages through the Booking app. They could easily sent us the instructions for the key so we didn’t need to waste all night to find another place to stay because of this, we lost the first night. 2. The door of the shower was broken (barely hanging on), and as a result having the door falling on me while showering(sliding glassy door) 3. The jacuzzi’s control panel was not functioning as it should, we had 4 functionalities, with just 1 working, which was disappointing as we paid especially for that feature of the room. 4. The water temperature was very unstable in the shower, as it was keep changing temperatures while having it on a specific setting, without touching.

La stanza ha una buona posizione, molto vicina a Fontana di Trevi (1km e mezzo circa a piedi).

Non funzionava l’aria condizionata e abbiamo dormito tutta la notte boccheggiando. C’era il termostato, ma non funzionava. Lo scarico del WC non scaricava e non scendeva acqua e la doccia, al nostro arrivo, presentava muffa. Le lenzuola non erano delle più pulite, infatti sul cuscino c’erano delle macchie arancioni.

Otel değil, eski bi binanın ara katında bir daire. Otopark sorunu var, güvenlik yok resepsiyon yok hiçbirşey yok. Sıcak su banyoda güzel akmıyor bozuktu. Özetle odayı tutarken özellikler daha net belirtilmeli. Kandırmacalı bir tesis oldu.

It’s was perfect for our family

L'host è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e puntuale nelle risposte. Appartamento incantevole, in zona centrale, tranquilla e vicina a Termini. Bagno grandissimo con vasca e doccia, letto king size e cabina armadio. Cucina funzionale con tutto il necessario. L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente e il letto era comodissimo. E' stato tutto perfetto.

Posizione ottima, soprattutto se si gira con i monopattini: meno di 10 minuti per ogni punto di riferimento storico. 10 minuti anche dalla stazione. Palazzo nuovo è dotato di ascensore. Essendo al 5* piano si ha una vista sulla città dal balcone. Anche se piccolo ottimale se si fuma o solo per godere di un po di aria. Il signore che ci ha accolto super disponibile e simpatico. Ci ha anche fatto lasciare lo zaino un paio di orette l’ultimo giorno e ci ha lasciato il numero per qualsiasi evenienza. Doppia carta per entrare in stanza. Materasso molto molto comodo e aria condizionata ottima

Sfortunatamente poco pulita. Abbiamo preso la suite con la vasca idromassaggio. Appena abbiamo riempito la vasca hanno iniziato a fluttuare pezzi di cose, sembravano batuffoli di calzini/ maglioni di diversi colori. Inoltre facevi fatica a dormire per l’odore di aceto sulle coperte Non ci sono tapparelle o qualcosa per chiudere la finestra, quindi se avete problemi con la luce per dormire portatevi una mascherina! Dato il prezzo mi aspettavo una SUITE. ma sfortunatamente il bagno era minuscolo. Se si apriva tutta la porta toccava il wc. per accendere l’acqua della doccia bisogna entrare dentro la doccia(e prendere tutta l’acqua fredda) o si allaga tutto perché il soffione è direttamente sopra la porta Non c’è nemmeno uno spazio per appoggiare tutte le cose per il bagno, c’è una mensola piccolissima e storta quindi anche solo per lavare i denti non si può appoggiare nemmeno lo spazzolino in piedi. Non c’è una luce principale, solo una laterale vicino all’armadio che è soffusa, quindi la sera non si ha una luce vera. Diciamo che potevano studiarla meglio o ridurre il costo per la mia esperienza. O almeno io per suite intendo decisamente un’altra cosa 😅 questa è una stanza con una vasca e un bagno minuscolo e impraticabile

Me pareció bien todo, solo un dato extra que no sabia que al llegar tenia que pagar 5 euros por los impuestos , no es problema pagarlos en ese momento , pero si es importante lo indiquen en la pagina o en algún mail para estar atenta a dicho pago.

En realidad no tengo ningún comentario negativo, solo considerar en algun momento tener un lugar para guardar las maletas ya que a veces los vuelos llegan temprano a roma y bueno hay que considerar esperar hasta las 15h00 para el check in y bueno uno quiere aprovechar todo el tiempo posible.

