The staff was very kind and helped with activities. There is a store beside them to buy groceries . Very easy to access any side of the island.

Lovely property, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. The chaps running the place have a big smile always. Some friendly cats there too. Bicycle and electric scooter rental on site is great. We rented bikes every day, and explored the whole island with ease. Everywhere is a 5 minute bike ride away. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Pobyt w Casa Blanca na Gili Air był naprawdę super. Największym atutem tego miejsca jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja – jest blisko praktycznie wszędzie, więc pod tym względem miejsce jest naprawdę top. Dużym plusem było również to, że rano nie było słychać modlitw z meczetu, dzięki czemu można było spokojnie się wyspać. Ogromnym plusem są natomiast właściciele – niezwykle pomocni, życzliwi i bardzo chętni do pomocy. Wszystko, o co poprosiliśmy, bez problemu dostaliśmy, m.in. suszarkę do włosów czy przedłużacz. Naprawdę bardzo doceniamy takie podejście do gości.

Sam apartament był bardzo w porządku i komfortowy, choć brakowało kilku rzeczy, które mogłyby jeszcze bardziej poprawić komfort pobytu. Nie było wcale wody butelkowanej, przydałyby się również szklanki oraz większy stolik. Na minus zdecydowanie słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem oraz brak słuchawki prysznicowej – dostępny jest tylko prysznic z góry.

Superbe séjour grâce a l’accueil de Jul, Maswan et Adi: Toujours disponibles et souriant, ils ont su rendre notre séjour plus agréable (laundry, e-bike, petit dejeuner, etc...).

Rien de très gênant mais pas d’eau chaude dans la chambre 5 (4 OK) et l'emplacement de la CLIM dans la chambre 5 qui est juste au dessus du lit.

We loved staying in Gili Air, we adored the island and we loved the welcoming atmosphere of Casa Blanca Gili Air. The guys were very kind, friendly and helpful and the cats very adorable. The breakfast was freshly made for us every morning and it was very tasty as well. We especially liked the sugar lemon pancake and orange juice. The guys running the place also got in touch with their friend who took us on a snorkelling trip that was amazing and truly a lifelong experience. It really made our trip! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very good value for money, it is especially a great spot for younger travellers. Thank you very much for everything! 🩷

Something to consider is maybe putting a rack for luggage in the rooms would make it more comfortable. Maybe hand soap as well would be good.

Everything is clean and in great conditions. Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is very good! I stayed for few days and could rent a bike and snorkeling stuff easily.

Convenience, style, and lovely breakfast

The staff is what makes this place an absolute jewel! They help with anything, they are kind and very friendly. Jul also helped us arrange transportation on our next stop which made everything so much easier. The cats living here is also very cute. It is also a big plus that you can use the common kitchen and they have water, coffee and tea available at all times.

The door to the room does not close properly so ants and minor animals comes in. The aircondition is having a hard time following. Also, we were not aware that the bathroom was partly outdoor, which we don’t like, but that was our own mistake. We rented bikes through Casa Blanca and we would not recommend this as they are rented from a company somewhere else in the island and they were very worn out and unsteady to use.

The location was absolutely amazing. Room was so nice, comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely and took time to talk to you and ask about your day / plans. Jul was always there to lend a hand with any questions and also helped with our laundry when we wanted it air dried instead of machine dried. Would 100% recommend a stay here. For the price, i don’t think you can beat it. Thank you to everyone at Casa Blanca

If i was being really picky the only thing i would say is that the wifi could be poor at times but that was only when streaming youtube etc, most of the time it worked with no issues. The shower could also have come out a bit further because we were stood half on and half on the pebbles below - really not that big of an issue at all though

Cute and quaint stay in Gili Air. Such friendly staff (and very cute cats) made our stay really great! In a good location, walkable from the port and other side of the island too. The room was spacious, clean and great aircon and a comfy bed. Breakfast was yum, made to order and staff were happy to help with anything needed. Free refillable water station was a great touch. We only stayed for one night but would’ve happily stayed for more!

The location is great to reach walking any corner of the island. The bungalows are clean, bed is comfortable and a/c works very well. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, homemade with fresh ingredients every day. The 3 guys managing the place are super nice, friendly, chatty and available the whole time for anything you need. In the property you'll find also 3 amazing cats, super funny which are playing together all the time 😄 We had an amazing stay at Casa Blanca, don't miss it

Our aircon didn’t work as soon as we arrived, we were told by staff that the maintenance man was coming to check but he never arrived over our 3n stay. We had to ask for a fan, were not offered. Shower pressure was fine but could be improved.

