Lovely location. Great lady on desk on check in.

One of our starters were cold and the fish, as part of main course was tasteless. The fact that all guests have to pay to use the steam room/sauna and hot tubs is a joke. One of the rooms was out of order. I felt that it is a bit much to pay up near €400 for a hotel room and then be expected to pay €60 for a couple to use these facilities. There is no swimming pool so this facility I believe should be made available to guests staying in the hotel. The lack of a bar area wasn’t great either.

The view of the river and the food were the highlight of our stay

The cost did not match the experience. We paid 365 euro for one night and then had to pay a further 60 euro just to use the spa facilities. Overall a very expensive night away.

Food was excellent as was the treatment from staff at all times. Thermal suite was a big hit. Really lovely, relaxing experience!

It was absolutely phenomenal! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The spa was to die for! and the rooms WOW! we loved every second of it. we could have stayed forever! Great stay Great staff and even better location. Really nice and quiet area overlooking the water. We will definitely be returning!

love the location and waking up to the river view. Wonderful staff who are chatty and cheerful. Mid summer in mid heat was difficult without air con, but otherwise fantastic!

Everything from start to finish food was really good staff were friendly and the hotel was fabulous we had a wonderful stay ❤️ it was our wedding anniversary and there was a lovely welcome gift and card in room was so thoughtful

The view is beautiful. Very scenic to watch the kayaks and boats go by.

The spa was an additional cost to our room type (deluxe) which we just seemed really unnecessary given that the room itself was very expensive but is pretty basic so I’ve no idea what you’re paying for if the spa access isn’t included.

A fantastic location. Very relaxing but also vibrant. Looking forward to coming back

Slight hiccup on arrival. No Booking.com booking had arrived. However it was sorted after 15 minutes. Coffee taste was not smooth. It should be for a top hotel like this. Either the coffee beans were off or the machine set incorrectly.

Staff nice but poorly trained. Breakfast buffet very minimal and only 1 hot item on the menu PP, additional cost for more. Use of basic spa facilities additional cost to the very overpriced room rate. Building exterior at spa requires cleaning and painting. Parking limited.

For its prices, the breakfasts and dinners were a bit disappointing. Selections of breads and cereals at breakfast was limited. Bad enough that there was no porridge on the hot menu, but the overnight oats only came with almond milk - very 2020s no doubt, but very poor in my opinion!! Some dinner items were excellent, but the choice was not very extensive, and "fish of the day" was the same Saturday and Sunday, and not very appealing.

Spa was amazing, the price is definitely reasonable. The food was delicious and the restaurant had a lovely view. The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Matthew at the front desk. We will absolutely be back for an extra night.

Hotel itself and location were very nice. Spa was lovely. Staff were friendly.

Little things but the breakfast needs work in my opinion, it looks and tastes cheap ( the food that's made to order). Also myself and my partner ordered steaks cooked differently, and when the server served us the food didn't know which was which. Also as a paying guest I don't think you should have to pay extra to use the Jacuzzi.

The food was mediocre, the smell in the hall to the rooms needs to be addressed asap sooo bad, obviously the ice name of the hotel is carried through and i should if known netter the place was freezing especially the dining area where numerous guests asked to move. The spa was just ok, that is not the way to set up a seaweed bath, the oils were non existent.

A very nice property overlooking a tidal river, you could spend ages just admiring the view from either your room, restaurant or the spa area. Fantastic hot tubs on an external decked area fully exposed to the elements. The food was of excellent quality and surprisingly not to expensive. Staff were helpful and made you feel very welcome.

On check in the hotel was a bit cold. The breakfast display was not in keeping with the luxury feel of the hotel. It felt a little last minute b&b offering and not 4 star hotel.

Ice House è un gioiello che dà sul fiume Moy, una posizione fantastica. Tutto è molto curato. Ho apprezzato in particolar modo la stanza, ben equipaggiata, il suo grazioso balconcino per godersi la vista sul fiume, il cibo freschissimo del ristorante. Non ho usufruito dei servizi della spa per mancanza di tempo ma torneremo certamente.

Very friendly staff, great location with beautiful views. The hotel has a wonderful art collection. The spa facilities are very good and relaxing.

The restaurant lacked atmosphere in the evening- a very large scale venue for the hotel size, felt very impersonal. Food average and surprisingly with few healthy options to augment the spa experience. The restaurant has two entrances one of which was not staffed so people had to hang around and hoped to be noticed. Service at breakfast was slow and surrounding tables not cleared, felt understaffed.
