Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The location was great for what we booked it for - we had just spent over 24hrs travelling to get to Japan and wanted somewhere quiet to rest and get our bearings. We only stayed three nights but it was an ideal location to enjoy the Tsukiji Market (walking distance), we got to Asakusa and the Sky Tree via the subway - all very easy. The stay itself was good too - comfy bed and very very quiet. We didn't hear any road noise or noise from other guests. Great value for money, really pleased with this stay.
It wasn't a big issue for us, just a surprise, but the room was incredibly small. We realise a lot of rooms in Japan are on the small side, but we've currently stayed at four hotels so far on our trip and this one was by far the smallest. Again, not an issue at all for us but could be for others if you need room to spread out a bit. The bed was still a good size and comfy!

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The room was clean like most of Japanese hotels, it was a bit small but compact. The hotel provides all amenities, including the best razor blades I've ever found in a hotel. In front of the hotel there's an amazing local ramen restaurant, don't miss it if you go there! The area was quiet and well connected enough to the rest of the city. Perhaps a bit of walk to the nearest metro station but still not a big deal.

コインランドリーがなかったのが残念でした。徒歩5分雨の中探して見つけましたが、当たり前にあると思っていたので誤算でした。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026国際フォーラムで予定があったので有楽町駅から２駅めにある新富町駅を利用。新富町駅から徒歩５分以内の距離で大変便利。国際フォーラムの近くのホテルに歩いてチェックインするより楽でよかった。次からも国際フォーラムで予定があるときは利用しようと思う。
禁煙ルームを予約したのですが、ドアを開けて入室すると喫煙ルームのような臭い。間違えて喫煙ルームを予約したのかと思い確認したが禁煙ルームで間違えてはいない。備え付けの消臭スプレーを散布しても大した効果なし。禁煙ルームでたばこを吸う客には部屋のクリーニング代を請求してほしいと思うほど気分が良くなかった。

Necesita algo de revisión/reforma. En mi viaje a Japón estuve por dos ocasiones en este hotel (a la ida y a la vuelta9 y tanto en una como en otra habitación de las que me pusieron había algunos pequeños desperfectos en el baño que mejorar.

ベットのスプリングが私にとっては柔らかくて気になってしまいました。心地いい人もいると思います。

喫煙者ということもあり、喫煙所が無いのは少しキツかった。しかし、喫煙者として非喫煙者を優先するのは仕方がない事だと分かっているので飲み込めた。近くにある喫煙所の案内があるととても助かります。

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Hotel bardzo fajny. Pokoje czyste, klimatyzowane, moj byl akurat na 12 piętrze wiec z widokiem na Tokio. Wszystko wg opisu. Personel pokoju bardzo miły i pomocny. Na zakończenie pobytu zamówił taksówkę na lotnisko. Z hotelu (za dodatkowa oplata) mozna wyslac bagaż do innego hotelu żeby się w podróży z nim nie bujać - bardzo polecam! Jestem bardzo zadowolony.

Le petit déjeuner était largement médiocre. Juste un bento proposé avec 3/4 aliments à manger dans sa chambre. Pas frais, qualité médiocre, on ne peut pas choisir les aliments. Pas de boissons chaudes...il faut aller chercher des l'eau à une fontaine à eau 2 étages plus bas. Rien n'est précisé à l'accueil ou sur le site.

スタッフ用の階段近くの部屋だったからか、近くに喫煙場所があるからか 時折換気扇からタバコの臭いが入ってくるのが嫌だった。 けれど、時々なので、仕方ないかと 思います。

Реально как дома. Продуманное освещение с панелью управления прямо возле подушки. Можно управлять светом, не вставая. В номере тихо, кондиционер работает отлично. Есть большой телевизор. В ванной мыло, шампунь, кондиционер. Кровать очень высокая. Под ней можно удобно хранить открытый чемодан. Прямо возле отеля сеть закусочных и всеми любимый магазин с готовой едой (на перекрестке)
В ванной очень странный кран для воды. Чтобы вода лилась, надо держать одной рукой кран. Если не держать, вода не льется. А если выкрутить кран на всю, то вода будет идти, но с очень сильным напором, с которым невозможно нормально почистить зубы, не залив весь пол водой. Из вытяжки в ванной воняло в первый день канализацией. В ванную комнату очень высокий порожек, можно споткнуться. В лобби не продумана система хранения багажа гостей. Все свалено в одну кучу в центре помещения, места пройти почти нет. Чтобы оставить багаж, надо заполнять онлайн форму и получать куар-код. Все это очень неудобно. Почему нельзя просто давать номерок, как это делается во всех отелях?

Reviewed May 23, 2026The location, clearness, and staff were top notch. Walkable distance from pretty much anywhere in Tokyo DT. Lots of great restaurants around the area. There is a 7 eleven 1 menute from the hotel.
The room was incredibly small and only suitable for a solo traveler. My partner and I only had carry-on bags, yet we still found it nearly impossible to move around. Additionally, the toilet was positioned too close to the wall, making it extremely difficult to use. While we are both fit, we are taller than average, and the proportions of this room are simply not designed for taller guests.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Staff were kind and helpful and the room was very clean.
No laundry facilities or smoking area in the hotel or nearby, you had to walk 10-15 minutes which made it inconvenient. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and felt heavily used which caused me some back pain.