I liked the central location, room felt very secure, there was always someone around watching the property and to answer questions, bed comfortable, loved the outdoor bathroom, could refill my water bottle.

Całkiem ładny wystrój, czysto, łazienka również super- mimo tego, że miała dostęp do powietrza to nie zauważyliśmy żadnych nieproszonych gości czy owadów. Świetna obsługa, dostaliśmy powitalnego drinka, wypożyczyliśmy u nich sprzęt do snoreklingu, byli bardzo mili, a rano przyrządzili smaczne śniadanko.

The bikes we rented broke and weren’t the best quality but the staff replaced them and didn’t charge us for damage and were kind and helpful about the situation so not really a complaint :)

We loved our stay here. From the very beginning the welcome was warm and welcoming. The place is in a great location and is truly charming. The breakfast was delicious; we really don't know what else it could improve. Everything was amazing and with amazing people working there. Thank you so much again for everything.

Alojamento perfeito em Gili Air: boa relação qualidade/preço, quartos super amplos, com bastante luz, cama super confortável, espaço para arrumação, água quente (ainda que não é necessário com tanto calor…), pequeno almoço variado, lugar calmo, possível alugar bicicletas. Internet funciona relativamente bem. Serviço excecional e boa localização.

After a few days in Kuta, the guesthouse was such a breath of fresh air - breakfast was simple and just right. The wonderful host asks what you'd like and then cooks it fresh and in front of you, fresh juices, eggs, pancakes or toast - this was just what I wanted and was really welcome. One hot meal, a fresh juice and a hot beverage and all made on request- perfect. My room was charming, the staff were just super helpful and kind, and the owners have put a lot of effort into making a beautiful, natural tropical paradise setting. I appreciated the extra features like the additional drying racks, shelf space, quality toiletries and the care the staff showed to everyone.

I was surprised to note the lack of full roof over the ensuite, as during the day it was not comfortable to take a shower in the sunlight, as much as it was nice in the evening. The wifi wasn't very reliable, but I feel like this was something I was experiencing everywhere on the island, which was not limited to this hotel. The guesthouse was a bit further than I'd realised from the ocean itself, but it was an easy walk. The aircon in my room wasn't very powerful, which I did struggle with as I'm not from a tropical, humid climate at home, but my son's air conditioning seemed to be better.

Owners/operators were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast every morning was excellent, room was always cleaned very well, wifi was passable. Scramble the cat is adorable.

The property was very clean and quiet, the staff were attentive and the breakfast was great. They even gave me fresh mango from the tree outside my room. I loved the outdoor shower. Would definitely stay here again, very good value for money.

Centrally located which made getting around the island easy. Jul (front desk, cook, manager) was amazing and super fun to interact with. He tried really to make everyone feel welcome.

Property is in serious disrepair. A good cleaning and some paint would do wonders, but currently it’s gross. We were in #3 and the AC worked sometimes, the water in the shower doesn’t reach the tiles where you’re supposed to stand so your choices are stand on the green slime covered rocks or don’t get wet. The sheets and towels really should be replaced and the curtains were falling off the rod. Also, what was that dried substance on our floor by the bed? Nasty. I felt like I was back in my 20s and staying at some low cost hostel. We’re coming back to Gili A in a month but it’s a hard pass on this place.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, on va en 15 minutes à pied partout sur l’île. Les logements sont très propres, les hôtes sont vraiment super, très gentil au petit soin et n’hésite pas à discuter ! Ce qui est très agréable. Le lieu est très calme, il n’y a aucun bruit le soir. Les petits déjeuner sont très bon et copieux avec un jus, une boisson chaude et une assiette bien garnie à choisir. Le petit plus, Scramble leur petit chat mascotte de Casa Blanca !

Nette, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Geben sich große Mühe auf die Wünsche des Urlaubers einzugehen. Man kann sich Fahrräder und Schnorchelausrüstung mieten. Die Entfernung zur Moschee war angemessen, sodass man Nachts nicht geweckt wurde. Mochte, dass die Anlage sehr klein war (glaube, nur 4 Häuser stehen dort zur Miete). Hatte was gemütliches, heimisches. Man konnte das Wasser in der Küche rund um die Uhr auffüllen. Hotel war (quasi) auf der Hauptstraße, fand ich auch gut!

