Whiz Prime Hotel Khatib Sulaiman Padang

The staff were good and friendly, especially at the cafe. The location near a mall and lot of small shops along the street. But it can be disturbingly loud during night especially weekend when it roaming with hundreds and hundreds of illegal racers.

we kwamen laat aan en moesten ook weer vroeg weg naar het vliegveld. Maar de korte indruk was goed! vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schone kamer en goed sanitair. De taxi service naar het vliegveld in de vroege ochtend was perfect!

Problem with the air conditioning

The location is within walking distance to a shopping mall with several dining options.

Room doors would beep continuously if they are propped open and the doors are not sound proof, so noise is often an issue depending on other guests. It takes several reminders for staff to provide towels on day of arrival.

Walking distance to masjid raya

Room small as compared to other hotel which I stayed on the last night of my trip from bukit tinggi. (Bigger room and cheaper.

Firm bed. Good range of options for breakfast. Loved the breakfast with a view. A lovely introduction to Padang. Good standard of cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Still accommodated us even though we had not paid - issue with paying.

Nice fluffy towels would be great and 2 each (mine was threadbare). Extra pillows also. I need to sleep raised due to a hernia. A non-slip bath mat would make the bathroom safer. Maybe some chilli indicators on food so that we can pick non-spicy options - chilli crossed out…one chilli =mild, 2 chilli = medium, 3 chilli = hot 🥵 😁

I stayed only 1 night for the airport transfer on the next morning. The room itself ok, value for money. Lobby very nice. Security & privacy A+. I felt safe staying here. Breakfast ok. Many choices too.

The cleanliness- the toilet smells badly. Smells like leaking from top! The aircond water drips. And the aircond remote control seems malfunction.

Everything was good...breakfast so many choices ..room clean .staff friendly and helpful ...near to airport, easy to get grab, easy to get food and shopping area..will recommend to friends in Malaysia to stay here

What can i say about this Gem in the City?? Im struct by their cleanliness and their warm welcome. Also you couldnt miss their restaurant located in the rooftop. Its a phenomenal cause you could see 360 degree of Kota Padang. Absolutely will came back someday. Bravo Whiz Team 🤟🤟🤟

I thought Whiz Hotel has very small room but it turned to be okay. With the price we paid, it is more than okay. It has king size bed (i thought it would be queen size) and the room is very clean, the shower is good. Water pressure is very good and hot water run well. Located very well in the city, easy to find food and market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended...

Stayed for 2 nights. A budget hotel with good location and nice staff. The room is okay. The bed is cozy but the pillows are so thin. The walls are really thin too that you practically can hear your neighbor. But they have great amount of movie that you can watch for free. Spend my night doing financial report with kdrama as the backsound. Really nice. The bathroom is clean. But the towels seems really old, thin and the one i get has a hole in each of it. Really love the restaurant tho. They placed it on the top floor so you can see the scenery of padang in the morning. And the food is tasty too. Really like the soto.

With low budget, you can feel great facility for sleep. The hotel near with The Greatest Mosque in Padang, restaurant where serve the famous "Gulai Kepala Kakap" but far from Padang Beach and merchandise shop. Since the airport train was official operated, you can easy to go to hotel from airport and you just stop in "Pasar Alai" Train Station. The Whiz Prime need to improve in quality food, the AC is not cold.

My first time at Whiz Prime Padang with my family. Excellent room with a great price. Clean toilet. Friendly staff. Good location, walking distance to Transsmart Mall. My only complaint is on the air conditioning. The room is not using centralized air conditioning but using LG smart inverter 1hp aircond. It takes time to cooling the room but when you're in hot weather in Padang, you would want to enter the room in cooling condition. Please take note that we cannot have two keycards. Hence, you have to wait for cooling the room everytime you enter the room. This irritates me. There is also no aircond on the hallway and the lift. I'm not sure whether it's temporarily or not but it's a shame. Other than that, it is excellent. Good breakfast. Great wifi speed. Travelling with family of 8. 17 - 19 March 2019.

This hotel is kinda new comer in town. This is my second time staying in Intiwhiz International Hotels, I believe the standard is well maintained, so I didn’t have anything to complain but just the breakfast; the menu and variety. Seriously, you need to upgrade everything that breakfast-related. Even I didn’t feel convenience having breakfast on the top floor with the taste of the breakfast less than I expected. Else, the room, the hot water, the air con, the tv channels, the cleanliness, have nothing to complain about.
