Le personnel était très agréable et convivial, l’ambiance était super bonne et ils étaient très serviable, la chambre était grande avec une bonne climatisation, la douche était super et ils offrent plusieurs services comme la location de vélo. Je recommande totalement, surtout pour le personnel

Mr. Ha owner is very good, receptionist Bo was also very friendly and the night boy is also friendly. Over all satisfied . Rooms are spacious. Views from Balcony or windows is very good

They don't allow guest to stay beyond 11pm. Also they don't provide any complimentary coffee or tea sachet. They don't have lift, so if you have heavy bag it might be difficult.

Great location, close to the ancient town but in a nice and quiet location. The place was immaculate, comfy beds and the owners of the property were so kind and friendly! Great shower! We loved our stay so much here that we extended.

היה לי מושלם במלון ואני ממליצה עליו בחום! תמורה מעולה למחיר. כל הצוות היו פשוט מקסימים ועזרו לי בכל שאלה ובכל בקשה שהייתה לי. השירות היה חם וממש מכל הלב. החדר היה נקי, ניקו אותו מדי יום והחליפו מגבות בכל יום. המזגן עבד מצוין. אין במלון מעלית, אבל הבחור הקבלה סחב לי את המזוודה לחדר, כך שזה ממש לא היווה בעיה. המיקום פשוט מעולה — בערך 5–10 דקות הליכה מכל המסעדות, החנויות והעיר העתיקה, אבל המלון נמצא באזור השקט יותר. Thank you so much to Mr. Ha and the whole team for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

Mình ở 1ngày nên cũng ko bất tiện gì lắm. Nếu ks có thêm ấm siêu tốc thì tốt. Tối đói bụng khuya sợ làm phiền ac nên ko dám kêu

It's right on the edge of the old town, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

No elevator. I was in room 303 so having to climb six sets of stairs was a bind but nothing I couldn't handle.

We had a very nice stay at this family-run hotel. The owners were friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Although it is a basic hotel, the rooms were comfortable and adequate for our needs. The location is convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk from the Old Town. It's a pleasant walk, and many of the nearby tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot. There is also a parking lot directly across from the hotel, which is a big plus if you're travelling by car. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Mr. Hà for his kindness and exceptional service. After we had already left, we realized we had forgotten our earphones in the room, and he kindly helped arrange to send them back to us free of charge. We truly appreciated his honesty, generosity, and willingness to help. Thank you again to Mr. Hà and the whole team for making our stay even better!

This was an absolutely perfect hotel in Hoi An. The staff is so kind and welcoming, offering local recommendations, able to help with anything you need, and always kind. They really make you feel so welcome. The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect, right in the center and walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go. And the value is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hoi An.

All staffs (Ms. Bo) at counter reception are very helpful, polite and always smile at customers. Hotel location near the Hoian city center. Can rent bicycle fpr city hopping. Got laundry services.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. They arranged a good price taxi for us from Da Nang, and then onto our next destination, cheaper than Grab. We were also able to hire a scooter from the accommodation to get around. Room was comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom.

We had a problem with our air conditioning dripping water on the floor and had to put a towel under it our first night, however they got someone in the next day to fix it which we appreciated.

Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent location. The staff were especially accommodating and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

A lovely hotel close to the centre. We have felt very welcomed by everyone at the front desk especially Bo. The room was also perfect, the choice of AC or fan was great when getting out of the hot weather! The Tv had Youtube which was great for us. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had while travelling and the sheets were soft and comfortable. The addition of a fridge was great to keep our water cool.

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal äußerst freundlich und bemüht, die Zimmer sauber und das Bett bequem.

Der Schreibtisch, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, existiert nicht mehr (obgleich man mir eine Lösung angeboten hat und einen kleineren Tisch gebracht hat). Die Badezimmer sind aufgrund eines Lüftungsfensters mit dem Treppenhaus verbunden, sodass man jedes Geräusch von beiden Seiten hört und die Schlafqualität sehr von dem Lärmpegel der anderen Gäste abhängt. Der Balkon ist sehr klein und ohne Möbel, daher nicht so gut nutzbar

The staff were always very kind and greated us with a big smile. The hotel has a minimart a few doors away, is close to the fee-free ATM of VPBank and is a short walk away from the old town. It is generally quiet and the room is spacious.

The room could be improved a bit, maybe with some new furniture and some deep cleaning. Perfectly fine for a few night though.

It was a very nice room with everything I needed. Nice little balcony space to stand. Large windows. Very friendly staff. Close to the old quarter. They arranged my car to Da Nang too 😊

No lift. They will carry your luggage but it is not good for anyone with mobility issues. However, they would put you on floor 1 if you request it.

Family were super helpful throughout our stay. They really tried hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

We had a great time at this hotel! It’s well located, just a quick walk to all the stores, tailors, restaurants… The room was clean and spacious, there was no closet but enough space to just lay down your stuff, so it was fine. The shower was huge and had amazing water pressure, we also got clean towels and new drinking water everyday, which was really nice. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked well. The staff was so kind and they also help you organize a lot of stuff (like transfer, tours…) and also give you recommendations around Hoi An. They organized our trip to Da Nang and back and everything worked out fine and the price was really good too. After we checked out we could leave our bags there until our bus left in the evening which was really nice. They also have a good laundry service, really quick and cheap too. The only thing that was a little annoying to us was that there were a couple of ants in our room, really not a lot, but we weren’t comfortable with putting our bags on the floor. But we guess that they were coming in from the balcony or something, guess it’s really hard to avoid that. Overall we were really happy with this hotel and would definitely come back here, if we were to stay in Hoi An again!

The staff is very helpful and will help you book the necessary activities or solve any problems that may arise. They speak English. The bikes are a bonus.

The location was great. Staff extremely kind, and very helpful with information on what to do and where to eat. They can also book day trips and activities for you. Organised us transportation and has a laundry service. The communication was great via WhatsApp. We were genuinely sad to leave.

Die Unterkunft liegt 10min vom Zentrum entfernt, was perfekt ist, da es etwas ruhiger ist. Zudem ist der Weg zum Zentrum so schön!! Das Personal war das netteste Personal, was ich auf meiner bisherigen Reisen begegnet bin. Sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig & hilfsbereit. Wir würden direkt wieder kommen!!