Fand die Ausstattung im Zimmer etwas sperrlich z.b. die ganz kleine Ablage vor dem Spiegel. Persönlich für mich etwas befremdlich, dass das Bad kein Dach hat. Hatte manchmal nachts etwas Angst alleine als Frau, dass jemand rüberklettert und dann versucht durch die halbgläserne Tür reinzukommen. Aber wahrscheinlich habe ich nur zu viele Horrorfilme geschaut.

Great accomodation, clean, exactly as described, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was perfect! I highly recommend this place! P.S.: Don't get the address from Booking.com, it's inaccurate and takes you to a construction zone (plus, the photos look a bit like computer graphics; for a moment, we thought we'd been scammed!). Use Google Maps instead, searching for "Casa Blanca Gili Air."

Świetna lokalizacja, niecałe 10 minut pieszo od portu. Prosty i czysty pokój, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Zawsze uśmiechnięci pracownicy gotowi pomóc w rezerwacji wycieczki na snorkeling czy speedboatu. Bardzo dziękujemy wszystkim za umilenie naszego pobytu na Gili Air, zwłaszcza Tobie Giul, za pyszne omlety i porady jak możemy spędzać wolny czas 😁

Great team and breakfast are really good!

Ac was breaking all the time making the rooms very warmly uncomfortable during the day and often at night. Room could be refreshed.

Everything was great - the staff, the location, atmosphere, cleanliness. Each morning a fresh breakfast was made and served by the staff, we could choose from a few options, but banana pancakes were our favourite! The staff is extremely friendly and helped us transfer to Lombok.

We stayed here for 3 nights, The rooms are basic but very clean and have outdoor bathrooms which are nice. The staff Adi and Masuan were brilliant, funny and fantastic chefs, they did a great breakfast for each guest and they’re around to help or ask for advice etc. For the price the rooms are great. Our ac wasn’t working one night and they moved us to another room and got the ac technician to come and check it out which was great to see. You can hire bikes, the place is a 10 min walk to east or west beaches and about 15 mins to the main town part near the harbour. Very relaxed and chilled place with fantastic staff.

La struttura è semplice ma curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La nostra camera era molto bella, ampia e pulita. Ho adorato il bagno all’aperto. La posizione della struttura è ottima, in quanto in pochi passi si può raggiungere tutto (porto, spiagge, ristoranti e negozietti). I ragazzi che gestiscono l’alloggio sono stati fantastici, sempre sorridenti, gentili e disponibili. Un posto assolutamente raccomandato senza ombra di dubbio.

The bikes cost 50,000 per day (not 40,000 as listed) and there should be a reduced price to offer the bikes for the duration for your stay, opposed to paying daily. Saves having to have the cash every day and would make it feel a bit more relaxed. No coffee/ tea in the room as listed We had shack .1 which is next to the breakfast area so a little noisy if you want to lay in

The staff were really nice and accommodating. I really liked Juls - he was really helpful at any time of the day. I got the room that was facing the garden. That was really nice. I liked that there was a faucet right outside the patio to wash our feet and shoes - thought that was really important since Gili is an island paradise with lots of sand. The room was clean and comfy and hence really value for money. There were marts just a few steps away from the property. However to get around it was easier by bicycle or e-scooter.

Would have preferred it if there was more closet or desk space. The location was a 10-15 min walk away from the ferry terminal. The bathroom was an outdoor concept - so if it rained you will be showering with the rain water or if you are doing your business you will get a bit wet - also more opportunities for insects.

The place was functional, the staff friendly and helpful

This can happen to any place, but the first night one of our rooms Air conditioning was not working, and it was hot this first night (We notified it in the afternoon). Without any fan nor proper ventilation, it was very hot in the room. We had to sleep at 5 in one bedroom which had an air conditioning working. However the staff found a solution for the second night and moved us to another room which was working perfectly. We understand that this kind of problems can happen, but from a personal experience, it was not the best for this first night. However, the rest of our stay was good. i would also add that the place look smaller than on the pictures and not as well maintained. (it s not in bad condition though, but a few touch up, here and there would be great).
