Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande

MVP award goes to the security at this hotel, who said hello, smiled, offered umbrellas and more during our stay. Genuinely the experience was made because of how friendly they were at any hour of the day- so thankyou! The room and view was great- spacious and functional.

The bathroom cleanliness left a bit to be desired- our room had soap scum all over the walls. The breakfast was also not the best value, but was fine for a hotel.

Por decir algo, la parte occidental del desayuno era flojita. Pero como la de casi todos los hoteles que visitamos. No fue un problema.

Отель расположен в удачном месте, рядом есть круглосуточный 7/11, станция метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, в номерах косметика L'occitane, разнообразные завтраки.

Не то чтобы не понравилось, нужно учитывать, номера компактные, но оснащены всем необходимым.

Достаточно новый отель, красивый холл. Кофемашина в номере. Управление номером через планшет. Бронировали двухместный номер с 1 кроватью «Кэжуал» на улучшенном этаже, потрясающий вид из окна.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the area is absolutely beautiful. I felt really happy staying here, and I’m honestly very sad to leave. I already can’t wait to come back to Tokyo and stay here again. ❤️🇯🇵 Highly recommended!

È una struttura comoda per la posizione

La camera era sporca, quando siamo entrati in camera c’era cattivo odore, come se qualcuno avesse fumato in camera, abbiamo segnalato tutto alla reception, ma anche dopo la pulizia della camera c’era sempre cattivo odore (probabilmente era la moquette). La camera non è da 4 stelle, manca la cura dei dettagli (tipo un caricatore multifunzione), un servizio di cortesia non self service. La reception è fredda, spoglia, non troppo accogliente. I sanitari del bagno sono un po’ vecchiotti e obsoleti tranne il citofono della doccia.

Das Hotel ist eine gute Wahl für ein paar Tage in Tokyo - gute und ruhige Lage in Ginza, Restaurants und Shopping-Strasse in Gehdistanz, direkte U-Bahn-Anbindung. Gutes Frühstück und angenehmes Ambiente.

Very convenient location where I can easily take 2 trains. Also close to Ginza so taxi is a good option. it also close to Tsukiji fish market for a lot of food options.

Maybe the toilet. Though it quite spacious but the toilet facility is not good enough.

La ubicació és tranquila i cèntrica. Davant d'un petit parc, a deu minuts de Ginza, amb molt bones comunicacions. Tokyo te molts racons relaxants, però pocs de tant ben ubicats per a visitar la ciutat.

L'absència de bar, obert com a mínim de 17:00 fins les 22:00. En un hotel lifestyle ho trobo imprescindible.

We’re looking for a real traditional Japanese experience and this is it, very charming and memorable. It’s an excellent location with short train or bus ride to major attractions and all Japanese restaurants around. Really enjoyed watching the rain from the balcony and through the glass door on the main floor.

The washroom is outside and one floor away from the sleeping quarter.

The view over Tokyo from the higher floors is amazing. The room was modern and of absolutely high quality, with excellent sound insulation and a quiet street outside that made for a restful stay. Our triple room had plenty of space for two adults and two kids, and everything was clean and well equipped. Breakfast offered a good mix of international and Japanese/Asian options.

The staff felt a little distant - no smiles at checkin or interaction during the stay, which some travellers may actually prefer. For us, though, it wasn't the typical experience we'd come to expect in Japan, not even at the fancy 4–5 star hotels. Over a month we stayed in 12 different places, and this stood out as an exception.

Nos gustó todo mucho, muy bien situado, limpio, cómodo y habitaciones relativamente grandes para como son en Japón. Buen desayuno. Hemos estado muy cómodos.

The staff are not friendly. They are not rude or mean or anything, just not friendly. Unlike other hotel/ryokan workers, the ones who are working here were just no energy and seems dead from within.

Hotel nuovo, buona posizione con diverse fermate di metro attorno e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla fantastica zona shopping di Ginza. Stanza con tre letti, non troppo spaziosa. Colazione occidentale e giapponese, però migliorabile per quantità e qualità.

All'arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera non troppo in ordine.

Świetna lokalizacja, dzięki czemu miałyśmy bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe, blisko metra i dworca Tokio, spokojna dzielnica. Hotel czysty, bardzo miła obsługa. Podróżowaliśmy z bagażem podręcznym więc dostępność kosmetyków oraz możliwość skorzystania z piżam na miejscu była bardzo komfortowa. Śniadania dobre, duży wybór dań. Polecam :)

Posizione strategica in Ginza, comodissima per metro, a due passi dal mercato Tsukiji. Hotel semplice ma pulito, camere standard un po' piccole.

