The location is perfect, the apartment is quiet even though it's nestled in a vibrant part of town. Everything you need is close by, Plaza de España, supermarket, restaurants, nightclubs, metro links, temple de Debod (for the sunsets, highly recommended), the palace is a short walk away. The place is excellent.

The location is great! Took 15-20 minutes to walk to the historic center and only 5 min to the Royal Palace. Metro line just around the corner. The street had some great food and drink options and the bedrooms face the back so the street noise wasn't an issue.

The linen could've been cleaner. Nothing major, but some holes and smudges. Only one trash bag was provided and only 2 small toilet rolls which was nowhere near enough for 6 people for 5 days.

The apartment is in excellent location, near Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. Other attractions are few minutes away of walking (Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The communication with staff was great. Checking-in and checking-out were easy and the hosts provided very clear instructions on how to access the property. Congratulation for providing lockers for luggage, before check-in and after check-out.

The TV in the living room didn't have signal (it wasn't an issue for us because we haven't had time to watch it, but just for you to know).

The property had not been cleaned when we arrived, beds un made, dirty towels and dishes lying around. We have arrived with a baby at checking having been travelling since 2am. We cried. We then had to go away for a a couple of hours whilst it was cleaned. When we got back our electronic keys had been wiped as they were the ones left by the previous guests. We underwent a further tedious hour sitting in the stairs whilst owners organised new keys. We were distraught. We were compensated with a return taxi to the airport. Flat floor was filthy our feet were black. I had to clean it four times with bleach before it cleaned up for our baby to crawl in it. 5th floor, slow lift that only took 2 people or one person and a pram. For your party of 5 we had to split between 3 trips which was tedious and time consuming Location great but that was about it. The terrace is very overlooked with brick wall views

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Ideal location. Helpful staff. I would certainly recommend and return here.

Sehr gute Lage in einer Einbahnstraße direkt am Plaza de Espana mit sehr vielen verschiedenen guten und günstigen Restaurants und kleinen Supermärkten. Die Metro liegt direkt an der Kreuzung. Das Apartment ist geräumig, in jedem Zimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanlage, gute Betten, 1 x Doppelbett, 1 x 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Bäder, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Schlafzimmer liegen Richtung Hinterhof und sind somit ruhig, das Wohn- und Esszimmer liegt zur Straße hin. 2 Schlüsselkarten für das Apartment, Haupteingang über Codenummer.

Etwas unangenehmer Geruch aus den Badabläufen, der Vermieter hat hier in beiden Bädern Duftspender angebracht, um dem entgegenzuwirken, was auch wirkt, wenn man sie nicht ausschaltet:-). Das Doppelbett hat eine große gemeinsame Zudecke.

La amplitud del apartamento, el tener dos baños, la ubicacion, la comodidad de las camas, el aire acondicionado silencioso. La cocina estaba bien equipada, excepto por la falta de un caldero pequeño, el que había era enorme.

El chekin online, no hay otra forma de hacerlo. Al hacerlo te ves obligado a enviar tu DNI escaneado (cesión innecesaria de datos). Dijeron enviaban el código de entrada antes de las 14:00, tuve que requerirlo a esa hora porque no me lo habían enviado, al cabo de unos minutos lo hicieron por WhatsApp. El teléfono no nos atendió y devolvió la llamada a las 14:20 cuando ya estaba resuelto. El suelo del apartamento sucio, el resto limpio. El secador no funcionaba

Close to downtown and buses that brings you to all turistic places. Clean with all you need and perfect for tourists. When needed very fast comunication.

If need to communicate without Whatsup it’s more difficult outside regular hours but this is something that we were aware and did not bother us

The location of the hotel was near Plaza de Espana, which had many eating choices and Gran Via nearby. Checking in was easy and the hosts provided very clear instructions on how to access the property. The apartment was well furnished, everything I needed was available. Beds were comfortable and toilets clean and spacious. A nice touch was the provision of lockers if you arrive early or have to leave your luggage after checking out. Note that a 1 euro coin is required to use the locker but you will get it back when you collect your stuff.

Appartamento spazioso, con due camere da letto: una matrimoniale con TV in camera e l'altra con letti singoli. Aria condizionata, doppio bagno, soggiorno con seconda TV e cucina equipaggiata. Posizione centralissima ma silenziosa. Staff disponibile, sollecito e gentilissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Lack of clarity on access and check in and Issues accessing the apartment at arrival, broken safe ( though later fixed) and running toilet flush, misinformed about luggage storage, and lots of noise until really late from adjacent units which affected our quality of sleep.

Não existe onde guardar malas no local, somente mochilas ou similar. Os 2 unicos lockers maiores e acessiveis estão sempre fechados/ocupados. Não conte com isso. Como cheguei cedo e não tem recepção ou algum lugar para sentar e esperar, achei complicado... esteja preparado se for o caso.

