I really enjoyed my stay, on all levels! Kind and flexible staff, gorgeous well-appointed room, more spacious than many I could find at the same price point.
I have a knee injury and found it a little challenging to get in and out of the steep bathtub. A bar or stool might help?
kleines Hotel mit viel Atmosphäre, große Zimmer und Bäder; sauber und ansprechend; liegt in der Nähe schöner Restaurants, die nicht rein touristisch orientiert sind;
Fenster lässt sich nur einen Spalt breit öffnen (anscheinend üblich in englischen Hotels); Man fragt sich, ob das Konzept der Rettungswege bei Feuer ausreicht (nur ein Treppenhaus);
Very upmarket place

The Grafton Arms is an adorable hotel with a cozy feel with friendly helpful staff that accommodated us when our flight was delayed and we arrived the following day. Close to food and shopping all within walking distance and provided a quiet restful place to stay after our long flight over. Highly recommend this boutique style hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the London area.
I liked everything about the Grafton Arms pub, friendly welcome, help with bags to our room. It was the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in and told the two ladies who were cleaning the rooms this. Room was beautiful and didn't go out in the evening on night just to enjoy it 🤭🤣 The location was spot on, for where we wanted to visit and so close to Euston Station too. Can't wait to re-book again. When just the two of us, won't be booking anywhere else. I had the best time and perfect for my 60th birthday celebrations.
I had managed to sprain my right ankle on the morning I was due to arrive at The Grafton Arms and I had been suffering with sciatica in the same leg. We were on the top floor in room 10, which was a bit of a struggle for me. If you have mobility problems, I would suggest requesting one of the rooms up to room 6. I will be fighting fit next time I go, so will be running up the stairs to room 10 🤣
What an adorable little place to stay, very clean. Super friendly staff and great location close to everything but not at the busy city center. Will definitely stay here again.
Walking distance from Euston Station, easy check in, bed really comfortable, staff friendly

Just home from an overnight stay at The Grafton Arms. From start to finish it was exceptional. The staff make a place, and from house keeping, bar staff, to the front of house team, they all made my stay warm, welcoming and stress free. You are all the very best of this place. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was really comfortable, and the shower, perfect after a hot and humid day. Location is excellent for exploring London sights easily. My only regret is not being able to stay longer to try the highly regarded pan-Asian menu . Until next time.
Cute place! Clean rooms, great location for us and friendly staff.
The Grafton Arms was wonderful!
Absolutely nothing!
One of our rooms (6) reeked terribly of smoke
Excellent rooms, friendly staff, great food.
Price.
Lovely room and brilliant staff
Location was a bit sketchy and no breakfast service.
My sister and I popped in after a hospital app at uclh, place was lovely, staff so friendly, wish we could have stayed for food, unfortunately had to get back to the hospital, definitely try out if need a drink and snack especially after a manic hospital visit. Staff well done
Eigenlijk niets, alles was prettig
This was a lovely little venue. The staff were attentive. The rooftop terrace was fantastic. Great location, near the train station and walking distance to Soho. The place had a lovely vibe so would stay again. No breakfast choice but many little restaurants nearby.
I was a little disappointed with the room. Although all the facilities were there it was lacking a little. Also a very steep and narrow staircase to rooms. The overall effect was lovely but when looking a little closer it felt a bit tired. Window sills chipped, dirty grout in the bathroom, TV very small, stains on the headboard, and not enough milk supplied for coffee. Pillows were very flat. Bulbs out and flickering. I think for the amount paid for one night it should be a bit more looked after.
The staff was excellent. Our heavy bags were carried upstairs for us and back down when we checked out. And the pub staff was very nice as well. Our room was lovely - not large but adequate with a modern bathroom, a very comfortable bed, space enough for our bags and moving about, plus a nice coffee and tea service. Despite being above a pub and very close to the outdoor "beer garden," the room was very quiet. And I loved the art work of dogs in royal regalia. We ate dinner in the pub one night which serves very good Asian food - pot stickers, spring rolls, etc. The location is excellent. It is only two blocks from the Warren Street tube station which took us straight to the West End for theater on day and straight to Waterloo Station where we caught a train to Hampton Court. Perfect for site seeing. It was also easy walking distance (maybe 1/4 mile) to Euston Train Station where we were booked on a train to Holyhead, Wales after checking out. Couldn't have been more convenient.
There was nothing I didn't like! It was perfect for us.
From the start the staff treated us like family. I could name them but I won’t for privacy.. The rooms have great A/C. Wonderful bathrooms/showers. Beds were very comfortable. We even had a view of the upstairs dinning area. Called the rooftop. I loved the decor/pictures on the wall. We loved that we could always have a cold drink in the pub after a busy day of site seeing. I would stay here every time I’m in London. It’s close to two train/tub/subway stations. Warren street was our favorite and euston square next. And the busses work by the numbers on the front. But they tend to be hot inside.