Apartman nije bio cist,zamolila sam vlasnika da netko dodje ocistiti i stvarno su odmah reagirali,spremacica je poslana ali opet nije napravila posao kako treba. Wc,kuhinja,posuđe,deka,masno i s flekama,nije mi bas bilo ugodno posebno jer su djeca bila samnom. Pazila sam da nista ne dodiruju,hidromasaznu kadu se nisam usudila koristiti. Voda u tusu nije u redu,izmjenjuju se skroz hladna i vruća voda,zadnji dan kad sam se posla tusirati vode u tusu je nestali. Steta,lijep apartman ali se ne odrzava,preskup za ono sto nudi.

Nice large room with King bed and 2 twins. They were very comfortable.Property had an elevator and the building was locked at night. Located in a safe area. AC was cold.

The shower had excessive mold and wand holder was broken. When you would set the wand on the opposite side of the unit , water would flow behind the shower unit causing chunks of mold to flow out to the shower pan. There were birds or rats living above the bathroom so constantly hearing scratching and squeezing the balcony’s wasn’t usable for to placement of the air conditioning units. Room was never serviced. This unit shares a common area with another room. There was a kitchenette , which we did not use but it did look nice if you needed to make coffee or tea. None of luggage storage places the property recommenced were open/in business.

Dårlig kundeservice og begrenset innsjekkstider. Personalet var lite fleksibel og var også passiv-aggressiv ved ankomst da vi ble forsinket pga mye trafikk i byen. Rommet ser IKKE ut som på bildene OBS!! Veldig slitt og skittent. Dusjdøren falt oppå meg og dusjhodet/holder falt fra hverandre. Ekstremt mye støv i takvifte på badet, og flere steder hvor det ikke var rengjort skikkelig.

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner Giuseppe was welcoming and provided prompt responses.to questions sent via.Whatsapp regarding local places to eat and guidance on train travel as we were going to the Vatican and Colosseum via train. The beds were extremely comfortable, we had the best night sleeps . Location is great, lots of delicious food close.by that was much more affordable and tastier than right in the heart of the hassle and bassle of the Pantheon ans Trevi Fountain.

Perfect location, all of the main things in Rome was walking distance. Giuseppe was excellent, gave us lots of advice and made us feel very welcome. Clean, spacious room that was perfect our stay.

The bed was comfy and we slept well. Balcony was nice to relax outside and it was lovely to have the spa bath after a day of walking around Rome. We found the location good, only a short walk to the main sites, trevi foundation 15 mins away and termini station within 20 mins. Host was also informative and friendly and gave us recommendations during our stay.

The shower door was quite difficult to move to open and close. There was quite a few marks on the walls, didn’t bother us but could do with a quick touch up.

Place was comfortable, near most of the sites we visited.

The hot water from the shower was not consistent. It goes hot then cool and hot and cool again. I was looking forward to a nice spa bath after a long walking day, but the tub was not well scrubbed. The place was very clean, except that the crevices in the shower stall and sink area are not well scrubbed. They can retire their tea kettle, it has hints of rusting already.

Чудові сучасні апартаменти із дуже зручним місцерозташуванням, оснащені всім необхідним для комфорту гостя: пральна, посудомийна та каво-машини, фен, праска, гардеробна та кухня, оснащена всім необхідним. Особливого настрою додає встановлена в апартаментах bluetooth-аудіосистема. Приємний власник, який радо зустрів, дуже детально розповів все про помешкання, завжди був на зв’язку та надавав допомогу у будь-яких питаннях стосовно гарного проведення відпочинку у місті. Обов’язково повернемось неодноразово.

Really nice and safe neighbourhood with only 10-15 mins walk to the main attractions. Comfy rooms with shared kitchen and free coffee! Also loved the little balcony included. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

We were only missing a microwave in the kitchen and possibilities to cook something easy but that would have been only cherry on top, otherwise everything was perfect and according to description.

The outdoor terrace was perfect and the location was easy to use and close to amenities. Termini and pizza Republica are very accessible. Quiet and safe location with numerous restaurants, pizzerias and shops closed by, including an exceptional ice cream gelato shop. Staff were really helpful and instructions for access were really accurate. Loved the terrace where one could sit out and enjoy the evening sun I can easily recommend it to anyone staying in Rome for a break.

Check in was a bit stressful even though it was within the time window and the spa bath was… tricky. Didn’t seem to work later at night so could only use once - lesser than intended. worked after the manager checked. The room really needs more lights - especially on the ceiling. Cupboard doors could also use handles? (That was a strange surprise)
