The apartment was fantastic, well equipped, great location, the views are beyond amazing, comfy beds & luxury bedding !!!

We loved everything, the staff we met Andy & Layla were so friendly & helpful.

The view was amazing. All the facilities are excellent but the shower was wonderful. The only downside is we are spoilt now, can't see another apartment comparing to it.

Location was fantastic, room was lovely and clean. 1Elliot Terrace provided everything we needed to enjoy our weekend.

Unfortunately, being by the rather noisy front door was a bit of a let down. Lots of coming and going made for a very disappointing sleep.

Les équipements annoncés ne sont pas tous présents dans la chambre : rien pour le linge par exemple Surprise de ne pas trouver de serviettes en arrivant, déposées le lendemain matin De manière générale, j'aurais préféré recevoir moins de mails (une dizaine au total pour un séjour de 2 jours) mais plus de réactivité (les informations pour accéder à la chambre ont été envoyées après notre arrivée devant l'hôtel) mais je suppose que c'est le fonctionnement des hébergements en complète autonomie...

Had to push the entrance door really hard to get into the building after entering door code. Some hand rails for steps into the building would be helpful.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Betrug. Das Apartmenthotel ist nur zu Werbezwecken eingestellt. Wir haben zwei unterschiedliche Nächte gebucht, wie auf Booking buchbar und haben dann 4 Tage gebraucht um unser Held wieder zurückzubekommen. Ganzer Urlaub versaut. Aufpassen- es scheinen aktuell viele Betrüger unterwegs zu sein.

Die Unterkunft gibt es so gar nicht und ist eine Betrugsmasche!

Vue magnifique sur la mer depuis le balcon du premier étage, permettant de prendre le petit déjeuner et se relaxer, l'appartement est très grand , très bien équipé, avec une chambre, et un canapé lit, conforme aux photos. Instructions claires et 1 place de parking réservée. Près du phare pour profiter du parc et de l'esplanade , et à proximité du centre ville . Des petites attentions basiques appréciées pour dépanner ( dosette machine à laver le linge, la vaisselle, biscuits , bouteille de lait, liquide vaisselle café ..) 2 Mini Superettes au coin de la rue. Très calme, nuits douillettes et excellentes

Bon à savoir, pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ; A noter que l ascenseur ne dessert que les demi étages, reste quelques marches pour accéder à l'appartement , en plus des quelques marches dans l'entrée en bas, (notre principal souci étant l'accessibilité, mais cela a été ). Manquerait une petit étendage pliant pour le linge ou bien je ne l'ai pas vu .. ?

The exterior of the house and the location were perfect. The interior decor was beautiful and well maintained. Sleek and modern, every facility in the kitchen. Great views from every window.

I personally found the door codes incredibly difficult to use - they didn't work for me although my partner didn't seem to have a problem. However, if I had been on my own, I don't know how I would have got in.

Appartment door opened right onto back street, no extra lock. As a women alone with two kids I would have preferred an extra lock for security. Place was too small for three people. By using the couch as a bed one has to sleep right next to the kitchen sink and trash can. Only one window opened, airing out the place was difficult.

Loved the location to the seafront the apartment was very clean and tidy.

The main front door needs firm pushing once code is entered making you unsure if the code worked.

We have stayed in Plymouth quite a few times, not far from Elliot Terrace, but we loved being there, with the fabulous views from our apartment

It was rather dark in the bedrooms. My friends found the mattresses in the twin room rather hard and felt they would benefit from a topper.

Die allgemeine Verunreinigungen im Studio, das zwar sehr schön und praktisch ist, aber schon ein wenig Ekel erregen kann. (Badezimmerboden) Es fehlt einfach eine intensive Grundreinigung und mindestens die zwei Kissen beim Sofa ersetzt.

Lived up to expectations and the photos on the website. Very spacious and comfortable. Loved being able to get out on the balcony. Thanks for leaving tea, milk and biscuits on arrival. This was a nice touch. Parking access was great and Andy was brilliant. Very helpful. We had a wonderful 3 days stay. Thank you.

The front door was very heavy and you had to almost throw your body weight against it to open it which wasn't good for my elderly parents.

Absolutely nothing. Images on the website were deceitful.

