The location is great if you wanna be around the touristy area. The breakfast was amazing on the rooftop, which is very, very charming. Staff members were helpful, even when it got a bit chaotic. It's a social place where I met fun people. The female dorm is basic with everything needed; it's not too noisy, and the bathroom was clean.

When I arrived, no beds looked available in the female dorm I booked. I was offered to change to the mix dorm, but I refused. Then the man from the staff member who welcomed me figured out that some beds were free, but the sheets had not been changed and cleaned. He changed the sheets, and I got a bed in the right dorm 20mns later. There are no curtains in the room and nothing to hang your towel as a curtain, that's definitely an easy fix. The lockers (under the beds) were all mixed up, so that was pretty confusing. One day I gave a bag of laundry to the reception and got it back at midnight instead of 10 pm, with all the clothes still wet. I had to hang out my wet laundry all around the room at midnight to dry, which was not great.

Difficile de donner une note. La personne à l'accueil est incapable de résoudre le moindre problème ou de répondre à une simple question. La prise de courant près de mon lit était HS. J'avais envoyé un message dès ma réservation pour demander un lit du bas dans le dortoir, mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Par contre, on m'a proposé deux fois des taxis et des visites ! Une fois sur place, j'ai demandé s'il était possible de récupérer un lit du bas dès qu'il s'en libérerait un. On m'a répondu que c'était impossible car l'établissement était complet. Pourtant, les occupants ont changé plusieurs fois durant mes 5 nuits de séjour. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est superbe, et le personnel y est très souriant et agréable. On a vraiment l'impression d'être dans deux lieux différents.Je pense qu'ailleurs, cela ne peut pas être pire...

The hostel is clean and very accesible to tourist spots. The staffs are great and accomodating. Breakfast is savoury. I recommend to join their pub crawl, i really had a blast.

Besonders hat mir die Dachterasse mit fantastischen Ausblick auf den Bosporus gefallen, das Frühstücken war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich! Durch die nähe zur Sultan Ahmed und Hagia Sophia ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

I liked the location of the hostel

Absolutely loved my stay here. Was a very social atmosphere without being a party hostel, staff were so accommodating (big thanks to burak and hanneke for their hospitality). One of my favourite hostels of my whole trip!

​Loved every minute of staying here. Perfect spot, exceptionally clean, and the whole crew is just full of good energy. The breakfast hit the spot every morning, and chilling on the rooftop with that view is unmatched. Will definitely return! Big love to Efe, Burak, Iman, and Viviana, you guys are awesome. ​Ps: Just a heads up for anyone bookin, this is a true hostel and social hub where you can actually bond and make friends. Leave the 5-star resort expectations at home!

L’emplacement de l’auberge est idéal, central, proche des transports et beaucoup de lieux sont accessibles à pieds. Le petit déjeuner inclus est aussi très bon et varié. Nous étions dans une chambre privée avec une vue magnifique sur le Bosphore et le lit était très confortable. Le personnel est très sympathique, disponible pour répondre à nos différentes questions et prendre le temps de nous donner leurs meilleures recommandations. Merci à Burak, Efe et Sinan pour leur gentillesse :)

Super expérience ! Je suis resté 5 jours. Le personnel est très accueillant et n'hésite pas à se rendre disponible si vous avez besoin d'aide. Les chambres et salles de bains sont propres. Le bar avec terrasse est très sympa. Spéciale dédicace à Burak et Efe qui sont super sympa, ils m'ont donné pleins de bons conseils pour mon séjour ! Je recommande !

L'emplacement est parfait, Le personnel est vraiment serviable et accueillant(merci particulièrement à Burak), la propreté est top, les chambres sont modernes et le petit déj copieux. J'y ai passé deux nuit en arrivant et je m'y suis tellement bien sentie que j'y suis retournée avant mon vol de retour.

Great hostel, really friendly and helpful staff, fun pub crawl and good for socialising. The hostel is a bit smaller than some, but this I think only makes it easier to meet people and make friends. Close to everything and the breakfast was really good. Rooms good too with AC!

モノを無くし、オペレーションに問題がある印象 ・タオルを忘れたため、ルームメイトの友人に尋ねたところ、親切にもフロントに届けてくれました。 フロントにもその旨を尋ねたところ、フロントで預かっているので、大丈夫である、との回答。 しかし、取りに行ったところ、紛失しており、分からない、諦めざるを得ないとの回答でした。 (当日受付のスタッフは同僚にも聞き回ったようでしたが、途中タバコを吸いに行ったり、接客業の態度としては疑問が残ります。ホステルのスタッフだから仕方ないのかもしれません) ・このような顛末がありましたが、本来責任者であるはずのマネージャーからは一度も納得のいく説明がなされなかったことが、非常に残念でした

The location is great

I was not aware that this was a party hostel. There is a bar upstairs playing music until around 1am, and my room was on floor downstairs, so it was like the DJ was inside my room. The shower HAS to be renovated ASAP, as the shower head points towards the door once water is on, flooding the rest of the bathroom and making the wooden doorframe look baaaad

The dorm wasn’t clean at all, not enough air in the room, the air conditioning was right above my head so we wouldn’t turn it on

Very nice hostel in an excellent location, right in the heart of the historic center and just a few minutes’ walk from Hagia Sophia. The air-conditioned dorms are comfortable, the atmosphere is friendly and social, and the rooftop terrace has a great view. It’s an easy place to meet other travelers, and the hostel organizes several activities that make the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the staff, especially Burak. I lost my phone in a taxi during my stay, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of trying to get it back. His support, kindness, and availability were greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hostel.

