Si vous avez une chambre standard, vous allez peut être entendre la nuit le bruit de scooters en raison du parking situé juste a coté. Apparemment c est tout récent, il n' y avait rien avant. Mais ce n est pas de la faute de l hôtel. Cela ne concerne que les chambres standards. Les chambres supérieures situées en contrebas ne sont pas concernées.

Das Personal war super freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt! Die Lage war zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen abseits vom Trubel auf den Straßen.

Lovely little guesthouse that I’ve been coming for years, even before it was featured on booking.com due to the staff, location and breakfast! The gardens and forest scenery are gorgeous. Great location as Lumeria Yoga is a few minutes away while there is a good but inexpensive massage place outside.

The buildings are showing their age, and floors and bathrooms are not that clean. There used to be a padi field next to the hotel but it’s gone now - not the hotel’s fault, just the surroundings are evolving.

Struttura stupenda con un favoloso clima famigliare e intimo. Situata a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di ubud, in posizione centrale ma lontana dalla via super trafficata perchè collocata all'interno di un favoloso e rigoglioso giardino. Stanze grande e pulite. Piscina piccola e accogliente con un'atmosfera super rilassante. La colazione va decisa la sera precedente e qualsiasi cosa ordinerei, sarà buonissima e preparata appositamente per voi. Ultima nota, la più importante: lo staff è da 10 e lode. Tutti cordiali, sorridenti e super disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza del cliente. Molto apprezzata anche la merenda offerta bel pomeriggio con te/caffè e fetta di torta. Se dovessi tornare ad Ubud, sceglierei ancora Kebun Indah!

Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt vor dem Pool. Dort hat man das Gefühl direkt im Dschungel zu wohnen. Beim Frühstück schaut man den zahlreichen Eichhörnchen beim Turnen über die Bäume zu. Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe im Vergleich zum Verkehrslärm in Ubud.

1,送迎サービスは基本無いと思った方が良い。1時間前に頼まないドライバーが不在。前泊のホテルへ迎えの車をよこすと、事前に確認しておいたのに、当日ドライバー手配ができないと突然言ってきた。交渉してドライバーを確保させた。 2,常駐ドライバーはいるが、たった1人しかいない。休暇ばかりでドライバー不在日が多い。高齢で英会話不可能のため意思疎通不可。Googleマップを読めないドライバー。ウブドの通りも把握していない。 3,スタッフは宿泊客の頼んだ事を叶えようという意思が感じられない。 4,プールマット不足。宿泊人数に足りて無い。プールサイドのタイルの上か、地面に水着で寝る羽目になる。 5,危険なプールチェアを放置。座ると後ろに倒れ後頭部打撲。肘から出血。スタッフからの謝罪は無し。 6,電力不足。すぐに部屋のブレーカーは上がり、持参のヘアドライヤー、ポットは全く使えなかった。 7,アフタヌーンティーサービスは、こちらから頼まないと持ってきません。時間になってもスタッフからアフタヌーンティーについてアナウンスは無い。不親切である。

Beautiful breakfast served to our verandah every morning, unfailingly polite staff - nothing is too much trouble. Great value accomodation, the pool area is set in tropical gardens. In the centre of busy Ubud but once you walk the 100 metres or so down into the valley it’s so peaceful and quiet. This accommodation is traditional with a host of beautiful sculptures and little altars surrounded by ponds and tropical gardens. Our bathroom was private but open to the air with a little fishpond and cascading ferns. Every room has its own terrace with a lounge, marble topped tables and chairs.

Nothing could be better about Kebu Indah but if you want the Hilton hotel this is not it. No vast expanses of shiny modern materials. Also good mobility needed for lots of stairs.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the pool and gardens. The very large terrace was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.

The only minor thing was a smell in the bathroom. Maybe mold? But not that much of a problem

Excellent séjour chez Kebun Indah. Le logement est très propre et confortable. L’emplacement était parfait, au calme tel un havre de paix au sein de la dynamique ville d’Ubud. Se baigner était un pur plaisir. Le personnel était également d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Si nous revenions à Ubud ça sera assurément ici.

Tutto ottimo. Accoglienza puntuale e gentile con staff che ci ha portato in camera i pesanti bagagli. Personale alla reception molto gentile, come pure tutto il resto dello staff. Ottima colazione, servita direttamente nel patio della propria camera (tutte deliziose e in stile balinese). Anche se la struttura è un po' datata, la consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a due passi dal centro di Ubud, ma in un' oasi naturale di pace e gran fascino.

