Stanza all ultimo piano e tante scale da fare ma si sa che in queste strutture non esiste l' ascensore. .no aria condizionata ma a Londra e' così.…...

I’m extremely disappointed by my latest experience at the Paramount Hotel. I believe this was my fourth or fifth stay, but unfortunately, I will never return. First, I would like to thank the receptionist who assisted me. I have forgotten her name, but she was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful. She always does her best to ensure that rooms are properly cleaned and that guests have what they need, such as an iron, even when these matters are beyond her direct responsibilities. However, the quality of my sleep during this stay was extremely poor. I had specifically requested a room without draughts from the windows. Unfortunately, many of the hotel’s old wooden window frames appear not to have been properly maintained or replaced, allowing cold air into the rooms. My flight was delayed, and I arrived at approximately 11:00 p.m. When I entered the room, the window was open. I tried to close it, but it was defective and would not shut properly. Thankfully, I heard another guest speaking in the corridor and asked him to help me. Otherwise, I genuinely do not know how I would have managed to sleep, especially as I needed to wake up at 5:00 a.m. and be well-rested and mentally sharp for an important presentation. Please fix your hotel. It feels as though you are simply taking advantage of the convenient location while neglecting the condition of the rooms and amenities, which are frankly appalling. Many aspects of the hotel are old, poorly maintained and far below an acceptable standard. In its current condition, this feels like a one-star hotel. The excellent location and the kindness of the receptionist are the only positive aspects, but sadly, they are not enough to compensate for such an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

we had a serious issue with the door of our room; 2 full days not being able to lock the door. Reception available only from 15:00. We alerted the personnel but nobody came to fix the door.

Por las ventanas del baño, al ser antiguas no estaban aisladas y entraba airecillo y refrescaba un poco, al ser septiembre se podía aguantar pero si vas en pleno diciembre espero que se enciendan los radiadores.

There was a bad odour from the bathroom and the room we were staying in we had to spray some.perfume for the smell to go away. There was this pungent smell from the bathroom when we first entered. It wasnt pleasant.

la posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda , vicino alla metro e in poco tempo si raggiunge il centro. il bagno era privato e pulito e anche il letto ben fatto, con gli asciugamani a disposizione.

ho prenotato una camera deluxe, al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata una piccolissima camera al 5 piano senza ascensore, ho provato a contattare l'assistenza ma non mi hanno risolto il problema. parlando con la signora mi riferisce che le foto sono solo dimostrative e non corrispondono alla realtà. il letto era attaccato ad un termosifone rotto e pericoloso. Ho provato a richiedere un rimborso parziale della camera. ma ad oggi nessuna novità.

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile, disposto in zona tranquilla con nessuna problema di accesso a seguito di indicazioni chiare e precise da parte del gestore (check-in previsto fino alle 20 ma noi siamo arrivati piu tardi a causa del volo partito in ritardo ) La stanza confortevole con discreta pulizia, dotata solo del minimo necessario ( no presente aria condizionata). Per una notte la permanenza è accettabile. Disponibili, invece, per la custodia dei bagagli senza difficoltà

Sicuramente richiede una ristrutturazione generale (essendo datato) sia dei locali comuni che delle stanze. Difficoltosi da raggiungere i piani alti (soprattutto con bagagli grandi) perchè ripide e strette.

The state of the room was dilapidated. The hotel is a 2 stars hotel, not a 3 stars, as mentioned by Booking, but it is rotten from top to bottom. I've booked a deluxe room on the 4th floor (top floor), and it was full of mold and stains. The carpet had holes on each floor. The hotel listed soundproofing and soundproof rooms, but each time someone walkd, the floor was creaking and kept us awake. The windows were rotten, the wind could get through so the curtains were clapping all night, which is a shame as the area is really quiet and the hotel is really well located: this is the only positive point about this hotel.

The check in was simple and the staff helpful. The bed was comfortable and tea making facilities were ok. The fan was handy as it was very warm. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The location is ideal. Lovely and quiet. Good value for money.

