Beautiful hotel in the best location in Lecce, the most attentive staff, super lovely and caring, and the room was amazing! And the breakfast and welcome pannacciotto and caffe leccese were delicious! 10 out of 10 in everything!

Beautiful building and great location to walk around and explore Lecce! Very hospitable staff that were helpful and attentive. Amazing breakfast with lots of fresh and tasty options, and great coffee. Lastly, we booked a couples massage that was high quality, and enjoyed the spa that included a sauna and pool — both of which were sublime!

Hardly anything at all! If I had to be nit-picky, the open shower design in the room made the floor wet around most of the bathroom.

Loved this property and the staff and the uniqueness, 5 Stars in every area!

To the most wonderful hotel hosts I have ever had, I wanted to say thank you again for the most beautiful stay at Palazzo Sant’anna. From the moment I made this booking every single thing about the experience exceeded my expectations. The Hotel is absolutely stunningly beautiful and to been communicated with even before my arrival with kindness and genuine interest made me feel so welcome. When i was presented with appertivo on arrival and then shown to one of the most stunning rooms I have stayed in all over the world…. i knew this was going to be a VERY special stay. The team all made it all seems so easy - showing me a detailed make of what to see and how to make sure i had the tickets, recommendations for restaurants, the beach clubs and taking care of all my reservations, nothing was too much trouble. And that spa…!!! Oh My Goodness - it was such a special space to be in. oh and the breakfast…. DELICIOUS! I cannot thank you all enough for making my stay in Lecce so special. Your entire team is to be congratulated on a truly five star experience. Thank you and I hope to visit again someday soon! Enjoy the rest of your summer!

Amazing staff (especially Matteo who was so kind to us and just genuinely warm and lovely person! Location of the hotel is great.

We stayed in room "Grey" and I did not love the layout of the room. The main drawback was the missing bedside table on one side nor electricity plug. But the main issue that we had was that when our neighbours were running water in their room, if made insane amount of noise in our room. Thankfully we only stayed here for 2 nights and thankfully we and our neighbours had the same schedule. But this is something hotel should try to resolve as we found it very annoying but didn't want to bother bringing up due to our short stay.

The location in the historic center was perfect for sightseeing. The old palazzo has been renovated beautifully. Our room was comfortable and well equipped, and the breakfast was amazing.

Très bel hôtel dans un batiment historique, très bien situé, juste à l'entrée du centre historique donc accessible en 2 minutes à pied après avoir franchi la "porte" d'acces à la ville (le plus dur sera de vous garer). Un acceuil et un personnel charmant, aux petits soins. Une chambre superbe (celle avec l'arbre peint sur le mur) avec un équipement 5 étoiles. Ne manquez pas le très beau spa (en supplément mais totalement privatisé). Le petit dej est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. On a passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel.

Les suppléments parking 40 euros, le spa à payer à l'heure et sur rendez-vous, le jus d'orange 3,50, au petit déjeuner qui est servi à une table collective. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un palais mais à plusieurs immeubles reliés entre eux par une cour et des escaliers difficiles à monter pour des gens d'un certain âge. Le prix de 900 euros la nuits me semble ahurissants et j'ai l'impression de m'être fait escroqué par Booking.

We were there early in the season and the roof top bar was not open. We look forward to returning later on in the year. There was absolutely nothing we did not like about this property.

Hôtel plein de charme. Le SPA est tout simplement exceptionnel. Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup d’élégance, et le personnel se distingue par sa gentillesse, son attention et sa disponibilité. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, servi sous forme de buffet. Quant à l’emplacement de l'hôtel, il est idéal : à deux pas de la rue principale de Lecce et de la plupart des sites à visiter, tout en restant au calme.

Le service voiturier est un peu cher.

The location of this property was outstanding for touring the historical center of Lecce. The palazzo is beautiful and the staff make the experience one of a kind. They even went out of the way to coordinate a delicious birthday cake and balloons in the room with candles to blow out for my son’s birthday. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with good beds. Breakfast was in a gorgeously decorated dining room and the staff were always available to answer questions on text, help with luggage and gave recommendations on places to see when we arrived. It was a wonderful stay on our week in Puglia.

Hotel incantevole nel centro storico di Lecce: una ristrutturazione perfetta con stanze comode e dai soffitti alti: romantico e accogliente. Bello il bagno con tanto vetro. La colazione è ottima, servita in una stanza tutta di pietra leccese. Il personale è molto gentile. Un hotel da raccomandare.