The boat party organised by the hostel

The location is excellent and makes it easy to walk almost anywhere. The staff were also very friendly and polite throughout our stay, and they were always willing to help when we had questions.

Unfortunately, the room was nothing like the one we booked or the one shown in the photos. We had reserved a private double room, but the reality was very different. The advertised sea views were actually views of garbage containers, and the window was broken and wouldn't close properly. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. The shower was the dirtiest we have ever seen, with visible mold and grime. Although we don't mind older furniture, the fabric-covered items looked worn and unclean. Overall, the room did not match the description or the photos, and we felt misled. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The selection was extremely limited, and the way it was managed was quite unusual. For example, guests were only allowed one boiled egg per person, with no option to have a second one. Overall, it felt poor value and far below what we expected.

⭐ 1/5 As a solo female traveler, this was one of the worst hostel experiences I've ever had. I booked a female dorm, but the hostel mistakenly checked me into a mixed dorm that was almost entirely occupied by men. I didn't realize the mistake until I returned from the shower around 11 p.m. Seeing a room full of men after expecting a female dorm was shocking and frightening. All of my luggage, cash, and valuables were still inside the room. I immediately went to reception for help. Instead of simply checking my booking and assigning me to an available female bed, the staff spent a long time calling the employee who had checked me in earlier that day. I understand that the receptionist may not have been the person who made the mistake, but he repeatedly told me, "It's not my fault," instead of apologizing on behalf of the hostel. The issue was eventually resolved, but the process was unnecessarily slow. By the time everything was sorted out, I couldn't go to bed until around 1 a.m. What disappointed me even more was what happened the next morning. When I checked out, the owner never apologized for the hostel's mistake. Instead, he repeatedly told me that I had a "bad attitude" and "bad habits" because I had been upset the night before. He even refused to let me leave my small bag at the hostel after checkout. Rather than taking responsibility for a serious mistake, he chose to blame the guest who had been affected by it. That is not professional customer service. There were also several other issues: - I found bugs in the room. - There were male construction workers constantly working outside the female dorm, making the area feel uncomfortable and lacking privacy. - Even the replacement bed sheets had black lint and debris on them, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I understand that mistakes can happen in any hostel. However, what defines good service is how those mistakes are handled.

The location, the free breakfast (although redundant, I really appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee) and the staff was nice. The view from the rooftop was also lovely + people were very easy to socialize with

The wifi did not work in our bedroom, so you had to go to the rooftop to browse. My mattress was a tad bit uncomfortable to the point where I had to lay down a few layers just to fall asleep. I think I just got unlucky, as it was okay after I changed bunks. On the second floor (for example where the women only 6 dorms room) you can clearly hear the bar upstairs into the night. Also, our toilet sometimes wouldn’t flush because the water would take forever to fill up the tank

Good proximity to top tourist attractions like Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia. Great guest events offered almost every day like pub crawls, family dinners , and sunset boat tours. Very friendly staff and volunteers - Burak and Senin were very friendly and always offered immediate support when needed. Alec is also a great and friendly bartender who creates a positive and social atmosphere. Would recommend!

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om het toeristische centrum te bezoeken, zeer gezellig hostel vol even gezellige (solo)reizigers en uitermate behulpzame en vriendelijk personeel, superleuke rooftop bar (die dagelijks open is tot 2u!) en voortreffelijk ontbijt.

Letterlijk niets op aan te merken.

The female dorm beds were packed quite closely together in a relatively small space, which was a little surprising given that the rooms had ensuite bathrooms, which is a definite plus. The room layout, however, made the sleeping area feel more cramped than expected. As a result, there wasn't much airflow between the beds, which could be uncomfortable during peak summer months. That said, the rooms were clean, and the overall facilities were well maintained.

Ho apprezzato tantissimo la comodità della posizione: in un solo minuto a piedi ci si trovava davanti alla Moschea Blu. Essere nel pieno centro di Sultanahmet è stato veramente stupendo!

C'è un po' di margine di miglioramento per quanto riguarda la pulizia generale. Il problema principale, però, ha riguardato il bagno: durante il mio soggiorno di 3 notti, lo scarico del water ha smesso di funzionare per 2 pomeriggi di fila. Un disagio notevole, considerando che in stanza eravamo in 6.

Nice hostel where you get to know people as that organized all kind of activities. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Obviously the hostel is in a great place. Everyone of the staff (including volunteers) were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was very delicious!

Alles was duidelijk en als je vragen had was het personeel er altijd om te helpen. In het bijzonder een gezellige tijd gehad met Ash, tijdens haar werkdiensten gezellig gekletst en als er klanten binnen kwamen stond ze direct voor iedereen klaar.

İ didn't stay there, because I was uncomfortable with the way the staff talked to me.

Great location only two minutes walk from the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. Terrific breakfast served of a friendly staff at the relaxing roof top. A clean toilet and a spacious shower room. Also, only ten minutes walk from the busstop if you take the airport bus.

The wifi only worked at the roof top during my stay.