The hotel is in a safe, clean location and located very close to a train station which makes getting around very easy.

The room and bathroom didn't feel clean, and the quality of the furniture was pretty poor. The bed was unstable and not very comfy; the room was pretty small and only just big enough for you to be able to lay your suitcases down. There is no lift, so we had to carry 2x 20kg suitcases up 3 skinny, steep flights of stairs, which was very hard and hot in summer. The whole hotel definitely needs a deep clean and refresh.

It's a fact of life that reviews vary according to a person's specific expectations and standards. Bearing this in mind, I have split the review into two parts: If you arrive at the hotel with your wife or girlfriend, expect 'to get an earful'. The climb up the stairs to the 4th Floor with a heavy rucksack; the tiny room at the end of the climb; the discarded radiator hidden behind the bed and the leaking shower base is bound to test her suicidal tendencies. HOWEVER, if you are an average British male made of sterner stuff, just looking for a shower, a comfortable bed and a convenient London location, you can't go wrong.

Nothing I’m afraid

Title: Very disappointing – bed bugs and poor response I found a bed bug in our room during our stay. I reported this and provided photographic evidence, but I was extremely concerned that when I returned to collect our luggage, the dead bed bug was still on the bed and I had no confirmation that the room had been inspected or professionally treated The incident completely disrupted our stay. We had to change our travel arrangements and return home earlier than planned, resulting in additional travel costs and plans being cancelled. Booking.com eventually processed a full refund for the accommodation, which I appreciate. However, I was very disappointed that Booking.com told me they would take no further action and did not appear to check with me that the hotel had actually dealt with the reported bed bug problem. My main concern is now for future guests. I would expect a hotel reporting a bed bug incident to have the room professionally inspected and treated and to be able to demonstrate that appropriate action has been taken. This experience caused considerable distress and disruption which is completely unacceptable

It wasn't very clean, besides there were bed bugs what caused our stay to be very unpleasant. We already reached out to the hotel for a compensation but we haven't had a follow up response yet.

The shower is very good

There is no air condition as indicated initially when I booked the room. I was lucky that the weather wasn’t too hot during my journey !

Habían chinches en la cama y además era muy pequeña para dos personas, sin aire acondicionado solo un ventilador ni servicio de habitaciones y huele fatal además que el suelo tiembla cuando caminas. No hay ascensor. Tuvimos que irnos antes de completar la estancia porque ya era un agobio

Hotel muy básico, pero con una buena relación calidad-precio. La habitación era bastante pequeña y la limpieza podría mejorarse, aunque para dormir después de pasar el día recorriendo Londres fue suficiente. No dispone de ascensor, algo a tener en cuenta si llevas maletas o te alojas en plantas superiores. Lo mejor es la ubicación: tiene una parada de metro muy cerca y muchos supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor. Si buscas un alojamiento económico y solo necesitas un sitio práctico para descansar, cumple perfectamente su función.

The Paramount Hotel offers excellent value for travellers looking to explore London. The rooms are reasonably spacious, and the area is quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. There's also a cozy courtyard at the back of the hotel, with seating where you can relax and unwind after a day out.

The hotel does not have a lift, so it's worth keeping that in mind if you're travelling with heavy luggage. Breakfast is not provided either, which may be a drawback for some guests. That said, there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby where you can easily grab something to eat.

There was only a fan no AC and it was a heat wave. I don't think in winter that will be an issue. Everything seem to be very bare minimum which is okay as I know how much I have paid. But the thing that didn't make sense to me is the bed. One side was too deep the other was not. I have literally woke with pain. The entire purpose of a hotel is for the visitor have comfortable sleep I honestly didn't care about the building or anything else.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel in a nice quiet street. Train station and lots of shops cafes etc just around corner. Lovely friendly receptionist. Bed was like sleeping on a giant pile of marshmallows, I loved it!

The room was not as shown in pictures. We were right at the top of the property, really hot even with a fan. Room was clean but in need of update...shower did not look appealing and broken/loose tiles.