We were upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which was magnificent. Since we arrived we were received with warmth and special dedication by the staff in reception, the great general manager and the beautiful ladies in the breakfast room. Everything was spotless. We highly recommend this Palazzo to everyone that wants to spend some time in Lecce.

What’s not to like?

I have traveled all over the world and it doesn’t get any better than this hotel! Cozy, warm, luxury but not pretentious. Decor is fabulous and the spa was perfect when we had a rainy day! The staff is trained to make sure you are perfectly taken care of. I didn’t want to leave!

Firstly, Alfonso was exceptional. Very good staff here helped us with an early check in and room with a bath. We really appreciated that as my husband had just come out of intensive care. However, we paid 320 euros for our room - just for one night, and this was definitely not good value for money. The staff try and 'sell' you the happy hour (even though my they knew my husband came out of hospital and unlikely to drink), the breakfast menu had a 3.5 euro charge for fresh orange juice that we noticed after we ordered it. However, to the hotel's credit, they did not charge us for this on check out. When paying 320 euro for one night, I was really surprised to find things like that chargeable! Everything in the room chargeable too. It really felt as though they wanted to sell you everything... The photos had sold the place to me as we had just come from another boutique hotel with a lovely breakfast area on the roof. The photos led me believe that this hotel also had an eating area on the roof - pictures showed tables, chairs and lighting, but when we went up there - nothing. Just a few plain sun loungers, not like the photos. But the most disappointing thing was that we paid less for this hotel than we did the Patria Palace - a 5star leading hotel of the world (where we stayed the following couple of days)! And the facilities at the Patria, breakfast there etc etc far surpassed this boutique hotel and no charge for fresh orange juice! The thing that was positive about this boutique hotel was one member of staff, Alfonso, who couldn't have been kinder and even drove us to the Patria Palace. It makes me feel bad writing this review, but one person does not make up for the fact that the owners dynamic pricing serves to rip off guests who need to book last minute. The rate we paid was exorbitant for what we got, definitely not value for money at 320 euros a night. I would have expected around 160 euro max.

Given a wonderful welcome upon arrival with a free drink, bags taken to the suite and a tour of the impressive spa facilities. We appreciated the free room upgrade to an even larger suite and the wine and fruit awaiting us. The suite was expansive with a sitting room, a huge bedroom and two bathrooms, and tastefully furnished throughout with quirky furniture. Breakfast choice was wide with cereal, toast, meat, cheese, local delicacies and cakes all well presented. The hotel was quiet due to the absence of traffic and as only half of the rooms were occupied. Excellent service from the staff throughout our stay.

A very minor annoyance was needing to ask for more straightforward things at breakfast such as larger spoons and milk for the cereal, and only having bowls at the opposite end of the long breakfast room. Some of the cakes were also a little dry and lacked flavour. We would have appreciated a refill of teabags when the room was turned down for the evening.

Outstanding in every category. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the rooms well appointed and comfortable, the spa a real treat after long sightseeing walks. Also, great food at afternoon appetizers and breakfast.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are exceptional: very friendly and helpful. It is in the old town, near to all the main attractions. The room we had was large with an outdoor sitting area. The common areas of the hotel are very nicely appointed. The wine and nibbles (free of charge) before going out to dinner is a particularly nice touch. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there are plenty of good ones within an easy walk.

I rarely write reviews for hotels but this was a 10/10 all around. The staff was so welcoming and warm and hotel was so charming. Can’t recommend this place enough. Must stay here when visiting Lecce.

C'est une experience, vous entrez chez une personne, ce n'est pas un hotel classique, c'est un moment de partage avec les hôtes et si vous avez de la chance, les propriétaires. C'est extraordinaire de beauté, de simplicité recherchée, de délicatesse et de générosité. A 20m de la rue centrale, c'est vraiment un endroit exceptionnel. Allez y pour découvrir. Service de voiturier et chiens très acceptés. Le mien se comporte tout a fait bien !

Loved this hotel! Staff super friendly and competent! Helped with luggage as no cars allowed inside main city gate. Hosted happy hours with apertifs and first glass wine complimentary! VIP upgrade room was amazing with soaking tub, balcony and domed stone ceiling! The Room was also very quiet & peaceful! The breakfast was sumptuous and well staffed!

Gorgeous property excellent staff. Great location!

One of the best rooms I have ever stayed in during my lifetime and that includes Paris Ritz, Beverly Wiltshire, The Nelly in Cape Town. The owner’s attention to detail is impeccable; hotel staff couldn’t be better. My only very minor criticism is breakfast buffet could include eggs and yogurt. Otherwise just outstanding!

