Reviewed Sep 18, 2026L’hôtel est très bien placé dans le quartier de Shibuya, c’était facile d’aller d’un endroit à un autre. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable également et proposait plusieurs objets très utiles (parapluie, brosse à dents, …)
La chambre était petite mais comme partout à Tokyo

Rooms were hot and uncomfortable. The walls were dirty and wood was chipping off the wall. Beds are also a little more firm than I'd like it but thats more of a personal opinion.

部屋に入ってすぐ、靴（履物）を脱ぐような作りだったが、部屋に入ってすぐのスペースが狭すぎて、最初中の床に踏み込んでしまった。これは絶対無理。これが「和式」だと言われても日本人として納得いかない。 週末ということで2万円越えだったが、この設備とサービスはリーズナブル（妥当）とは言い難い。

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The location is very convenient and fancy. The hotel is facing a little park that has a Blue Bottle coffee shop which has a good atmosphere. Had my morning breakfast there. There's a convenient store right in front of the hotel entrance as well. It's in the middle of Shibuya, so, yeah great location.
The bed are not comfortable, way too soft and bouncy. The rooms are VERY small, the carpet was dirty, the walls had marks. The rooms feel pretty old overall, and not that great looking.

Washing machine and dryer where very outdated considering the price you pay would expect there to be adequate washing and drying facilities bed was a traditional Japanese bed Mat okay if you are after that style but for the price I was not keen on sleeping on a mat. yeah and the blanket barely even covered my body so was extremely uncomfortable trying to sleep

There's a family mart right across the street and a cafe on the second floor so you don't need to go far if you need absolutely anything. The AC was right over the bed which I enjoyed (it bothered my partner).
Room had a slightly off smell that reminded us of a wet dog when we checked-in. The table/chair felt forced for how small the room was - would work fine for a single individual but our room was for two. The AC was right over the bed which bothered my partner (I liked it).

Too small and congested. Not enough towels pre organised have to go and get it. Breakfast not starting at 7am if you have early plans then no point in planning for breakfast. Resturant open at 8am. Not too much options in menu. But food served was exceptional

We enjoyed the breakfast for its light, simple offerings and appreciated that the menu remained consistent each day rather than constantly changing. The quiet atmosphere and dependable routine made breakfast a relaxing and enjoyable part of our visit.
The property was clean and well maintained overall. The only improvement I would suggest is replacing the light-colored carpet, as stains from occasional spills were noticeable even though the space was otherwise clean. A darker flooring material or hard-surface flooring might help maintain a cleaner appearance over time.

Camere piccole ma non mi aspettavo nulla di più grande in Giappone. Bagno pulito, in camera invece la moquette era veramente sporca e le pareti necessitano un imbiancatura nuova. Lenzuola corte che si spostavano nella notte.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Vi var generelt virkelig glade for hotellet! Det lå lidt på en sidegade trukket væk, og det var helt perfekt! Det område havde nogle af de fedeste butikker, vanvittig god kaffe på blue coffee, så placeringen var for os helt ideel!
Rummene havde e fin størrelse men vi havde meget store kufferter så det var nogle gange lidt besværligt.

La habitación fue una decepción total. La cama estaba literalmente en el suelo, con unas sábanas viejas que además no parecían limpias. El wifi iba súper lento, inutilizable. El colchón tenía unos 2 cm de grosor, parecía más una esterilla de pilates que una cama de verdad, y el único cojín que había era extremadamente fino e incómodo. La experiencia en general fue muy mala y desde luego no repetiría.