Personnel super gentil, qui vous accueille avec un bon jus de fruit. Chambre propre, spacieuse, établissement situé au cœur d’Ubud mais assez isolé de la rue passante donc pas de bruit, au milieu de la végétation, petit déjeuné très bon. Bon emplacement pour visiter le centre d’Ubud, à 15min de la forêt des singe, et 30min du palais royal. Tout était parfait !

Great hotel with a wonderful host! We were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks, and our host took the time to explain the surroundings and recommend nice places to visit in Ubud. During our stay, we really appreciated that the rooms were separated from the street area, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the noise. The breakfast was delicious, and the accommodation was very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ubud. Highly recommended!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel at home and are always eager to help anyway they can. The place is peaceful and very good value for money.

Klidný resort v zahradě, 100 metrů od hlavní silnice, v absolutním klidu, Velmi ochotný a vstřícný personál. Měli jsme dva pokoje a obzvláště Tea House s venkovní koupelnou předčil veškerá očekávání. Doplňuji velmi dobrou cenu na centrum Ubudu. Absolutní soukromí, vrátil bych se zase.

Trochu starší vybavení, a hladina bazénu plná spadaného listí a drobných větviček. S ohledem na to, že se resort nachází v bujné vegetaci to ale nezhoršuje celkové hodnocení.

Allotjament tranquil i amb encant. Habitació tipus vil·la amb balconet exterior. Esmorzar deliciós molt complet i amb opcions vegetarianes. Habitació gran i llit còmode. Personal encantador i sempre disposat a ajudar, estil familiar. Bany privat dins l’habitació amb una zona exterior amb una petita font i bassa d’aigua. Molt bona qualitat-preu.

Das Personal war einfach fantastisch! Auch wenn wir in Indonesien selten schlechte Erfahrung gemacht haben, stach das Personal hier durch Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit klar heraus! Hier fühlt man sich zuhause! Das Badezimmer war zudem ein Highlight!

Staff were lovely. Long path from main road was not great at night as a female on her own, My room next to a carpark. it was fine but not 4star quality - my expectations were for 4star. If it was 3star I would be less judgemental.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Kebun Indah. Het personeel is super lief en wil je overal bij helpen! De locatie is fantastisch. Je zit middenin het centrum, dichtbij leuke winkels en heerlijke restaurants. We hebben veel lopend kunnen doen. Maar zodra je deze accommodatie inloopt, laat je alle drukte achter je en kom je heerlijk tot rust aan het zwembad in de prachtige tuin.

De inrichting is best gedateerd, daar moet je van houden :) Wij hadden dat niet zo opgemerkt op de foto’s.

Everything about this place was perfect. It’s a piece of paradise in the city. The room was clean, comfortable, peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff became a second family.

It was very private and felt like it was out the way of the busy roads, pool was a decent size too. Staff were also lovely!

Unfortunately in the night time, my room started to get invested with giant ants and lots of bugs. As there was lots of open seals and gaps from the wooden doors they were all coming in from the front door. If you’re not one for insects I wouldn’t stay in the Privda room (I think that’s how you spell it). The bathroom is also open plan so no windows, which attract many geckos and moths etc. I told reception my concerns and they were very apologetic and could tell they cared about the customers!

Un véritable petit paradis au cœur d’Ubud ! Notre séjour à Kebun Indah Ubud a été absolument parfait. Le cadre est magnifique, entouré d'une végétation luxuriante qui apporte calme et sérénité. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine ainsi que la délicieuse cuisine proposée sur place. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à rendre service pour que notre séjour soit inoubliable. Grâce à leurs précieux conseils, nous avons pu découvrir les merveilles d'Ubud dans les meilleures conditions. Si vous recherchez un endroit authentique, confortable et chaleureux pour profiter pleinement de Bali, nous recommandons Kebun Indah Ubud les yeux fermés. Nous espérons déjà y revenir lors d'un prochain voyage !

The staff friendliness, breakfast and location

Location was perfect, quiet off the main road, beautiful room and facilities, great pool, amazing and attentive staff. We had booked a standard room (which was great) but upgraded to a delux room which was just that little bit better and definitely worth paying for.

This is a beautiful little oasis in the middle of a busy location. Once you step into Kebun Indah you feel immediately at peace and relaxed. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful and the property and rooms beautiful. Kebun Indah is accessed via a 130m walkway from the main road. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s worth the walk down!

It is busy outside of the property so this may not be the place for you if you are wanting to be a super peaceful location

Es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Gute Lage 45 Meter von der Hauptstraße entfernt in der Natur. Ruhig und doch nähe Zentrum.

