Good size room for a family - just what we needed ahead of a visit to WMS park. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was great. Coffee spot on. Parking at the railway looks far away, but it’s not - a quick cut through and you’re there. We would stay again 😊

We were on the top floor up a spiral stair case. Not a problem for us - the kids loved it. But worth bearing in mind if mobility is a challenge.

Property was central to Bewdley village within a stones throw away to all shops, pubs and restaurants. The property was easy to find and so was parking facilities. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay as it was exceptional.

Beds were too high, uncomfortable and fitted into confined space within the room. I am a couple of months pregnant and found the double beds too small to share.

It was cute and quaint and well decorated. The breakfast was nice and it was very clean indeed.

The mattress was soft at the edges so we rolled off somewhat, and the rooms were very small indeed with barely enough room to walk around the bed never mind store anything. We had to put our suitcase in the shower.

Since our last visit 12 months ago the rooms and the building have been improved, the rooms have been redecorated and new windows which has made a big difference, also I believe the bathroom has been updated and improved, the overall experience was great and the staff very helpful....this is our 6th visit over the years and we'll definitely be booking again. Keep it up!

Can't really say there was anything we didn't like to be honest had we stayed for longer then maybe, although I doubt.

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. We had 2 rooms both small but had everything we needed, large shower for the size of the bathrooms. Had a minor issue with the bed linen but it was sorted immediately to which we were grateful. Breakfast was delicious, lots of it and hot. Will definitely recommend and I'd stay again.

It was too noisy as the room's windows faced the road, and the mattresses on the bunk bed were too firm

Basic facilities , dated furniture.

Breakfast is really good. Beds are comfy. Location is good. Only tiny little fault was that on both occasions we didn't receive check in instructions until I phoned a couple of times. That's the only reason I gave 9 out of 10. Otherwise it would be a 10 from us. 100% I will be Staying there again.

We enjoyed ourselves at bed and breakfast. The staff were so helpful. When we had difficulty with our dogs from the rooms to downstairs. The staff member stepped in to help. We have no problems. I had issues with tv as on tv controller has apps eg youtube prime. But they wouldn't work apps on controller. Every time they clicked on the app. It turned the volume up loud.

Slightly noisy room. Couple in next room making phone calls until well after 2300, and radio on at 0215. Wouldn’t have minded cereal being offered at breakfast

Very lovely place and the staff were wonderful! Bed was super comfy. I struggle to sleep in strange places but fell asleep easily there. Bathroom was lovely and clean. Breakfast was really nice! Genuinely would stay again.

Parking was a bit difficult locally but not fault of the business. Main door lock was playing up a bit but when I called the manager was really helpful and helped me get settled.

Next to a main road that all the drunks seemed to use. Floor uneven in the bedroom not disabled friendly at all access to the room up a very windy narrow staircase. No towels despite asking .The bed needs to be disposed off sank to the floor when we got in and the fitted bedsheets no longer fitted!! Asked if we would like orange juice but there wasnt any we then manned a search for cutlery whilst the staff spoke to locals at length .

Excellent breakfast. No parking available next to property however could park in station car park which is a little walk away. Room spacious for 4 adults.

More towels and toilet roll on arrival, this was however quickly rectified by owner without an issue.

Traffic noise was awful. It felt as if a vehicle was about to crash into the building! Noise continued on and off throughout the night

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. I got what I paid for.

To be honest the room was small for me as im 6ft 6ins. It felt a little cramped. That is no fault of the property that is just im so tall. Maybe next time I should ask for a larger room. The shower and toilet area felt cramped for me, again this is only because I'm so tall. Overall, I would go back.

Parking was a little tricky especially as I had a heavy bag but I was warned in advance.

Easy check in via a text message with instructions, door codes etc and where to park. Advised to use the Station car park which was locked at 19:30 and re-opened around 06:30 the following morning as there is no dedicated parking. Only £4 per 24 hrs. Room was nice, given a Family room at the top with a view of the Railway Bridge. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Breakfast included! Freshly cooked from an extensive menu. Also a coffee shop open until 16:00. Literally a give minute walk to Bewdley Railway Station. There is a nain road outside, but other than the usual morning and evening work/school traffic, it wasnt noticable. Staff were nice and friendly. Bathroom nice and clean, couple of small issues. Everything worked as it should. Kettle with tea/coffee facilities. A ten minute walk to the centre of town, many places to eat and drink by the river, Tesco, Sainsburys and Morrisons also in town for supplies.

In the bathroon towel and tiolet roll holder needs attention to re-attach securely to the wall. Mattress on double bed - old and not tha comfortable, could look at replacing. Other than that no other complaints

Good location, easy walk into town, and access to a choice of eating places along the river front. Rooms are adequate , clean and ensuite. Although no on-site parking, railway station is easy walking distance and has parking, £4 for 24hr or overnight stay. Breakfast was included. Keypad entry to guest area.

Not suitable for people with mobility problems as rooms are upstairs. A bit noisy at night as on a busy road. Old building, so floors are a bit uneven and squeaky.

The property is creaky and by a relatively busy road so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Also no parking by the property but the check in instructions give you lots of information n where you can park
