Estuvimos 24hs sin aire acondicionado en la hab . Tuvimos que reclamar 3 veces. Un día la hab no se realizó la limpieza, tuvimos que usar las toallas de la piscina . luego de 5 llamados se solucionó

Poor logistics around resort, app for services and maps doesn’t work, room AC wasn’t cold despite maintenance “working” on it, many restaurants closed, sports bar food was trash.

the facilities are very nice and some of the staff at the family selection are extremely nice !

there is an opportunity to improve the communication, the consistency among their staff and to improve the food ! the food from TRS is remarkable!

el complejo es precioso, la gente es super amable y la calidad de comida y bebida es excelente. Comparando con otros palladiums: destaco el servicio interno de transporte que es super fluido, Me gusto mucho que tenga un sector que concentre la noche (villa).

No volvería, la playa no estaba implecable - fuimos a costa mujeres poruqe supuestamente habia mucho menos sargaso pero no fue asi, pasamos un dia en una playa publica que cancun y estaba mucho mas limpia que la de Palladium. Pasaban un tractor que solo removian el sargaso, no lo limpiaban realmente. Adicionalmente tema de actividades: no habia muchas o no sabias bien donde eran, y en general todo muy alejado de la playa que es lo que uno va a aprovechar, asi que este tema es para mejorar.

Todo, es precioso, es enorme, el personal super amable y atento, muchos restaurantes, bares, tiene pizzeria, gelateria, una cafeteria, un teatro, tiene un canal que cruza todo el hotel y te pueden pasear en lanchas, te mueven de un edificio a otro en carritos, las albercas climatizadas, las habitaciones con tina de hidromasaje, tienen actividades para niños de todas las edades y la playa es espectacular de un azul turquesa hermoso

El servicio de habitación es muy irregular. Un día no me limpiaron la habitación, y en los demás no reponían agua o café/te, y teníamos siempre que pedir o ir buscar cuando regresábamos.

Me encantó, todos descansamos y disfrutamos! Las instalaciones impecables y la comida muy rica!

Solo mejoraría la calidad de las bebidas, sumaría jugos naturales en los bares de la zona de piletas

El conserje de nombre Mario nos demoró muchísimo el check in, sobre todo después de un viaje de 8 horas cuando lo que queríamos era llegar a la habitación a descansar.

Although the check-in process itself was quick, it lacked the essential information guests need to fully enjoy the resort. We were not informed about basic operational details such as breakfast hours, resort services, or-most importantly- the requirement to make advance reservations for the à la carte restaurants. We had just arrived from another resort where restaurant reservations were not required, so we naturally assumed the same applied here. Because this crucial information was never mentioned during check-in, we missed the opportunity to make reservations in advance, resulting in limited availability and unnecessary inconvenience during our stay. A more informative, welcoming, and guest-oriented check-in would have prevented these issues entirely and significantly improved our overall experience. For a resort of this level, the arrival experience should ensure that guests receive all the key information needed to make the most of their stay.

The hotel has an excellent infrastructure, with modern, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean facilities. The common areas are spacious, beautiful, and provide a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The restaurants are another highlight, offering a wide variety of options with consistently high-quality food. Overall, Grand Palladium Select delivers an outstanding resort experience, combining beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and a high standard of comfort

The biggest disappointment was the concierge service, which fell well below the standard expected from a resort of this category. Throughout our stay, there were multiple mistakes with restaurant reservations. On some occasions, the concierge booked a different restaurant than the one we requested, while on others the reservation was made for the wrong number of guests. As a result, when we arrived for dinner, only part of our group had a reservation, making it impossible for everyone to dine together. Beyond the booking errors, the service lacked attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping guests. There was little sense of ownership in resolving issues, and the overall experience reflected a lack of courtesy and proactivity. Considering the otherwise excellent quality of the resort, the concierge service was by far the weakest aspect of our stay and an area that requires significant improvement.

A nota atual do booking para esse hotel é um erro. Hotel de luxo. Quartos extremamente confortáveis, bonitos, limpos, bem Decorados. Toalhas abundantes, funcionários educados. All inclusive perfeito! A praia é ótima e fica sem sargaço. Os bares tem muitas opções de bebida disponíveis. O restaurante principal, que não precisa de reserva, é ótimo e tem de tudo… de sushi a hambúrguer, massas feitas na hora, churrasco (apesar de não ser o brasileiro rs), balas fini a disposição, máquina de sorvete a vontade, etc. Deveria ser mais caro, inclusive. Nível altíssimo! E já ficamos em alguns hotéis all inclusive diferentes em Cancún.

