Stayed here before, excellent hotel , and a excellent location staff were spot on couldn't do enough for you .

Fantastic central location, directly across the road from central station and only a few minutes walk from Lime Street station. Tidy and well appointed rooms, comfortable and had all we needed. Good security with the exterior door being closed after hours with a buzzer to access, and 24/7 front desk. Staff were happy to hold bags before check in and after check out, very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the carpet was not cleaned with a bit of hair and misc disc clearly visible. The queen bed was also rather uncomfortable as it is two single beds attached together with no topper, so you can clearly feel the gap in the middle under the sheet. Not negative but addition points to be aware of; Access is via stairs only, property is situated above a bar and has late night noise; both of which are clearly stated at time of booking. Also multiple internal rooms with no windows for those who may need to consider that aspect.

Value for money Great locatiol. Lime St Station and bars shopping etc. Lively bars just outside the hotel entrance. Originally booked 4 nights but having such a good time, We stayed an extra night.

Very noisy late into the night from the bars below. We where aware of this before booking, and we extended the trip by one extra night. So it didn't have a negative impact on our stay.

Good location ,clean facilities ,best quality large towels,well equipped rooms,bottled water ,added extra ,iron and hairdryer on request.nothing too much trouble.will stay again.

Only downfall quite a few steps up to reception,but help was offered if struggling with case.Take earplugs to block out music.

Carpet could use a steam cleaning. Toilet seat and interior door handle need some minor maintenance

Staff here are so friendly, clean and spotless room right in the heart of it all, Irish bar down below so couldn't go wrong :) will defo return here.

Todo bien. Ya avisan de que hay un pub abajo, por lo que hay ruido hasta la noche. No es problema si llevas tapones para los oídos.

The location was absolutely amazing it was within a 10 minute walk from absolutely everything. Shower was very nice and bathroom was very clean. Staff were friendly and willing to help with anything. 100% would return if going to Liverpool again!!

Not so much we didn’t like considering value for money, we weren’t expecting 5 star luxury. On the whole for the amount we spent, we were pleasantly surprised. There were a few stains and markings on the carpets and walls, but again it’s expected for the price. One thing to note is cleaners didn’t clean our room for the duration of our stay (3 nights, no new towels, bedsheets, bins not emptied ect.). However I will say, if we had asked at reception if they would clean our room, I would be shocked if they would say no, given how friendly they were.

Pěkné, čisté ubytování na dobrém místě. Okolí trochu hlučnější ale o tom jsme věděli a nebylo to nic hrozného. Ručníky, toaletní potřeby vše k dispozici. Jediné minus byly úzké postele. Ubytování určitě doporučuji.

Great location, absolutely spotlessly clean and staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, both friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, opposite Central Station, a few minutes walk from Lime Street Station and close to attractions such as both Cathedrals, Liverpool One and Mathew Street.

Nothing to complain about tbh. Being really picky, perhaps a hand towel holder to the right of the sink.

The staff were brilliant - shout out to the very lovely and very helpful Collette on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Travelling as a solo woman, this hotel felt very safe and secure.

Friday night noisy- but the hotel did make me aware before staying. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is excellent if you are visiting Liverpool for a short stay and want to be in the centre of the nightlife. The rooms were clean and well air conned. All of the staff were lovely, very welcoming and happy to help. Thank you!

The rooms can be a bit noisy at night due to the nearby nightlife but it didn't bother our group much at all. Again, it's an ideal hotel if you are wanting to properly go out and explore Liverpool's nightlife.

Decent size room, comfortable beds, plus bunk bed great for children. We enjoyed live music - listened through our open window. Very central location, everything walking distance - shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Room and bathroom were clean. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Perfect stay for a city break.

Great city center location. The room was clean and comfortable. It included bunk beds (women in 40’s/50’s), we were skeptical but were pleasantly surprised at their comfort. Great shower and air con. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Size of room was a bit small for 4 adults (would not stay more than 1 night) Could do with an extra mirror.

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room size, very clean.

A few hangers in the bathroom would have been a nice addition. The decorative pillow and throw blanket felt unnecessary, especially since they didn’t seem to have been cleaned in a long time. The location is excellent, so naturally it can be quite noisy. However, the property informed us about this in advance, and we still chose to stay because the location and price were fantastic. No regrets!

Was informed beford hand no lift and room wad upstairs. But didnt expect as many as was on top floor.

Room was brilliant, beds very comfortable, shower/toilet very spacious, Met by colette on reception extremenly helpful and very nice woman.

