The receptionist Miss Nurul's service is satisfactory

The bed sheet and blanket and pillow cases did not look clean. The blanket was thin and not comfortable. The towels were thin unlike many hotels supplying thick towels.

Very clean, check in was great with helpful staff. Location is pretty good and has ample parking space too. Room was quiet and bed is comfortable as well.

Please clean the bedsheets and the air-conditioning not in a very well state. TV channel sometimes can watch, sometimes can't due to the line problems

I stayed at this hotel mainly because I had a family member admitted to Hospital Sultan Aminah. The location was very convenient for my situation. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to get meals and daily necessities during my stay. I would also like to commend the hotel staff for being very helpful and understanding. When my family member’s discharge from the hospital was delayed, the staff kindly assisted me in arranging an extension of my stay, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Overall, I appreciate the convenience of the location and the supportive service from the staff during a difficult time.

The location is near to Midvalley and KSL malls.

The hotel does not have lift and my wife who has injured her leg has difficulty climbing up the stairs. The room does not have any window and the aircon drainage is at the toilet and have the toilet floor is always wet.

the location is awesome, but parking really not easy. need to drive around, to look for side parking, and please remember to pay Parking in JB. officer is very effective. overall, a decent stay.

1. No elevator. My friend has walking difficulties to walk up to level 2 lobby & room. 2. Toilet vanity is poor. There are lots of bad stains and no space to place toothbrush & toothpaste. 3. Toilet ceiling flakes falling as I use the toilet. 4. The aircon vent is faulty. Room service staff placed a rolled paper to support the lid. 5. TV connection cable is loose. Got to shake to reconnect. Just to name a few above ..

There was a sudden power trip (no electricity) at the hotel and entire block at 11pm plus. It took 30-4ins for the power to restore. Hotel front desk staff mentioned it happened a few times recently.

Room was filthy, bugs all over the floor and the desk. The paint on the walls were chipped, bed sheets were stained and the towels were grey. We checked out and had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. Refused to refund me even though we were unable to stay in the room

Clean room, clean sheets, basic necessities that met our needs. Good location walking distance to eating places, massage… eco friendly using water decanter (self collect) and drinking glasses instead of bottled water.

Although not an issue for my family, flight of steps up to reception may pose difficulty for some.

At this price, breakfast ought to be included.

Great location near Taman Pelangi — just along the stretch with Lavender Bakery and close to eateries, massage shops, and Seven Oaks Bakery. A short walk also brings you to Pelangi Giant supermarket, so there’s plenty to explore nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom surprisingly spacious for its size.

Not much to complain about for a one-night stay. The hotel entrance is rather small and requires climbing a short flight of steps, which might be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage, but overall still an acceptable and value-for-money stay.