I feel the quality of food could of been better in the main restaurants ie Eldorado, meat was very dry and tough The football pitch looked tired and smaller than expected considering there is a new looking padel facility there. we did use this in the end due to the poor surface of off cut astro turf.

Nuestra estancia en Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres del 6 al 12 de junio de 2026 fue, sin duda, una de las mejores experiencias vacacionales que hemos tenido. Desde nuestra llegada, Edgar en Front Desk nos recibió con gran amabilidad durante el check-in. Dan, nuestro concierge, estuvo siempre atento a nuestras reservas para las cenas y a mantenernos informados sobre las actividades diarias del hotel. También queremos agradecer a las dos Anas del Buró de Información por su ayuda con nuestras dudas y cambios de reservas, así como a Jessica, quien durante el check-out nos brindó una atención excepcional e incluso tuvo un bonito detalle con nosotros. En la gastronomía, destacamos a Fernando en El Dorado por su excelente servicio y al chef Edgar, quien preparó una de las mejores carnes que hemos probado. En La Bohème y El Gaucho, Karen demostró un nivel de profesionalismo, conocimiento y elegancia digno de un restaurante de lujo, acompañada por la amable Ana. En el buffet recibimos una atención excelente por parte de Ingrid, Héctor, Juan, Joshua e Isabel, pero una mención especial merece Gloria, cuya dedicación y calidad de servicio fueron verdaderamente sobresalientes. También destacamos a Carmen en Café Aurum, Isaac en Tentazione, Felipe en la piscina Splash y, especialmente, a Alexis en la piscina de TRS, cuya energía, carisma y profesionalismo son extraordinarios. Nuestro reconocimiento más especial es para el Chef Ejecutivo Marcos Soto, quien nos deleitó cada día con creaciones llenas de sabor y presentaciones dignas de los mejores hoteles de lujo. Tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar tanto de Grand Palladium como de TRS Coral, y la calidad del servicio y la atención del personal fueron excepcionales en todo el complejo. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacernis sentir tan bien atendidos.Esperamos regresar pronto!

Como sugerencias de mejoras consideramos importante reforzar la capacitacion del personal del cafe Piacere en cuanto a customer service una sonrisa de buenos dias siempre es bien recibida Mejorar la climatizacion de los restaurantes de especialidad y revizar algunos aspectos de mantenimiento ya que el aire de nuestra habitacion fue deficiente durante nuestra estancia y la presion de agua de la ducha era baja

The food was decent. DO NOT BOOK, find something else. Extremely greedy people. We were several families and came for a wedding, this place was not cheap, When we wanted to borrow a single vase they said 100 euros for renting it. We were in shock how greedy these people were, we spent so much money booking for several families but these greedy people wanted to pinch every penny and take as much as they can.

Let me start off by saying Mexico has some of the lowest wages. ON top of that the cost of food, construction, living etc. is one of the cheapest, so to charge something like 3500 euros for 7 nights, you would have very high expectations. However, unfortunately it was worst that some of the cheapest accommodations I have stayed in. - The reception was extremely slow (understaffed) - THE ROOM YOU REVERSVE ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET IN REAL LIFE. We booked a pool side room but got a lagoon view room and they justify by saying that the building is near the pool. - DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THE BEAUTY SALON/HAIR STYLIST/MAKEUP STYLIST. Its like they have no idea on how to do anything (like they just some people off the streets instead of professionals to try to cut costs). Super expensive and completely unjustified for the poor work they do. Also very unhygienic, I saw them use the same foundation sponge on multiple different people without cleaning it. - For one of the restaurants (i think it was steakhouse) we booked for appointment for a large number of people. When we showed up they said they cant take individual orders and just brought random platters of different foods - mostly pig. Their justification was that it takes too long for individual orders which is complete garbage (they can bring all this food but cant take individua orders?). Most of the food was not eaten anyways since it was mostly pig and half of the people there didn't eat pig. The real reason they did this was to save cost since pig is the cheapest meat (we had all inclusive stay so food was included in the price). Keep in mind that this place costs approx. 700 euros a night for one of the cheapest places to live, so there is no excuse for anything I mention, no matter how hard the hotel might try to justify it. I simply do not understand people who pay a lot of money for an accommodation and still leave high reviews for a place they clearly did not find acceptable.

All the restaurants and services were outstanding, cannot complain there.

I did not like how they had weddings almost every day. The music was very loud and It would penetrate the windows in the room and you were not able to sleep until the wedding was over. Then, they would do some fireworks and It woke up my 1 year old at midnight, which is not great.

