We had a fantastic stay. It was quiet and peaceful, the place was clean.

The hotel is composed of a series of independent cottages, spacious apartments with all necessary equipment. It is located at few minutes drive from Loch Lomond and from some restaurants. The check-in and check-out process is independent and easy. It is a nice base to explore Loch Lomond.

The property is lovely. Location is close to the Loch and just 3 miles from Balloch. The team were very accommodating with our check out as we were waiting fir a vehicle to arrive..

I'm sorry but the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever had in a holiday let

We needed to turn the heat on and the directions in the host book were not accurate. We tried to call someone and there was no connection to the number in the host book. I walked around to find where the hosts were located and could not find a sign directing me to the farm house. We decided to make a fire but there was no wood. We found a small electric heater and that helped but we wanted the radiant heat at night.

It was the best equipped place we've ever been too, and we travel a lot! The kitchen had everything you could need and great quality as well, not the cheap, scratched pans for example. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and cozy. With hairy cows nearby to enjoy your authentic Scottish view! Staff was great as well, could check in early. We also ended up doing some washing as they have complementary washer and drier, very useful on our month long trip. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Self check in was convenient due to a busy day arriving after staffed hours. The bed was really comfortable, everything was clean and the facilities had everything we needed and more - wish we could have stayed longer.

Property was clean, quiet and not near the road. We didn't realise it was a studio so that was a surprise. Host seemed nice. Really liked that we could use washing machine and rack. Big bathroom. Near Loch LOmand, great for wild swimming.

No place to let the dog of the lead on property. On arrival my phone was out of charge so couldn't find the code. Host couldn't be reached, we had to wait to charge the phone first. Essentials were there, nothing extra. limited toilet paper.

Exactly what we needed for a nights stay, could easily stayed a lot longer

It was a really lovely little flat, perfect for our needs, which was a nice base for walking around Loch Lomond. Really couldn't recommend it more.

Lovely little cottage and hot tub. Everything was clean and kitchen was well equipped. Finding the tennis courts was a bonus and kept the kids busy for an afternoon.

The facilities listed included a high chair, although we couldn’t find one. It wasn’t an issue as we’d brought our own.

The private car parking for Rose Cottage is good. The bedrooms are a fair size, certainly compared to the rest of the cottage.

Rose Cottage is a bit small if the weather isn't good. You can't sit out then, and the combined kitchen and living room is seems quite dark and small. I recommend looking at the other accommodations at this farm.

It was very peaceful & the Stable Cottage was cosy, comfortable & very clean. We took our dog & he loved it as well! Would definitely love to go back & stay in a bigger cottage with friends.

The couch covers were a little stained but no big deal

It is a very nice cottage. You can arrive whenever you want because you don't need contact with anybody to collect the keys. It's very easy! You have space to park your car. It is close to Loch Lomond.

The wifi, for streaming, was slow and the shower was not very powerful... The actual shower bar is loose and may need inspecting. We'd stopped a a number of locations in Scotland this week, and in comparison to the others on price and amenities provided this property ranked the lowest, in our opinion.

TV wouldn't work

We loved the cosy, rustic feel of the cottage and its peaceful location near Loch Lomond. It was clean, comfortable, and being dog-friendly made it perfect for our stay. A great base for exploring the local area.

The heated towel rail in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and the kitchen bin pedal was broken. These were only minor issues and didn’t detract from our stay.

Es muy amplio, con una cocina completamente equipada, la cama supergrande y comoda. Dispones de un jardin muy amplio compartido con las diferentes habitaciones. Realmente ha merecido la pena

There was a dirty ash tray on the balcony and a tissue stuffed up by one of the beams. The bed was not flat so we rolled into the middle

Due to the weather the apartment was stifling hot… there was a fan but was just blowing the hot air around the room… maybe a wee air conditioning unit would be beneficial

Clear instructions from the host regarding check-in and location of keys. The property was clean. There was sufficient parking for my vehicle and allocated to my specific property and neighbour. There was basic kitchen supplies provided, including tea and some milk sachets. The bed was comfy and bedding fresh. Lovely outside area for short walks with my two four legged companions.

A minor issue was the low water pressure in the shower, but plenty of hot water and a constant flow.

Multiple properties on the site and the rating for all properties have been amalgamated on the booking.com. website. Ours studio didn't meet what I would expect of a 4* property. The furniture was old and worn. Cushions and the throw on the sofa really worn, there to cover a very faded sofa with paint marks on the side. Really would have benefitted from new furniture, nice plump cushions, rugs, vases, more pretty pictures to make the property feel cosy and homely. Also, some repairs required. Such a shame as it felt like it needed a bit of loving to meet a 4* rating.