What a charming place to stay! Perfect located, well appointed, and surprisingly quiet, The Grafton Arms was an ideal place to stay for a couple days at the end of a long London sojourn. The staff was especially warm and helpful.
Quaint and quirky pub decor. Generously sized room. Quiet location.
3 narrow, steep flights up - which was only a challenge with luggage.
i came for a drink with some friends and lovely kennedy served us, she was very sweet and she looked after us so well. i loved the atmosphere aswell as the team, i’ll defo be coming again.
My experience didn’t start off the best because it was very busy, but one of your amazing staff members, Kennedy, completely turned things around. She was so polite, welcoming, and attentive that she genuinely made my night much more enjoyable. The service was fast, the atmosphere improved thanks to her professionalism, and her customer service really stood out. Staff like Kennedy are hard to come by these days and she is a huge credit to your team. Thank you, Kennedy, for making the experience such a positive one. You truly deserve recognition and honestly a pay rise for the outstanding service you provide.
Nice hotel with very friendly and serviceminded staff. Loctaed near shopping and buses and trains.
4th stay at this hotel, which I particularly appreciate for its central location, its comfort, its peaceful atmosphere, and its attentive staff. The first-floor terrace is also a great bonus for enjoying a drink in the evening.
We absolutely loved staying at the Grafton Arms. The location is excellent - just two blocks from the Underground and less than half a mile to Euston Rail Station (we left London via train from Euston). Although we only ate in the area once, there are plenty of dining options. We ate in the Grafton Arms Pub which serves some very tasty Asian dlshes rather than standard pub fare. Our room was very nice. Not terribly large but very clean and very comfortable with a modern bathroom with all the conveniences. While I thought it might be noisy with the outdoor pub garden on the same level as our room and the general area seemed very lively, the room was apparently very well insulated because it was never noisy. The staff was wonderful. There are steep stairs up to the bedrooms and our heavy luggage was carried up for us by the young woman on duty when we arrived. The pub staff in the evening were attentive, courteous, and friendly. All-in-all, it was the perfect place for a couple of very nice days in London.

Excellent helpful staff that could not do enough for you
Great location, great staff!
Location & staff very helpful and friendly
Steep steps leading up to room. Room was on the same floor as roof terrace & found it wee bit noisy
Excellent stay! The room, facilities and cleanliness were 10/10. Very helpful staff and great location. We loved our stay!
Faultless stay from top2bottom! Lovely room, great location! Francesco was the most amazing host / barman!
Quiet location but easy to get everywhere we wanted. Dropped off bags early, staff super friendly and helpful. Lovely room, nicely decorated and furnished - v comfy beds. Good selection of complimentary bits and great shower. Will use again.
Not a problem for us but lack of lift could be an issue for some.
We had a lovely overnight stay at the Grafton Arms, room was super clean and very comfortable, great location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication before and during stay was excellent. The roof terrace is lovely for a late afternoon or early evening drink. Thai food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We hope to return when next in London.
We had a very pleasant stay at Grafton Arms. The location is ecellent, the rooms wonderful, perfect for a good night´s sleep and enjoyable acitivites in the surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you to everyone!
Great rooms, nice linens, great comfort, and style!
It was a shame the pub was closed for our entire visit and that we were not made aware of that ahead of our trip. Having food and drink on the premises would have been nice.
We just returned from a five night stay at the Grafton Arms. The room itself was fabulous- super clean and includes all the amenities you could need. Staff was fabulous as well. The location is fantastic as a home base for exploring London- it is only a short walk from multiple Tube stations (including the Northern and Circle lines) as well as walkable to the theatre district and British Museum. Plenty of small cafes and restaurants in the area as well. The noise from the pub downstairs wasn't really an issue. However, occasionally noise from people on the street would filter to the room, so pack some earplugs just in case. Pro tip: there are multiple "Grafton Arms" in London. If you use Google Maps without looking closely at the address, make sure you choose the "Grafton Arms Pub & Rooms"
Quaint, very comfortable, great location, neighborhood feel, welcome drink
Clean and well-equipped rooms in an excellent location for central London on a quieter street away from busy street noise. Location well suited to eating/drinks nearby and close enough to Regents park for a walk. Good value for money in London and will stay there again.
Room was so cosy and quiet. Had everything that you need and the bed was so comfortable. Close to a Main Street with lots of tube stations within a very short walking distance.
Staff presente e gentile.
Mancanza di ascensore.
Lovely pub with great menu. Staff delightful and room superb..cosy and immaculate. Beautifully furnished and very quiet at night. Definitely be back.
We loved all of it
Had a lovely evening at the Grafton Arms meeting a friend for a few after work drinks. Excellent service from the bar staff who go out of their way to be so helpful and friendly. Great cocktails ! See you again next month. Thanks again for a lovely evening. Highly recommend for atmosphere, drinks and customer service.