Très belle salle à manger voûtée en long mais positionnement des tables pour petit déjeuner est étrange côte à côte comme pour un grand banquet !?!? …. Facile à changer surtout très belle cour intérieure qui pourrait accueillir des tables !

So our stay was short due to cancelled flights but the boutique hotel is great. If you are from the US, you will find a hotel like this in the US. Very authentic Puglia architecture, in an old Plazzo; thus, the name. The staff bent over backwards for us bring up a very late night salad and Burrata when we got in at 1am in the morning,breakfast was outstanding. They drove us over to where our Duvine guides were picking us up. I wish we had a longer stay but highly recommend it.

Everyone and everything was perfection. From the welcome to the breakfast to the rooms to the service everything was thought out for the client experience I would highly recommend this property

This was without a doubt and the best hotel Stay I’ve ever had. The hotel staff was truly outstanding, and I can’t emphasize that more. They made every day terrific. Also, the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno al Palazzo Sant’Anna e posso dire, senza esitazioni, che l’intero palazzo è un vero gioiello: elegante, raffinato, perfettamente ristrutturato, con un’atmosfera che unisce il fascino storico all’eleganza contemporanea. La posizione è perfetta: nel cuore del centro storico di Lecce, a pochi passi da tutto, ma al tempo stesso in una zona tranquilla che garantisce riposo e privacy. Le camere sono meravigliose: spaziose, curate in ogni dettaglio, con arredi ricercati e comfort di altissimo livello. Un vero rifugio di bellezza e relax. La colazione è stata una delle sorprese più piacevoli: ricca, varia, con prodotti freschissimi e di qualità. Dai dolci fatti in casa alle opzioni salate, tutto era presentato con cura e servito in un ambiente rilassante e bellissimo. Il vero punto di forza, però, è il personale: attento, premuroso e sempre sorridente. Mi sono sentita accolta con una gentilezza autentica e rara. Un grazie speciale va a Matteo che, nonostante la sua giovane età, è stato di una gentilezza e una professionalità davvero sorprendenti. In poche parole: un’esperienza fantastica, sotto ogni punto di vista. Credo davvero che questo sia il boutique hotel più bello in cui io sia mai stata. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Everything! The suite we were given was amazing, the staff were beautiful, the position was perfect on the edge of the old town, the breakfast was brilliant. Anyone staying in Lecce should consider this hotel!

The staff were very indulgent! They couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. It's a beautiful and comfortable hotel. We had our complimentary massages, which were wonderful! Also the complimentary wine was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

La chambre qui nous avait été allouée était vraiment petite ( impossible de laisser une valise dans la chambre) mais sans que nous le demandions nous avons été surclassés avec bonheur pour la seconde nuit

This was one of the best hotel of our 12 day trip. The place is unbelievable, beautiful. The room was very spacious and everything look respectable. The building itself is an old historical building which we loved. The staff was amazing and also the breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hotel for anything.

The staff is very friendly, we had everything we needed, the location is great, breakfast is nice, rooms are clean, and everything is very well organised. We received a welcome gift and a local wine, which was very nice. The rooms are quiet and cold, which is awesome when there are over 30 degrees outside. For breakfast, there are multiple options for egg preparation, and the day we were there, they had a nice warm pastry for the dessert :)

There could be some vegetables for the breakfast and some jamm/sauce for the pancakes. Other than that it was all great!

The staff at the Palazzo were over the top. This Palace is so beautiful and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff Alonso, Matteo, Virgile, Isabella, Virgilio were very kind and helpful. They suggested places to visit things to do in the area and booked dinner reservations. The Restaurants that they suggested were excellent and all within walking distance. The Place suggested a spa. We had a couples massage with Claudia and Enza. This is one of the best massages we have ever experienced. Thank you Ladies. Claudia and Enza are very professional and kind. The Spa is amazing. We also met the owners of the Palace and had a very nice conversation. It was a pleasure to meet them. A shout out for Alfonso which is a very special person. Without doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The Palazzo is stunning and Alfonso, Francesca, Matteo and all the staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was exemplary. From the moment of arrival with a welcome cool towel and fresh juice to collecting our car from the car park and packing it for us, they made us feel very special and welcome. I was even given a delicious piece of still warm chocolate cake whilst sitting reading my book. Perfecto! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and everything to see and do is walkable from the hotel. We can’t recommend it highly enough. We loved every second of our stay there.