Massive bedbug infestation ruining our entire break. Also the room had a bad smell and was hard to access via 4 flights of stairs. The worst part was the bedbugs having woken up with this at 3am then having to pack and leave as soon as it was light with a distraught child.

Have bed bug bites all over my body. Not so clean. Staff wasn’t helpful. I was put in a room in the basement and had no air circulation. Windows wouldn’t open. No fan or air conditioning. I was not able to connect to WiFi in the room so asked them to change the room. The host was very rude about it but I got my room changed.

Location an easy 5 mins walk from tube. Surrounding area very pleasant and our front balcony room overlooked the park. Receptionist on arrival were very pleasant. An older hotel but clean and comfortable very good value for money

Absolutely nothing

I want to be clear about the most important part first: I was bitten by bed bugs in this room. I woke up covered in bites across my arms, legs, and back, and they kept appearing every night I stayed. That is not bad luck. That is a room that has not been properly cleaned, inspected, or treated, and it means the mattress and bedding are infested. Anyone booking here should know they are risking bringing an infestation home in their luggage. The cleanliness standard is the worst I have encountered anywhere, and the fact that a room in this condition is still being rented out to paying guests says everything about how this place is run. Beyond that, almost nothing matched what was advertised. The room looked nothing like the photos on the listing, and those pictures are misleading to the point of being dishonest. There was no air conditioning at all, and the room was unbearably hot day and night, which made sleeping impossible even before the bites started. The room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so every arrival, departure, and trip out means hauling luggage up and down four flights of stairs. Staff availability is another problem. If you need anything at all, you can only get it between 3pm and 8pm. Outside that window nobody answers, nobody comes, and you are completely on your own. Overheated, misrepresented, physically exhausting to access, unstaffed for most of the day, and infested. Book somewhere else.

Gut war nur die Lage!

Wir hatten drei Zimmer und jedes war dreckig und hat aus dem Bad so eklig nach Chlor und Fäkalien gestunken das man es nicht aushalten konnte. Überall dick Dreck. Das Schlimmste waren aber die Bettwanzenund Kleidermotten!!!! Neues Zimmer bekommen das auch nicht besser war und etwas hinterm Bett krabbelte. Wir haben dann zu Viert in einem Zimmer gesessen und 2 Tage den Rückflug organisiert weil wir dort auf keinen Fall bleiben wollten. Toller Urlaub! Dazu absolut verrottete und verschimmelte Holzfenster. In jedem der 3 Zimmer! Auf den Fotos hier ist das nicht ersichtlich das alles so runtergekommen ist! Im Bad Schimmel und etwas an der Dusche abgebrochen und schwarz. Steile enge Treppen bis in den 4 Stock. Für Leute die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind eine Katastrophe. Aber wie gesagt waren die Bettwanzen und Kleidermotten absolut eklig und wir mussten unseren Urlaub abbrechen und für den Flug noch mal Geld zahlen. Gebt lieber mehr Geld aus und nehmt euch was besseres!!!

I stayed in a single room on the top floor, it was during really hot weather, but a good strong fan was provided. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was nice & the TV had a choice of channels if needed, Freeview etc. Room was lovely & bright. I only stayed one night for a concert at the Albert Hall, easy to walk to Earls Court / Station, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle to be able to sleep. I would stay there again. Great location!

There was a key code to enter which i didn't have, but someone let me in to speak to reception to check in. The communal areas were very run down & could do with updating, as this lets the hotel down. There was a lot of slamming doors, so either the slow close hinges need updating or they could just put some "noise dots" on the door frames to stop the doors banging, wood on wood!

La struttura è in un ottima posizione, vicino alla metro e a numerosi ristoranti/ supermercati e pub. È in un buon quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo. È un po datata, ma alla fine anche se la camera è piccola è accogliente.

Non c è il servizio di pulizia delle camere e gli orari di apertura della reception sono molto brevi.