The information provided on the website was all a deceit. I booked a studio apartment and when we got to the apartment it was not a safe apartment. The door was right on the road and with no security lock. There's no option of locking the door while inside. Secondly the TV electrical plug was within reach that a toddler can easily pull. There were about 5 sets of very sharp kitchen knives on the worktop and finally the sofa bed was so annoying we couldn't stay at the apartment. Complaint to the concergie (Andy) and the duty manager who agreed to refund me. When I questioned about the images on the website which didn't reflect what we say. The manager said it was booking.com that was responsible for all those deceitful images. Anyway, efforts to get my money back is still pending. Lesson learned - Never book apartment with that looks good on the website. This is a scam.

Pristine studio apartment with very well stocked kitchen, and lovely toiletries in the newly renovated bathroom. Short walking access to activities and restaurants. Beautiful tall ceilings and traditional interior European decorating. Also, the property manager was Very helpful!

It was spotlessly clean & had every facility you'd need on your holiday. It's in a fabulous location on the sea front with your own parking space at no extra cost. It's easily walkable into the centre & just as easy to walk to the barbican. The bed is comfortable with lovely bedding & beautiful white soft towels. It was a lovely touch leaving pods for the coffee machine & tea & coffee & even a bottle of milk. Everything about our stay was perfect 10*

We liked absolutely everything.

Location was great and awesome that parking was included in the booking. The room was overall clean minus 1 or 2 bits. All the facilities worked and were clean.

The booking listing was a little confusing but all sorted when we arrived. Our room was right next to the main entrance and guests would slam it shut.

General location is really good - but being at the back of the building in a converted garage wasn’t great at all.

Overlooking the Hoe so very close to restaurants. Living room was amazing as were the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen facilities.

People kept ringing our bell for access to other parts of the property. Some of the bedrooms were a bit dusty and the cold tap did not work in one of the en-suite sinks. The very large sofa gave off quite a few feathers which affected my husband. However these were minor inconveniences in a very beautiful property.

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The 2nd bedroom is bigger than it looks in the photos. We absolutely loved our stay & walking into the magnificent lounge in the morning with the sea vista stretching to the horizon was a great way to start the day. Brilliantly equipped as well.

A lovely 2nd floor apartment with views over The Hoe and Plymouth Sound. It is very well appointed and equipped for self catering. It is an excellent location for exploring this area of Plymouth within easy walking distance. The cree parking is a bonus

Lots of stairs . Stairs in apartment very steep. 80yr mum struggled. Lift got stuck a couple of times . Despite multiple lights and lamps apartment quite dark. Toilet undef stairs has no proper flooring and vould di with a mirror to maje it seem bigger.

Sofa in the lounge was aesthetically pleasing but very uncomfortable. Lack of fridge space. Lack of utensils in the kitchen. Lack of a second WC as 1 between six is insufficient. Lack of any personal touch to the property such as pictures on the wall. Felt very bare inside.

The Parking when we arrived the was over booked but I didn't really understand the over booking as every apartment had a space but not us as must be the two tier kier rules apply in Plymouth as well. If you want to park in street the cost is £2.50 per hour and the restrictions go from midnight to 6am . The plumbing now where do I start. The plumbing has been installed in a series circuit which means when your in the shower it stops when you flush the toilet or when you use the dishwasher or sink the shower stops working this is a fundamental mistake and is againt building control regulations. This should of been installed in a parallel circuit. The easiest way to describe it is when the you turn your headlights on the car one works and one is dim this not the way it should be done water will follow its easiest route as well as electricity. To fix this you will have to take everything apart. The reason this need to be fixed is the risk to the person in the shower could be seriously burnt.

Been visiting Plymouth for years and have always wanted to stay in these apartments due to their location and the beautiful old building they are set in.....but what a disappointment!

The apartment was freezing with no way of setting the central heating to stay on or come on at a set time if you went out and despite contacting Housekeeping and Plumlocations we had no response - the only information we had was by scanning the QR code which only advised pressing the "boost" button which really wasn't practical unless you intended sitting in the apartment all day!

Amazing loved this place would definitely return.

The location, the studio, clean & attentive service from housekeeping. The dog bed, bowls & gift. Nice touch. I've stayed in alot of airbnbs/ rentals & this was probably the best housekeeping. Well done! Parking right outside the apartment.. brilliant! Studio was compact & bijou! Tastefully furnished & practical.

I probably sound fussy but the only minor point was the washing up bowl in sink. Get a completely dark coloured one! Taking my dog out for the loo...but it was excercise for us both! So a good thing really. Sofa bed has a dip in middle but uncomfortable...