A localização era excelente, o apartamento muito grande, com dois quartos e duas casas de banho. Quem gere os apartamentos muito prestável, tanto telefonicamente como por mensagem.

As cortinas são insuficientes para manter o quarto escuro, o chuveiro deixa passar água para o chão.

It is very close to the center, clean and comfortable

The location is great! It's within walking distance to a lot of interesting places, including some restaurants on the same street and around the block. I can't stress how convenient this place is, plus being an apartment, it comes with kitchen, fridge, laundry, making a longer term stay is more comfortable.

A minor inconvenient number 8 on the address text got me confused instead of the correct address with number 6. The fire alarm went off twice. First was because of a neighbor burnt a toast one morning. Second, was in the middle of the night and I was told it was because someone triggered it. The fire alarms went off twice, which I'm okay with the place being on the safe and careful side, but it did affect the comfort. Talked to the neighbors, some of us were able to get in touch with the staff and the alarm was turned off after someone inspected the place in person. Really appreciate the resolution of this by the company. Thank you.

There was an alarm that went off between 3:30am and 5:00am. Very disturbed sleep. The terrace was disappointing as there were no views and two sets of the blinds were broken.

An excellent location near a Metro interchange and only 45 minutes from the airport. It is adjacent to a very pleasant Plaza, the Palace, and many restaurants. The street is pedestrianised and has many nice bars, but we were not affected by any noise in the top floor apartment. The rooftop terrace doesn't give a view but is spacious and very pleasant to sit on for pre-dinner drinks. Generally well equipped.

The lift's weight sensor seemed to be over-sensitive, leading to daily alarms, but these were reasonably brief. Only one remote control was provided to control the three air conditioning units. Although this didn't bother us, it could have been a nuisance if someone had wanted to adjust their bedroom temperature during the night. The bracket for the handheld shower would not lock in place; again this did not bother us as there is an overhead shower, but I did report it.

Nice and quiet location. Reasonable and easy walking distance to the major attractions and Metro in Madrid. The staff was quick to respond to any message sent via WhatsApp.

The location was excellent, very close to the Plaza de Espana and the Metro. The proximity of the Metro (4 or 5 minute walk) made it ideal for sight seeing. Though we ate out, we did use the microwave for our breakfast. The kitchen was well appointed, though did not really use. The living/ dining room was generous. There were 3 in our group, myself, my husband and my sister. Ideal apartment for 3 or 4, with 2 good sized bathrooms.

Whilst I heard no noise at all (and I am a light sleeper), my sister heard noise from the people above. I have no other negative comments.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

What was new to us was renting a city apartment without a reception. Therefore, all communication regarding street access, picking up our keys from the locker, and arrival and departure took place via online chat. It is inconvenient when Booking.com is involved the whole time. It would have been better for us if this entire check-in procedure had been known in advance. Ultimately, everything worked out fine, as we always received timely answers to our chat questions. After opening the front door on Sunday evening, we found several bales of dirty laundry in the hallway. That is not a very pleasant entrance. The elevator sometimes falters when three people are using it. But otherwise, we really liked the apartment.

Есть лифт, апартамент находится на последнем этаже, переделан из чердака. Просторный, чистый, соответствует фотографиям. Две просторных спальни, две ванные, кухня, гостиная. терраса. Белоснежное мягкое постельное белье и полотенца, кровати удобные. В ванной есть шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа. Персонал был на связи, помогли нам вызвать такси. Спасибо!

We loved the ease off access and instructions when we arrived! Comfortable beds and great for 2 couples travelling together - particularly the 2 bathrooms and the dining/ lounge room area. Location of both bedrooms are at the back of the property so very quiet to sleep. Great cafes and restaurants downstairs. Close to a lot of the must see sights. Nothing not to like!

In den Schlafzimmern war es für Madrid überraschend ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gab ausreichend Kaffee für unseren Aufenthalt. Ebenso waren wir mit Teebeuteln, Öl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer sowie Spülmaschinentabs und Müllbeuteln versorgt.

In dem einen Badezimmer leckte die Dusche; es gab aber zwei Badezimmer/Duschen, so dass wir unproblematisch ausweichen konnten

Fabulous modern bright apartment in an ideal central location for exploring Madrid both on foot and by metro. Away from.tourists area but within ten minutes walk. Very comfortable beds, hot showers, well appointed kitchen. Amazing restaurants at the top of the steet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and if we return to Madrid we would book again.

The street is a bit noisy at night time especially on weekends & holidays as there are many bars outside. Bedrooms are at the back so this will only affect light sleepers such as myself. The rest of my family never heard a thing!

Najlepsze w tym apartamencie jest lokalizacja! Jesteście minutę piechotą od Plaza de España! Sypialnie są bardzo ciche. Może być głośno jeśli ktoś śpi na sofie w dużym pokoju. Mieszkanie jest po remoncie, bardzo czyste i przyjemnie tam przebywać.