Alcune sedute della reception in pelle erano rovinate, la hall potrebbe essere valorizzata maggiormente.

Grosse Zimmer für Tokyo; sehr sauber, sehr günstige Lage um die verschiedenen Stadtteile Tokyos zu erkundigen (in unmittelbarer Nähe von 2 Metrostationen). Ginza in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest naprawdę świetna. W promieniu 10 minut na nogach są wcześnie otwarte restauracje śniadaniowe oraz stacje metra z których dostaniemy się w każdą stronę Tokio. Obsługa była na najwyższym poziomie, a hotel i pokój w pełni wyposażony.

Niestety rozmiar pokoju moim zdaniem jest poniżej średniej japońskiej. Byliśmy w innych miejscach i było lepiej. Brak szaf i szuflad jest raczej standardem, ale tutaj było ciężko się poruszać. Pokój ratuje łazienka.

The A/C, the lights and even the “Do not disturb” or “Clean my room” is all don through a tablet, which wasn’t working properly and we had to change rooms. There were thick layers of dust on some surfaces. Others were spotless though.

Localização dos Deuses. Andávamos 10 min até a estação de trem Hatchobori e pegávamos apenas um trem DIRETO para as Disneys!

Paguei um valor super alto e pelo padrão do Hotel, só disponibilizaram uma garrafa de água por dia. Passamos por nove cidades até chegar em Tóquio e todos os outros hotéis (menores) deixavam suco, refrigerante e cerveja no frigobar, por dia, de cortesia.

Great location. Tsukiji station is a 2 minute walk and Ginza is only two stops away on the Hibiya line, so we could get around easily. Ueno is a direct 14 minute ride too, which made the airport trip simple on our last day. We stayed as a family of three and the room was a good size for us. The separate bath and toilet was more useful than I expected, especially in the morning when all three of us were getting ready at the same time. QR self check-in was quick and easy. We arrived, dropped our bags and were out the door in 20 minutes. Tsukiji outer market is also just a 5 minute walk, which was a nice bonus.

Two small things. There was some dust gathered in the corners of the room, and I ended up clearing a bit of it by hand when we first walked in. Also the overhead shower head in the bathroom kept dripping the whole time we stayed. Neither was a big problem, but the housekeeping check could have been a little more thorough.

The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. Simple and fast check-in procedure. The room was comfortable and spacious, clean and complete with optional. The hotel offers TA-Q BIN SERVICE (lagguage delivery). Breakfast was various and delicious. Thanks for all!

The space of the room and the cleanliness were great. The setup of the room was great. The people are friendly but not overly so, depending on your personality preference.

The Lobby was a bit cold-feeling, but all in all, it was fine. People were nice but not friendly. The other places we stayed were definitely more friendly, but I figured this is what you get with a larger high-rise establishment. I felt like I was walking into a corporate work building instead of a hotel. For a large establishment, you would think they would have a larger laundry facility but it still worked.

It was a great location. Easy to walk into Ginza and close to the metro station.

The restaurant closes at 9pm,which is difficult if you’ve been out all day and want and easy dinner later. Also this hotel lacks a bar. They have the perfect space in the lobby area. After a long day of walking, nothing better than chilling out with a glass of wine after. Lack of space in the rooms for storage of clothes.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel where we spent 8 days in a great location. The staff is super friendly; they helped me put on a yukata for the sunagawa festival, and then Mr. Ho and Kataya sent my forgotten headphones to Osaka by post. Thank you

Staff were so friendly and the complimentary toiletries including expensive l'occatane face sets made my stay luxurious. Location was amazing too with good high floor room views over the bridge in Tokyo at night. Room also had free water and coffee machine.

Nothing- absolutely perfect. As a recommendation it would maybe be worthwhile investing in a pool/spa over the long term but i appreciate this isn't easy to do in a congested city like Tokyo!

浴室が快適でした。 アメニティも必要な物だけを選んで部屋に持っていくやり方で、無駄がないと思います。

全体的に清潔ではありましたが、ベッドの枕で、二つ重ねの上の枕のカバーが汚れていてちょっとびっくりしました。 使わずに避けておきました。 それと、ホテル側のことではないのですが、外国人宿泊者の方々のマナーの悪さに辟易しました。

The location was good, just 1 minute from the Tokyo metro line and 5 minutes walk to Tsujiki market where you can enjoy amazing sushi, sashimi and other good Japanese food. There are coin laundry shops within 5 minutes walk. The rooms are clean.

We stayed for 6 nights for 2 rooms and asked if we could have complimentary late check out for just 1 hour as our flight was in the late afternoon. The hotel came back that we can stay until 2 but needed to pay for a feee (¥1000 per hour per room). I was a bit disappointed with that.
