בעל המקום מקסים ממש! דואג לעזור וממש אכפתי. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים. מיקום מעולה- ממש קרוב לחבד ובמרחק הליכה סביר מהעיר העתיקה. נותן מפתח מיוחד בשבת למי שצריך!

יש ריח לא טוב שעולה מהשירותים, קיבלנו מטהר אוויר אבל בכל זאת הריח לא עבר באמת. היה רעש חזק בבוקר מבעלי הבית שגרים שם. למי שרלוונטי- אסור לבשל במתחם, גם בחוץ (גם בכירת גז שאתם מביאים)

Chỗ nghỉ thiếu bàn là, dịch vụ là hơi nên hơi bất tiện 1 chút do nhóm mình đi nhiều nữ váy vóc nhiều. Nhưng đầu ngõ có dịch vụ laundry nên cũng đỡ, mỗi tội phải đi ra ngoài khu nghỉ thôi

Room was very spacious, clean and quiet. Short distance from old town, lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The family who own the place are so lovely, very helpful. Property and grounds are very clean and well kept.

A home away from home. We loved the quiet, local feel of this neighborhood, yet we were still just a short stroll from the heart of the Old Town. What really stood out was the kindness of the owners—they treated us like family, helping us find the best local comfort food when my boyfriend was sick. Our room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hoi An!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso questa struttura pulitissima ed accogliente. Lo staff è fantastico e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Tutto perfetto.

The "deluxe" room was rather small and had only a small window. Not like advertised when booking, we had no big window facing the patio. Room was moderately clean. Bicycle maintenance could get some more love.

The owner was so nice and kind that it made me want to stay longer and longer 🙏🏽 In addition, the room is excellent and the location is perfect!

Specious room, good location, very nice host

Neithan the owner has great English and is very kind and hospitable. He helped us with anything we needed for the room and gave us some good recommendations in town. The room itself is very modern and feels brand new.

מקום נעים ובמיקום נח, טיפה מחוץ לאיזור העמוס והרועש של העיר, אבל נגיד. בעלי הבית מאד חביבים ונענים למה שצריך. יש במקום אופניים להשכרה וכיף להכיר את העיר בעזרתם.

The location was perfect. Next to some delicious vegetarian/vegan restaurants and cafes. The room was private and on the ground floor. The bed was delightful! So so comfortable. One of my best sleeps. Large window to let sun in too! And wonderful owner! Very kind and helpful!

Nice place in a good location, it’s basic but clean and comfortable. Good value for money, would come back if traveling on budget. The host is friendly and helpful. Great hot water in the shower.

Very nice people working here, good air conditioning, quiet, safe, comfortable rooms and fast WiFi. I Can’t complain! I would stay here again.

A big thank you to Nathan. He was a great host. He was supporting his family, and we wish him all the best for the future. Location was good. Close enough to old town, to rice fields, and to good eating options.

Cleanliness, could rent a bike for 50k, close to center, cute cafes around, quiet street, comfy bed, informative and smiley owners

The room actually did not overlook an inner garden, but the parking outside, so unless I drew the curtain anybody could see in the room

The staff was always so helpful, have good English, have bicycles for rent, the bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is good and always hot. The area is calm and quiet with a close proximity to Chabad (good option for Shabbat keepers), a walking distance from the river, tailors and spas and many restaurants.

About a 15 minute walk from the old town which really isn’t that bad but that’s the only thing.

Everything was amazing. The host family are very welcoming and helpful. Although it is not right in the center it is a short walk. The short distance is good especially if you intend on eating banana pancakes with Nuttela from a street vender, you will need the exercise. A very quiet location. I should have spent more time staying here rather than in Da Nang.. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I would not say it is a dislike. However it would have been nice to have a rubbish bin in the room. I had a spare plastic bag so I used this for the very small amount of rubbish I had.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and new. Close to the old city and the night market. I planned one day and stayed 4 days

Room was more spacious than expected and the beds were so comfy! The staff were friendly & very helpful too with recommendations and lofts to the airport!

The aircon wasn’t the strongest

Decided to stay here for 3 nights instead of initially booked for one night. Property is very clean and quiet. Not too far out to town centre about 10-15 mins walk. Can rent a bicycle if distance is too far for you to walk. Our host Neithan speaks very fluent English and given us recommendations of what to do and eat around Hoi An. Very responsive to messages and ready to help if you need anything ie. Da Nang airport transfer, currency exchange, etc. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit Hoi An again!

Neithan the host had spent time in Australia so he was really easy to conversation with and very helpful to me and my family.

Due to their being really big windows in front of the properties, the room got warm quickly but we resolved this by keeping Curtains drawn Throughout the day when we went there

Great location, big room, good Air con, clean.

The location is convenient for a traveler. Can walk from the place to the main touristy spots and you can find massage, laundry service, coffee shops as well as convenient store around. It is more like a home-stay style. The host is living at the same building but a separate entrance. I can find help easily.

The hot water for shower is limited, but the host helped with the issue right after.

This place was amazing! It is in a perfect location, but I think what makes this place stand out is they offer a free bicycle for you to use during your stay! As a budget traveler this was a game changer for me as I was able to see so much more of this city than I have been in other cities. The owners are so nice, the room is big, and the bed is very comfortable. I wish I would have stayed here longer.

Staff was really nice and the location is 15 minutes walking from the old town.

They didn't clean my bedroom after my first night, no new soap for shower. Very noisy I couldn't sleep well
