The hotel is located in a very convenient and peaceful area, within walking distance of Hoi An Old Town. The neighbourhood is green, pleasant and very walkable, with cafés, spas and everything you might need nearby. It is also very easy to get around by Grab, with the Old Town and Night Market just a few minutes away. As a solo traveller, I found the area particularly comfortable for going out and walking around on my own, both during the day and in the evening. I really appreciated being close enough to everything while still staying in a quieter and more relaxed area. The rooms are exactly as shown in the hotel photos — bright, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the huge bathtub was a wonderful bonus for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a great variety of both Asian and continental options. Everything I tried was delicious, and there was plenty of choice every morning. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and always happy to help. A special mention to Phoung, who was particularly attentive and helpful with me and really contributed to making my stay even more pleasant.

The Rosemary Boutique Hotel is a lovely small hotel with old world charm and French influences. It’s away from the business of the Old Town but is walkable or an easy ride with a Grab taxi. Special mention to Mai who was so cheerful and happy to help. Her recommendation of Be Be tailors resulted in some beautiful custom made clothes.

We did have trouble with our room key having to be reset several times.

The property was very pretty and well presented. The breakfast buffet each day was delicious. It was a short Grab drive away from the heart of the old town. Would recommend to others if they’re happy to catch a Grab into the heart of the old town.

It’s very hot this time of the year and unfortunately the pool was also affected by this and too hot to be refreshing.

We appreciated how clean and comfortable the hotel was. The a/c was very cold and made for really comfortable rooms. The staff were kind and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. Phuong was very helpful and kind and checked in on us often to make sure our stay was going well. She gave us some good food recommendations that we asked for as well.

Everything was really great. One suggestion would be to lower the temperature of the pool slightly. It’s so hot and the pool felt very hot as well.

Great location to Hoi An town. Excellent staff very friendly and always a smile. Good sized room.

Catered for large groups, so very noisy at breakfast time over 50 people descend on the buffet so some items not replenished quick enough. Large queue for egg station so overwhelmed the single member of staff. Food average because of the quantity required to meet demand. Pool- adequate during the downtime when groups away but on their return it’s chaotic as circulation around pool limited. Room - very large room ,Found it difficult to manage the A/C unit constant high flow of cold air. Hotel caters for groups so constant turnover always appears busy

We enjoyed our two night stay here - upgraded to a family room even though it was only my husband and I travelling. It is located conveniently to amenities including cheap express laundry, mini mart and eateries but still walking distance to the old town. Complimentary bikes are also available to ride to the beaches located about 3km - 4km away or into ancient town (about 2kms) The staff were extremely helpful on arrival with local information and throughout our stay. The pool area is fabulous (pool temperature is not freezing) and we enjoyed our afternoons here with drinks and chatting to other guests. Breakfast includes was a variety of cereal, fruit and hot foods including fresh Pho and pancakes and eggs

Rooms were large, spacious and clean, the pool was clean and great for the kids, and location very close to hoi an ancient town. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Couple français 30-35 ans: Nous cherchions un endroit où rester 1 semaine. Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et après avoir jugé que l'hôtel était irréprochable nous avons repris 5 nuits de plus. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Propreté 10/10 - Housekeeping 10/10 - Personnels d'accueil 10/10 - Etat général de l'hôtel: Neuf, moderne et propre Possibilité de commander de la chambre de la nourriture et des boissons directement proposé par l'hôtel avec livraison directement dans la chambre. Lorsque nous sommes parties tôt le matin, l'hôtel nous a commandé une voiture pour l'aéroport de Da Nang et ils nous ont même préparé un Petit déjeuner dans un sac pour notre départ tôt le matin. Je recommande cette hotel pour toute personne cherchant un endroit de réel qualité.

Pas de possibilité de louer des scooters directement sur place, mais l'hôtel propose des vélos. Nous avons trouvé facilement une compagnie qui nous a livré les scooters devant l'hôtel. Pour les personnes souhaitant utiliser la TV peut-être qu'un manuel en anglais serait un plus. Sèche-cheveux de petite taille - mais il fait le job

Hospitality of Ms Phueng (maybe spelling wrong). She had checked me in, and throughout the stay her pleasant personality made the day better.

Bicycles require maintenance. There should be more vegetarian options and area segregated to prevent mixing of meat and vegetarian flairs. Fish sauce, eggs, oyster sauce etc derived from killing animals do not form a vegetarian food.

Everything about the place was ideal. The room size, the bed, the amenities, the staff, and the food! Would definitely recommend this place.

The place is a bit of a walk to the river and shops, but still very worth it.

-Happy the location was out of the main town, Hoi An is VERY busy with tourists so we were so grateful to be away from the crowds. It is possible to walk into town in the evenings which we did a couple of times when it wasn’t too hot. -Staff were really friendly 10/10. -Omelette station at breakfast and good selection of fruit.

-No soundproofing at all, which meant we could even hear next door flicking the light switch. - Lots of doors banging at all hours. - If you’re a light sleeper I would skip this hotel, otherwise everything else is good.