I love this charming place, I’ve been many times as it’s my favourite place to go for a few days break, the cottage’s are cleaned to a high standard and so comfy and cosy with log burning fires, there are chickens on this farm and they sell the eggs,the staff can’t do enough to make your stay perfect.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und mit mehr als nur dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die ganze Anlage ist ruhig und liegt eingebettet in schöner Natur und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Am Gelände findet man sich einfach zurecht da alles gut ausgeschildert ist und auch Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung.

Der der allgemein genutzte Waschraum(für Wäsche) machte einen ziemlich ungepflegten Eindruck Der Zugang zum See ist zu Fuss nicht so einfach möglich.

The cottage was clearly new, very clean and nicely furnished. It’s a good cottage to access Loch Lomond, Conic Hill, Balloch and all other local attractions.

The bunk beds are tiny. I’m 5.8 for reference and it was a very uncomfortable night as I could not lie without bending my legs. They are not designed for adults which should clearly be stated. These bunk beds should be bigger to accommodate adults. The bunks beds and double bed were also very hard. Very uncomfortable. On arrival the key wasn’t there so we had to wait for someone to come and give it to us (they had emailed with instructions on where to find the key) 5pm check-in. If you want to check-in at 3pm it’s £20 and if you want to check-in at 1pm it’s £40. This seems very excessive in my opinion. A 5pm check-in is already very late but when the check out is 10pm that’s not long in the cottage when you stay one night. The photos don’t make you realise that the cottage has all of it’s windows facing the communal carpark. No privacy unless you sit with the curtains drawn. This was not documented very clearly. It felt like a motel. I would also recommend you bring an eye mask. The blinds don’t block the light out very well and the kids bedroom has a light just outside of it so it was full light in the room all night. There was rubbish on the sofa when we arrived. This was packaging from a duvet set which also clearly indicated that the duvet or sheet had not been washed prior to being set out.

It was a good location to walk to duck bay marina, the room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. Staff where very friendly and helpful.

Obiekt to domek z własnym ogrodem, tarasem i oszkloną werandą, na dużym terenie gdzie położonych jest kilka innych obiektów ale w sporej odległości. Jest zatem intymnie i cicho, nie licząc szemrzącego strumyka przepływającego tuż pod oknami. Do wyłącznej dyspozycji jest też jacuzzi z gorącą wodą przez całą dobę. Mieszkanie znajduje się w starym budynku i jest przestronne, choć trzyosobowy pokój to nie zamknięta przestrzeń na poddaszu do której prowadzą dość wąskie strome i kręte schody z salonu, więc niestety wszystko słychać z dołu. Obiekt położony ok 20 km od Glasgow.

Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, brak ekspresu do kawy, a jedyna duża patelnia w dramatycznym stanie. Problem z zamykaniem drzwi na werandzie. Nie można wyłączyć oświetlenia na zewnątrz domu, które paliło się cała doba a w nocy świeciło w okna. Dla kogoś kto nie lubi szczelnie zasłoniętych okien to problem.

Oak Lodge and the cottages were pristine and had everything you needed. The beds were very comfy. We had Oak Lodge and the row of four cottages for a party of 12 (1 or 2 min walk) and there was plenty of space at Oak Lodge for everyone to sit outside and enjoy BBQ and hot tub. Outside fire pit was great too.

I liked everything about the property and wouldn’t be able to think of any faults.

Hübsche, ruhig gelegene Appartementanlage, unweit der Hauptstrasse. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Angenehm gross, mit bequemen Betten. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wenn der Esstisch aufgeklappt ist, wird es im Wohnraum ziemlich eng.

Everything, beautiful cottage, beautiful surroundings what else can I say? The cottage has everything you need for a stay and is very comfortable. We will defo go back for a longer stay next time.

Heel fijn verblijf. De ruimte was mooi, comfortabel en had wat we nodig hadden. We kwamen op een erg warm moment, dus de ventilator kwam goed van pas!

In de open kast lag een laag stof, dus hebben we onze kledij in de valies gelaten. Verder helemaal proper hoor!

Apartment was clean and spacious and had an enclosed front garden which was ideal for the dogs. Location was good with easy access down to Loch Lomond and The Cruin restaurant. Its walkable but you have to cross a very busy road. The site is quiet and rural but there is some road noise but not enough to not feel calm and relaxed.

There wasn't much in the way of milk, coffee etc on arrival.

So spacious, very well kitted out with everything you need and great location

The location, the friendly staff. Beds were comfy enough and there is a nice vibe around the farm. It was well equipped.

The hot tub only had a few jets working. We let them know but it didn't get fixed. Living room set up seating wise was a bit strange. Needs a new TV.