The facility is massive, not easy to navigate by foot, Golf carts and boats are used to migrate throughout the resort, at peak tomes, you can wait for transportation services. Also, rooms are poorly lit, and feel a dated. There is also limited counter space for toiletries.

Llegamos al hotel y, aunque el check-in fue bueno, la experiencia fue inaceptable desde que entramos a la habitación nunca tuvimos electricidad (sin luz, sin aire acondicionado, nada funcionando). Se reportó de inmediato y no hubo solución. Solicité que avisaran antes de ingresar y aun así el personal entró sin autorización, lo cual es una falta de respeto. Hicimos check-in a las 6:30 PM (cuando debía estar lista desde las 3 PM) y no verificaron algo tan básico. Al día siguiente seguíamos sin luz, y la única respuesta fue que no había más habitaciones. Incluso después, la luz volvió a fallar sin una solución real. Es muy decepcionante. buen lugar en instalaciones y comida, pero pésimo mantenimiento, mala atención en lobby y atención al cliente. Última noche y seguimos SIN LUZ aún cuando la supervisora Jaqueline de lobby nos confirmó y dio su palabra de que no se iba a volver a ir, que venía de una junta con mantenimiento y me aseguraba que no se volvería a ir. Nuevamente sin luz. Ni un día funcionó. Hasta ahorita a las 2 AM nos pudieron cambiar de habitación y para variar, sin clima!!! No funciona!!!! PÉSIMO servicio. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

It was crowded. As soon as we arrived to rest in one of the pools we got disturbed by an insisting photographer. All we wanted was to have a calm moment with our kids. The check in was lenghty It was overwhelming the time the staff asked us "where are you coming from?" In the night we had to wait for 30 min for the golf car to pick us up, and we had the kids asleep already.

La experiencia es maravillosa. Family Selection hace que los niños tambien disfruten de las vacaciones todos juntos, te complementan con regalos, actividades en familia (una suerte de Kids Club pero con participacion de padres en todo momento). El restaurante exclusivo para Family Selection, The Nest, nos sorprendio, no solo tiene un pequeño kids club para entretener a los niños durante la cena sino que tiene un muy buen nivel y en general es mucho mas relajado y tranquilo que el resto de los restaurantes y la cocina de la chef Maricela y el capitan Armando realmente te hacen sentir especial. Todo el personal como por ejemplo los butlers Victor y Alex, la mucama Rosa son enormemente amables, muy serviciales, resuelven todo. El edificio esta bastante bien, el lugar es enorme, pero hay muchos medios internos para moverse (carritos de Golf, barcos) y el parquizado te invita a caminar mucho.

Esta continuamente en reparacion, lo cual es buena señal a mediano y largo plazo, pero un poco molesto de transitar por sitios que estan remodelacion caminando. Es enorme y puede intimidar un poco (nosotros al contrario, el tamaño y la variedad te invitan a no salir de ahi y aun asi entretenerse, relajarse, conocer). No hay bidets/duchas escocesas al lado del inodoro/retrete/vater en ningún baño.

Resort was very much focused on outside guests and their needs. There were at leats 4 / 5 different weddings held at the resort within the 9 days I was there. Every restaurant half filled but still could not get a booking easily. Lots of areas no go zones due to private functions. Only real positive is the kids clubs which the little one loved!!

Staff were helpful but seemed like they didn't want to be there. 5 Star maybe for Mexico but in my experience it is 3 star. Cleanliness across the whole resort was minimal. Main kids pool had three different speaker systems playing 3 different playlists and so not exactly relaxing.

Nadie te dice que te incluye tu pulsera. lo hacen confuso y te dan lo que quieren. el mio incluia tragos vip, pero solo en 1 bar de todos. Letras chicas. No paguen por mejor vista, son todas iguales. aveces la mas cara es mas mala., vista CERCA de piscina o playa. no con vista directa , incluso no la ves. Letras chicas.

Atencion horribe, Centro de tenis y deporte , deberia darle verguenza a Nadal poner su nombre. Arriendo de palas Babolat rotas y quebradas, y con pago extra. Canchas de diferentes medidas..Sorprendente.

Inicialmente el cuarto que nos asignaron parecía un hueco. Para cambiar tuvimos que pagar US$600 de mas en una reserva que ya era costosa. Se supone que la nueva habitación tenia un mayordomo asignado que nunca conocimos. Desde el día que llegamos pedí un servicio de lavandería que nunca se dio. El ama de llaves muy demorado todo!