Alles war sehr gut. Nachmittag Tee inklusive.

Een oase van rust in het drukke Ubud, voor de 2e keer terug gekomen naar dit paradijsje! Heerlijk ontbijt met geweldig uitzicht (de onderste kamer aan het zwembad) en vooral super vriendelijk en gezellig personeel. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden!

De badkamer is behoorlijk gedateerd, douchekop kan niet heel praktisch opgehangen worden. Airco maakt veel geluid en ook de buitenunit van de airco van de bovenburen zoemt hard. Bovenburen kan je ook goed horen lopen.

The location was perfect, near very good restaurants, not right on the street, so you don't heat the traffic. The pool was very nice, right in the middle of nature, very beautiful. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every day here.

チェックインの時に、私に許可なく知らない間にパスポートの写真を撮影されていたのでショックだった。クラウドからも本当にデータ削除してくれたか今も心配。（バリ島は宿泊客の個人情報がWhatsAppに流出しているという噂があるので。。） チェックインの時に目の前に大きなチップボックスが置かれていてストレスを感じた。（ブッキングドットコムの予約で既に施設サービス料を90万rp.払っていた。） ホテルとは関係無いですが、ホテルの入り口にある両替所は3軒全て、詐欺をします。必ず2人で行くか、最後必ず数えて下さい。手口は「お釣りあるか?」です。探すその隙に抜かれます。

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was very good, brought to our patio. Coffee was excellent. Good proximity to Ubud attractions (walking or riding). Comfortable beds, good aircon spacious room (we had the 2 bed apartment). It's a solid 3 star accommodation.

Wow, what a place. Every detail had been considered and curated, with pure peace for guests in mind. From the comfy rooms and tranquil pool terrace, to the complimentary afternoon tea included daily, we couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for the ideal stay in Ubud, call off the search. A special shout-out to Jos and Khobot, but all staff members were brilliant.

Ein Paradis mitten in Ubud. Es ist herrlich und liebevoll angelegt, sowohl die Villas, wie auch der Garten und Pool. Sehr zuverlässiges und superfreundliches Personal, die alles dafür tun, das der Aufenthalt besonders und angenehm ist. Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder einchecken.

Breakfast was nice

Most of all the staff is just amazing. Always helpful and friendly. I liked quiet and piece even though it's in the noisy center of Ubud. Breakfast was also incredible, they bring it to your terrace.

The place has a bit too little facilities for the price. It's mostly for staying and the pool. For the food, drinks you have to go to the city.

The staff were wonderful, always making us feel very welcome and super accommodating. The morning breakfast was great and served your room! The rooms very clean and gardens well maintained.

This boutique hotel was exceptional in location, comfort, and service. Off a busy main road, it is a quiet oasis of calm; just perfect for relaxation. The path to the hotel is approximately 150 metres, and there are a series of steps if you are staying in rooms nearer the pool. With their old Bali charm, the rooms are lovely and spacious. The pool is small but adequate. Breakfasts were excellent with a good choice, and afternoon tea is included each day, should you wish it.

There was a mini-bar, but it was empty. Travellers should know that although there is a "mini-bar" listed in the room description, the hotel does not place any items, for purchase or inclusion in the room rate, in it.

Staff is really nice. Breakfast is good. Little garden I had in the room was super nice.

I dont understand why it has an exceptional score - it is old and needs refurbishing. All the towels were dirty, the bedsheets as well had some stains. The airconditioning only has on and off, I couldn’t ajdust it. The room smells. You can’t blind the room, there is too much light - also you can’t fully close the door.. On booking it says it has spa and wellness - it doesn’t, it’s in a sister hotel 20min away..

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sie bekommen die höchste Punktzahl. Die Anlage an sich war sehr hübsch.

Kein 4-Sterne Hotel! Fehlerhafte Beschreibung bei Booking.com, d.h. es gab weder ein Spa noch ein Restaurant oder eine Bar, noch war die Unterkunft barrierefrei. Auch hätte es für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sauberer sein müssen. Frühstück war langweilig und wenig originell! Außerdem wurde das Hotel bei Booking.com viel teurer angeboten, als auf der eigenen Webseite. Schade!

L’équipe de l’hôtel est adorable et aux petits soins! Les chambres spacieuses et propres! La piscine, un régal. Et plein de choses autour! Compter 25min pour aller plein centre à pied ou 10min en scooter! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Kebun (4 nuits) et en garderons un excellent souvenir