Everything! Gorgeous hotel, comfortable bed, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Great area with some delicious restaurants and cute cafes nearby and under 10mins in a grab for 30-50,000dong into Old Town. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Incredible service from the hotel's front desk manager (who speaks great English)! She went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. I've never received such good service before (and I've been to some fancy hotels). I truly appreciate it. The hotel itself is a great mid-range hotel, great value for money. Mattress was comfortable (not hard like a lot of places in Asia), the A/C worked well and the room was clean and well-designed. WiFi was okay, but for zoom calls I recommend using your phone hotspot. The breakfast is good and the pool is lovely. I definitely recommend it!

The only downside is that some rooms don't have doors to the toilets (just curtains), which we found slightly embarrassing - but frankly we got used to it. Breakfast closes early (at 09:30). WiFi can be a bit unreliable

This was a return visit, and proved to be just as we remembered, welcoming, comfortable and staff couldn't do enough for you.

Chambre & Confort : Les chambres sont spacieuses, calmes, très bien isolées et dotées d'un balcon. La literie est de qualité, garantissant un bon repos. On apprécie les deux bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour. Services : Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. La piscine est très agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Personnel : Très aimable et d'une grande gentillesse. Le plus : L'hôtel propose la location gratuite de vélos, ce qui est idéal pour explorer les paysages et les rizières environnantes en toute liberté.

Organisation et maintenance : Sur trois jours complets, le ménage n'a jamais été effectué spontanément (justifié par un manque de personnel car l'hôtel était complet). En parallèle, la serrure de la chambre a fait défaut à deux reprises. Si le personnel est intervenu à chaque fois pour corriger la situation, il est pénible de devoir systématiquement solliciter l'accueil pour obtenir le strict minimum ou l'accès à sa chambre. Service client : Face à ces désagréments répétés, l'accueil s'est contenté d'un sourire poli et d'un "enjoy your stay", sans réelle empathie ni geste commercial pour la gêne occasionnée. Intimité : L’absence de porte pour les toilettes de la chambre, remplacée par un simple rideau, est assez dérangeante pour l'intimité. Salle de sport : Le matériel est d'un autre âge et assez limité (un banc, une Smith machine et une poulie très anciens, quelques plaques et des haltères de 7,5kg uniquement). L'expérience y est peu agréable à cause de la chaleur étouffante ; il n'y a pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur qui est loin de suffire pour s'entraîner.

Chambre très belle avec une super piscine

L Hotel a beaucoup de charme et est très bien situé. Les chambres avec balcon sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet. Il nous a été permis de laisser nos bagages sous la surveillance du personnel avant notre départ ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la vieille ville qui est très belle et très attachante avec son marché à ne pas rater.

L Hotel nous a loué des scooters mais franchement il est préférable de les louer à proximité de l'hôtel car la location était chère et surtout les scooters étaient quasiment à sec et pas en très bon état.

J’ai tout aimé nous avons eu un problème sur le site qui a fait que nous avons dû faire une nuit en moins que ce qui était réservé mais le personnel a était au soin avec nous ils nous ont surclassé , nous on laisse profiter de la piscine l’après midi qui suivais notre départ , le déjeuner est super , le personnel est au soin !!! Franchement je recommande le rapport qualité prix est top et l’emplacement également !

Great location away from the busy tourist ‘old centre.’ Local markets with far better quality fruit and vegetables and prices close by. Pool was fantastic and building and rooms well maintained. Staff very helpful and sharing the better traditional local shops and restaurants. Free bicycles for use the whole stay.

We booked a family 2 bedroom suite, but they are actually two separate rooms with their own small hallway. The bedroom with two beds is larger and also has a larger bathroom with separate shower and bath. The parents room has a large king size bed, but far smaller bathroom with a shower over the bath. Not easy accessible as such. Would recommend booking two separate rooms as they do have larger bathrooms. The gym will need an upgrade.

Friendly staff, large spotlessly clean room and a reasonable walk into town.

Building work nearby made it unpleasant sitting on the balcony / by the pool but this was the same everywhere in Vietnam - the country is just a giant building site.

The staff were so lovely and amazing. It was a quiet hotel and I had a great sleep. My room was really cute, light and airy and had everything you needed. I wish I had stayed longer here!

It was a 30min walk from the main area/river but you could easily get a grab and it was a straight walk.

The hotel was lovely! The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and recently renovated! The breakfast had everything one may need and the staff was friendly. What we loved about the property was the owner/manager who is a lovely lady that makes sure to treat guests exquisitely! She truly should be teaching management courses at university level, thats how great she is! Overall a great hotel, highly recommend! The location was good too!

The rooms were lovely and spacious. And very clean. Well kept gardens and environment. Being able to borrow bikes and ride through the rice paddies was a highlight. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast had variety. Room service was useful when our children were unwell.

The beds could have been more comfortable. Gym could do with updating.