Excellent location, great value for money. It was made clear the hotel was over a couple of pubs which could be noisy, but we were on the third floor and didn’t hear anything.

There was an air conditioning unit, which was promising but it was very weak. And only 1 of three lights in the bathroom were working.

Bellissima camera (con Paul McCartney alla parete) 😊 la struttura è in una zona centralissima dove tutto è a portata di mano. La camera è ampia e luminosa. Letto Comodissimo che ho adorato. Lo staff molto molto cordiale e accogliente. Se dovessi tornare a Liverpool sicuramente tornerei in questa struttura

Das Hotel gefällt uns sehr gut. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, diesmal nicht am Wochenende, und die Rate war viel niedriger und viel weniger laute Musik von der Straße. Die Lage kann nicht zentraler sein. Unzählige coole Kneipen mit Live-Musik in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Alles war in Ordnung.

The bar under the hotel was full of drugs. The barman was taking cocaine and the security on the door wasn't really pleasant. I wouldn't stay there again if they paid me.

Sehr gute Lage für Zugreisende und für die Erkundung der Stadt zu Fuß. Offensichtlich konnte ein altes Haus (über das man gerne mehr erfahren würde) durch die wahrscheinlich denkmalgerechte Umnutzung zum Hotel erhalten werden. Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, aber durch die zentrale Lage gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten im Umfeld.

Es ist vergleichsweise laut (Irish Pub mit Life Musik), aber irgendwann im Laufe der Nacht wurde es ruhiger. Ich kann trotzdem schlafen und schätze die urbaner Lage. Aber vielleicht geht es nicht jedem so. Generell scheint mir das nordenglische Temperament ehr "laut" zu sein. Dennoch liebenswert!

We arrived had no electricity had to charge our phone at reception and return to hotel to collect, couldn't change us rooms two girls getting ready with no electricity wasn't great. Told we child mo d the next day but then wasn't ready until later but we had booked a brunch so again had to get ready with no electricity and then had went out our phones died while out and had to return to hotel to recharge phones.

We asked for a double bed, which ended up being 2 singles pushed together, so uncomfortable! We arrived at the hotel for 3:50pm hoping to have a quick shower before we went out with it being the hottest day of the year, to which the water was off, we was told it would be 20 minutes until back on, we waited until then and went and asked again, to be told another 20 minutes which made us miss our table we had booked. We then found out the water had been off since 9am, so why was we not sent an email before hand to be warned about this problem, I've lost out on a deposit paid for a table due to this.

It was clean Bathroom - It was clean, but on closer look the standing shower had some mold formation Location - Fantastic as it is in walking distance to Lime street, central street, royal albert dock, China Town, Mathew street, Liverpool One and plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area that one could be spoilt with choices The lady at the reception was great and kept some of my requests like giving us clean cups everyday, replaced towels on request.

Location: The hotel is directly above 2 Irish pubs and we could hear music and football scores (it was FIFA WC time) from the pubs till 1 am. However we so tired exploring in the day that we still sleep well.

Twin beds were only 2’6, so very narrow and noisy when moving in bed. Air conditioning unit did not work & so very hot & stifling in room, despite window open, which then made outside noise (pub & signing) very loud!! Kettle broken, so unable to make a drink. Several plug sockets did not work, so didn’t realise phones hadn’t charged until the morning. When informed staff in morning, didn’t seem surprised or that bothered. Very disappointed in stay

Ya avisaban que era muy ruidoso por los bares de los alrededores, estábamos preparados, pero lo más irrespetuoso que he visto en mi vida fue a las 5h40 de la mañana tener un tipo taladrando el edificio desde afuera para poner banderitas irlandesas del pub de abajo. Reclamé al tipo de la recepción que dijo no poder hacer nada. La habitación sería más cómoda si tuviera una silla, alguna lámpara y lugar para colgar la toalla en el baño.

Excellent location if you need an easy place to get to Lime Street station for a morning train. Very busy area so we expected noise from all the pubs but it was not bad at all with window closed and aircon on. Very clean and helpful friendly lady at front desk.

All good - be aware that you will need to walk up a flight of stairs to get to reception desk.

De kamer was gedateerd, tapijt heel vies, geen raam. Het hotel zit boven meerdere barren en als je kamer op de eerste verdieping zit dan wordt je elke nacht tot 14;00 waker gehouden door keiharde muziek die zelfs door oordoppen heen komt. Ook is alles op de gang en van de receptie woord voor woord te horen.