Absolutely avoid this hotel. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the room was in an appalling condition. It was extremely dirty, and it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom had not been cleaned, the beds were dirty, the floor inside the room was cracked, there were signs of damp and the overall hygiene was completely unacceptable. The carpet throughout the hotel was torn, heavily worn and filthy, and there were several broken items in the room. Nothing looked like the photos advertised online. To make matters even worse, shortly after arriving we saw two people who appeared to be under the influence of drugs entering the building and going upstairs towards the guest rooms. This made us feel extremely unsafe. The combination of the shocking cleanliness, the poor condition of the property and the safety concerns meant we did not feel comfortable staying there. We had no choice but to leave immediately and book another hotel at the last minute, which cost us significantly more. I have never left a hotel review like this before, but I genuinely feel other travellers should be warned. This property does not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance, and our experience was extremely disappointing.

Πολυ μικρο δωματιο και μικρο κρεβατι

Paramount hotel - perfecte ligging voor ons om van daaruit Londen te verkennen - 2 persoonskamer deluxe met douche : goed ontvangst van de beheerders - voor de rest laten ze je met rust maar je kon bij hun terecht voor noden en vragen . Het is klein (maar heb je toch alleen nodig voor bagage, slapen en douchen) . Alles was proper, zeer prijslijk (propere badkamer en toilet !) . Rustige en stille omgeving. Koffie en thee op de kamer. Alsook een ventilator met dit hete weer. Als het kan komen we zeker terug.

Misschien enkele kleine opmerkingen : het bed is comfortabel met goede matras, kussens en propere lakens maar het bed staat schuin zodat je er makkelijk kan uitrollen . In vele hotels krijg je een basiskitje om tanden te poetsen, wat scheergerief ... hier beperkt tot wat douchegel . Dagelijks verse handdoeken zou ook geen overbodige luxe zijn .

The location is unbeatable and check in is very easy.

The shower in my room didn’t have enough water pressure to take a proper shower so I had to cup my hands and pour the water over me. It was also a very hot summer and there was just one very small fan in the room.

Went back to check in at 3pm and no receptionist, many other people waiting, three girls had had to keep their luggage with them all day as the door to the hotel was now locked. The phone was in an adjacent cupboard and we could all hear it ring.It was reported to Booking.com who could not reach the hotel either. In other words this hotel is a scam. Not Booking.com's fault and I am now waiting to be reimbursed.

Being up on the third floor and trying to carry my case up and down the stairs. No fan in room so hot in this heat, having to keep window open all night and the noise. people in next room having a shower at 12.40 in the morning hearing everything, so didn’t get much sleep

Comfortable bed, big mirrors and helpful staff Near the Earls Court Station, restaurants and convinient stores

I sleep late so I wanted to wake up late in the morning but the noise probably from some construction going on woke me up during my stay, Can't even take a nap during the day due to the drilling noise from outside, guess it's my unlucky days booked. Also you can smell the stench from the septic tank during the night.

La ubicación, esta en un bonito barrio, cerca de la estacion y de lugares para comer y comprar. El sector es tranquilo. La cama muy comoda, baño limpio, facil para hacer check in y check out.

La habitación estaba en el exterior y tenia poca ventilación, afuera de la ventana estaba sucio con arañas zancudos e insectos que entraban por la ventana por lo que no se podia abrir mucho, me toco una ola de calor y el ventilador que habia estaba pegado en el techo y el aire daba a la pared por lo que no era de mucha ayuda, ademas sonaba mucho.

Less staff, the room downstairs is too small. This hotel needs a lift. Get some genuine job done.

I'm just amazed that the stay was so cheap! You see the price and you start to imagine the worst but we only wanted a place to pass out after a gig. The room was a steal for the price and everything we needed. There are no bells and whistles but you get way more than what you pay for in central London!

Room very small. Low water power in shower. Cracked wash basin. Very limited hanging space. Ventilation bad limited opening of small window. Stair carpet extremely warn in places and a definite danger hazard.did
