Mount Breeze Ella

Die Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft sind wirklich sehr nett und das Frühstück ist super lecker. Das Bett ist wirklich super bequem und das Zimmer für wenige Nächte völlig in Ordnung.

Die Lage hat uns leider nicht so gut gefallen. Der Weg von der Stadt zieht sich ein bisschen und führt durch dunkle nicht großartig besuchte Wege. Man kann die Touri Spots zu Fuß erreichen, muss aber schon ein Stückchen laufen.

Nos gustó el personal, la cama era muy cómoda y buen desayuno.

Lo único es que a la mosquitera le faltaba limpieza y que está alejado de la calle principal pero llegas en 15 min andando.

Photos of the rooms does not fit to reality-there is lot of older rooms before renovation Small and basic breakfast - no water, juice etc.., just tea or coffee.

Emplacement au calme dans la jungle, a 5min a pied du centre ville . Restaurant a 2min a pied si nécessaire. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Les chambres du deuxième étage sont juste magnifiques, tres bien décorées ( style chalet) et équipées.

Les oreillers un peu gros a notre goût ( mais c'est un detail).

Keine Klimaanlage, finde es für das, was man geboten bekommt leider etwas zu teuer, wenn man dort ankommt denk man im ersten Moment Hilfe, wo ist man hier gelandet? Bezahlung nur in Bar

Only 7 minute walk to main Street, (although we took tuk tuk back when dark). Peaceful location, 1 minute from a nice restaurant that had amazing views. Room and bathroom a good size. Fridge and hairdryer and kettle useful.

Bedding felt damp and not clean. No air con and fan was noisy with a bright light so couldn't use over night. Breakfast wasn't the best we have had in our 10 days so far, although sufficient. Stray dogs outside barked through the night so earplugs a must.

Good breakfast and very friendly host. She also has a very cute and friendly dog.

I wish they had a ceiling fan. It is hot during the daytime.

De bedden liggen fantastisch, het beste wat we hebben gehad in Sri Lanka. Locatie is op een rustige plek, maar wel op loopafstand van het centrum. Kamer is heel schoon. Bagage achterlaten was allemaal geen probleem en ontbijt is goed.

Posizione (sebbene in stradine ripide a 10 minuti dalla strada principale con i locali), la zona é frequentata. Soluzione estremamente economica.

Camera essenziale, la pulizia lascia a desiderare, in bagno l’acqua calda non c’é.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, da durch den Regen kein Tuktuk kam, hat sie mir ihren schirm geliehen. Frühstück war echt gut.

Lage etwas abseits und nicht jeder Transport fährt in die Seitenstraße. Schloss am Bad war kaputt, durch fehlende Klimaanlage hat sich das Bett sehr feucht angefühlt

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft, perfekt gelegen, mit tollen Cafés mit schöner Aussicht in der Nähe. Der little adams peak und die Brücke sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The family who run the place were very friendly and the breakfast was great. It was all very convenient for walking into Ella.

The rooms could probably do with a bit of updating but this is minor and didn’t affect our stay.

Camera sporca, le lenzuola macchiate e alcuni capelli sui cuscini, il frigo sporco e lo specchio con aloni di calcare. WiFi inesistente nella nostra camera - proprio non arrivava il segnale fino lì Strada un po’ tortuosa ma percorribile anche a piedi verso il centro

Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Hotel familiar, en zona tranquila. Hay un restaurante recién abierto a pocos metros donde se puede cenar bien. Buen desayuno

Location was good. Walking distance from Ella town (city the locals call it). Niki was able to arrange a tuk tuk for us with his lovely cousin who took us off on trips around beautiful Ella. Nice breakfast every morning.

Really nice clean room with good wifi and a good fan. Breakfast was cooked for the time we wanted it. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly!

Breakfast was extraordinary! They have a really cute little dog. The host is really friendly and helpfull :).

No Daily room cleaning or changing of the towels.

There was a fridge and hair dryer in the room, which usually homestays don’t have so that’s a plus! Good breakfast and comfortable bed and duvet.

Bathroom is kind of old, but not a big problem.

Everything was great, hosts are so lovely! Its a walking distance to the downtown and to Little Adam’s Peak… Room was clean, hot water is good, wifi is great, lovely breakfast, I recommend it very much! ❤️

The room was simple but everything we needed - hot water, a comfortable bed, working fridge and fan. There was never a fight to find a parking spot and we enjoyed the lush surroundings. Breakfast was also lovely with good portions, fresh fruit and plenty of tea. We appreciated that the location was a little further from the extremely crowded main road - much more relaxing but still very convenient to getting to attractions, trails, etc. Oh, and we were grateful for the mosquito net!

It is a crowded city and it was Christmas so even the quiet neighborhood we were in was a little noisy until late at night.

Big pluses : comfortable bed , there are good amenities such as kettles , fridge and knife for cutting fruits. Elder guy who serves breakfast is very nice + breakfast is good!

Cleanliness It was the first time in Sri when I didn’t feel comfortable at all. Wifi completely didn’t work. When I told the guy about it , he didn’t even suggest changing a room or double cleaning. He didn’t step in my room and just said: “you are complaining a lot, if you don’t like smth; you can leave. What did you expect for this price? Luxury?” I told him that no, I just want it to be clean. And he suggested me to leave without cancellation fee at late evening when it was raining. Very nice attitude. I didn’t leave and he didn’t say hello to my during next days.

The water in the shower wasn't draining quick enough which left a considerable amount of water for a while

We had a lovely stay at Mount Breeze - the hosts were lovely, managing to get our laundry dry for us even though it was so rainy! Lovely breakfasts each morning and the hosts were always happy to help with tuk tuks or anything else. The room was clean, comfortable bed with clean bed linen and a good hot shower!

Mount breeze was a great basic hotel close to Ella which was good co soldering the cost paid. It was a 5-10 minute easy walk to the main town but felt nice and peaceful and out of the chaos. The breakfast was great and the owners were really friendly.

Nothing, it was what we expected

Very clean and cozy room, had everything you needed and more (like having a knife to cut the fruits and a lot of hangers, closets). Warm water and a proper planket (as it gets colder at night). First room we have seen in Sri Lanka with efforts in interior design 😊. Close to Little Adam’s Peak which was comfortable for early morning hike. Good wifi

The bed was so comfy we had the best nights sleep here. It’s located just outside the busy Ella town so it’s so quiet and peaceful, which we like. The breakfast was good and hearty and the family who own the place are super friendly and attentive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was clean and cozy. It’s a short walk into town which I prefer as it means it’s quieter. Great value for money and I’d absolutely stay here again.