From the staff to the room to the location everything was really great. My husband particularly liked that we could open the windows and use the cooling air conditioning which is sadly very rare these days. The bed was huge and super comfortable and I loved the shower. We ate in the pub, which was both convenient and delicious with a friendly barman who made sure we were looked after. It was an easy distance from tubes and the centre, but felt like a much quieter space.
This didn't affect us, but it's not a place for people who can't manage stairs, so be warned before you book.
The pub was in a lovely quiet area. Rooms were excellent, as was the bathroom. The pub was lovely and had discount for food and drink as we were guests of the hotel. Food at the pub was lovely and very reasonable. Everything in the room was complimentary. Excellent coffee and tea making facilities, fridge with water.
I personally did not like the tea but this was my taste, others may not agree.
Great location and very comfortable
Location, very helpful staff, nice pub
We loved the king sized bed (the pillows were a little too soft - wish they were a little thicker). The bathroom was really nice. The free snacks and water was great but wish we had extra water bottles supplied since the pub was closed the whole time we were there. I liked how it easy it was to get in and out when the pub is closed. We loved the look of the room. It was very spacious and comfortable!
We were very disappointed that the pub was closed till January 5th. We wanted to eat there and have drinks on NYE there especially since it would have been nice to walk back to our room after drinks and/or a meal rather than walk 16-20 minutes to the nearest pub. We really wished we got to experience that convenience of sleeping above a pub. It was the biggest reason why we picked this hotel for Dec 31-Jan 1 and it wasn't even opened. I wish you guys posted that online on the booking website so we could rethink it especially for how much we paid which was a lot of money. The hotel we stayed at the day before was very nice, cheaper, and a short walking distance to the sites and had a lift It should have been cheaper if the pub was going to be closed the whole time rather than more expensive just because it was NYE and New years day. What's the point if we can't have drinks downstairs? Also way too many stairs to walk. Wish there was a lift. The stairs were also very small and tight so it was hard to carry the luggage up and down. The automatic lights in the hallways of the stairs also were delayed so it was hard to see sometimes. Our room was very hot and even when we tried to turn it down it was still hot - we had to keep the window open which was hard to adjust so it didn't really help much. The TV only worked sometimes which was frustrating - again not really worth the price. Really wish the pillows were a bit more comfy and less flat - they provided very little support.
Netjes, goed verzorgd, prima omgeving!
The Grafton Arms is a charming boutique hotel. The staff took very good care of us and the room was unique and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.
i have stayed in one of their sister hotels - Hayden pub and rooms and its the same successful formula.. excellent size rooms extremely clean and brilliant location. Even a free drink to go with it.. would definitely stay there again and will be trying out some of their other properties. thoroughly recommend.!
Nothing
Location, amazing food, friendly staff, great value!
Stairs were not easily navigated
Excellent location, very friendly welcome and lovely rooms. Super helpful staff.

Central location
Not much
Excellent location. Room was clean and cosy. Although central it was quiet.
Breakfast not available.
Such a great location. It is right in the center of London; however, away from the madness in a quiet area. Spacious room to spread out. The bathroom is also large with a huge bathtub and excellent water pressure.
People before mentioned the stairs- we are in good shape so there was no issue and they were expected.
Excellent location and spacious room. Staff also very helpful.
Value for money. Although the location and room was good, the cost was very high.
Lieu chaleureux, propre, idéalement situé.
The Grafton Arms is a wonderful and affordable Inn/Hotel. It's located centrally and you can travel by foot or Uber/Taxi anywhere quickly. The rooms are large and well appointed. It is clean and very comfortable. The pub downstairs is good quality pub food. The best thing about the Grafton is the staff. They were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so if you have issues with stairs it could be problematic. However, the staff helped with our luggage. I highly recommend the Grafton.
The only reason I dont rate it a five is because they dont serve breakfast. The room was so great! Loved it. Spacious and with coffee, tea and water. Big bonus that it had a small fridge and bathrobes. Would love to stay there again. The food we ordered was also really delicious. Absolutely loved it! Great service as well.
The Grafton is an easy metro ride from the Paddington station which was important to me. The room was large and had a very bath. Most importantly it was decorated warmly with a lot of personality.
We liked the boutique style of the hotel. We also liked the restaurant. The food and the drinks were tasty. We liked the outdoor terrace in the evening. The location was great. Really close to two underground stops.
The shower was small. But it’s a typical European style shower. The sink was hard to access due to the glass shelf that was right above it. If anyone has a mobility issue, the step into the bathtub/shower was very high. Would not be good for short people.
No breakfast. Like the quaint feel of the place. You walked through the bar to get to the staircase to the rooms. Very friendly staff and accommodating. Busy with locals in the bar in the evening but not overly loud and got quiet exactly at 10pm. What some may not like was no elevator just stairs. Didn’t bother us, added to the ambiance of the building.
Acqua e snack a disposizione in camera.
Fantastic place to stay - beautiful rooms
