Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Die perfekte Lage gleich am End-Bahnhof war der Grund es zu Buchen. Geräumige Wohnung mit Küche und Balkon mit Fuji und Bahn Blick. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung der An- und Abreise.
Relativ teuer für die Ausstattung und Qualität der Unterkunft. Der Abfluss der Küche hat ein Geruchsproblem und das Sofa war schon etwas durchgesessen. Leider kein Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Wäsche.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Nous avions de la chance de voir le mont Fuji depuis l’hébergement. L’emplacement est impeccable juste à côté de la gare. Un parking est disponible.
La saleté est un point à considérer. Une bouteille presque vide à été laissée dans le frigo. Le frigo n’est pas propre. Les miettes ont été retrouvées dans un des deux lits. Les coussins ont une odeur bizarre.

The pictures posted on line show a nice view of Mt. Fuji from the second floor. Our room was on first floor with a very obstructed view of the mountain.

Het was erg klein en de futon niet super comfortabel. De douche moet je helemaal open zetten om warm water te krijgen. Verder was het prima.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Posizione vicina a tutti i servizi compresa la stazione (tenendo però conto dei “rumori” dei treni).
L’appartamento non era particolarmente pulito e le sedie della zona pranzo (molto caratteristica con tavolo e sedute basse) presentavano macchie molto evidenti, al punto da non invogliare a sedersi. Per quanto riguarda la vista sul Monte Fuji, dal nostro appartamento al piano terra era visibile solo in parte, uscendo all’esterno e affacciandosi sul fondo dell’area, poiché la visuale è in gran parte ostruita da un’altra struttura. Nel complesso, considerando il prezzo pagato per una sola notte, ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia decisamente inferiore alle aspettative, soprattutto per la visuale che dalle foto sembrava fantastica e di cui noi non abbiamo goduto appieno.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Very convenient location, right across a parking lot from the kawaguchiko train and bus station. Self check in was smooth and we could leave our luggage in the hallway pre check in and post check out. Room was very clean and had everything we needed.
Can be quite noisy - there was a whirring sound outside our room (we were on the ground floor). We were two people and space felt enough but if we were 3, it might be a little cramped. Bed is a little hard for my liking.

They let us check in early when the room is ready. It is clean and roomy. We can leave the bag before or after. The view of Fuji is perfect even for us who stay on first floor.

We had all the necessary amenities and appliances, even extra blankets as April nights can still be a bit chilly. Location is great since you’re close to trains/buses and the lake is just 30 min walk. Some great cafes and convenience stores are also at your closest.

The room was ready for us early which we really appreciated and the host was very nice to communicate with and helpful. View from the apartment was nice as you can see Mount Fuji from the window.

Couple of things of a concern while staying here, one was the cupboard below the sink had a weird/bad smell & smell would every now then come from the sink. 2nd thing was the balcony was very slippery when had water all over it, specially using the slip ons they provided you to wear. Water had nowhere to run off the balcony floor, making it very slippery.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Segunda vez que me quedo en Fuji scenic house durante el invierno. Destaco su buena ubicación, está literalmente al lado de la Estación de Kawaguchiko y con una vista hermosa al monte Fuji; es lugar es muy limpio, agradable, cuenta con aire acondicionado.
Se pide separar la basura, pero solo se cuenta con un único basurero dentro del departamento.

I was initially worried that it will be noisy being so close to the train station, but it didnt bother me. The room we had had the washing machine just right outside our room door so makes it very convenient. Love the heated tatami floor.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Premium location very close to the train station with Mt Fuji clearly visible from the window in the room, which was as advertised, but the window was a smaller high up one and not a normal one one would imagine. It felt very safe. We really appreciated the closeness to the train station as it started snowing when we arrived and we were freezing, so luckily it took only 2 minutes to find the place and get warm.
There was basically no sound proofing, we could hear conversations from next door and sounds if anyone is moving about next door or upstairs. Kitchen utensils were basic and somewhat lacking, we had one single fork, but managed to get by. We have never experienced winter where taps had to be kept running to stop the piping from freezing, which is a bit disturbing, but not anyone's fault.

Has microwave, electric water kettle, portable cooker & extra heater for us to stay warm. Excellent service by the owner as well! Fast response & also procide us a rice cooker as requested.
