The hotel is well located in China Town, the room was clean and well kept Jayson on reception was very helpful and a credit to the hotel.

The room needed some personal touches like pictures on the walls and some ornaments to make it feel less cold and clinical. Breakfast was dreadful the food was cold and unpleasant no fresh juices and no cereal, at one time I counted 11 members of staff in the Breakfast area, it was like trying to eat breakfast in a cage in the zoo.

Very accomodating staff and great location especially on what we wanted to do. The booking is worth the price.

Parking is a bit congested but they handles our car with care. The room soundproof is a bit lacking so hard if you want to have privacy.

This is my second time here, also with friends. It has an excellent location for the celebration of Chinese New Year - and in the midst of the boisterous celebrations, the hotel offers restful respite. The rooms are clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. I also like that they are trying to be environmentally conscious (they have a big water dispenser). Lastly and surely, their service is IMPECCABLE - friendly, quick and efficient. Thank you!

Das Hotel ist eher barock, alles in allem angenehm. Manchmal ist etwas Geduld gefragt, aber es klappt immer alles. Die Umgebung (Chinatown) ist farbig, aber sicher, die Metrostation Carriedo in Gehdistanz um die Ecke. In ca. 15-20 Minuten Spaziergang gelangt man über eine Pasig-Brücke nach Intramuros.

The style of the hotel is kind of modern and luxurious but at low price you have everything, the staff are hospitable, they will provide you with the basic hygiene needs like soap, shampoo & conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste and the bath towel, and the soft and comfy feeling of being in bed , my sleep was peaceful.

This is a big hotel that meet my satisfaction because of its hilarious and gigantic chandelier that you can see in the entrance of the hotel but not in the entrance it's everywhere inside the hotel I like it very much also the hotel room is so nice and big and the bed is so soft and the bathroom is so big and have a shower and the staff is friendly.

I stayed in 4 days and 3 nights here for my sister's wedding. I like how the location is near Chinese food parks in Binondo. Major banks are nearby and gold for gifts are easy to find. staff are nice and no need to worry if you forget a dress they can be retrieved in lobby upon request. I was in a hurry for the wedding and left some items before changing room. Good hotel.

The staff was courteous and accommodating gave us early checkin as we reached early. Rooms were spacious. Bath room was a bit aged but definitely worth the money. The rooms can be a bit more cleaner and maintained so that’s the reason for 4 stars.

We stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane while my son was taking his university entrance exam at UST. I chose the hotel based on its proximity to the campus, and while it was technically nearby, the surrounding area didn’t feel very comfortable for a teenager to navigate alone. Thankfully, Grab was reliable and made commuting to and from UST easy. We ordered room service for both dinner and breakfast. The food was decent and arrived warm, but the menu was quite limited, which made it hard to plan meals for a short stay. We ended up ordering from GrabFood as well to have more variety. The reception staff were a highlight—friendly, professional, and quick to assist. They made check-in smooth and were always courteous. However, the housekeeping experience was disappointing. I requested a quick tidy-up of the toilet and fresh towels, but the staff seemed reluctant and unwelcoming. I also asked for an extra pillow because the ones provided were too thin and caused neck pain. I was told there would be an extra charge (which I was fine with), but no one followed up. The mattress felt worn and wasn’t very supportive. My son’s room didn’t have a mini fridge, so he had to keep coming to my room for cold drinks. We also noticed that the lighting in the room wasn’t properly checked—it felt dim and a bit eerie at first, though maintenance did fix it promptly when we raised the issue. Overall, the hotel has potential, especially with its courteous front desk team and convenient access to transport. But the comfort, room amenities, and housekeeping service need improvement to match the expectations of travelers, especially those staying for important occasions like exams or family visits.

We stayed for 2 nights, and overall, hotel was good for the price! Walking distance to Chinatown pa. We booked a twin room, and it was spacious enough for a family of 3. Clean, with a nice view of Binondo/Ongpin. They provided basic bathroom amenities and water, which was a plus. Staff are nice and accommodating din. Suggestions: it would be nice to have common coffee/tea available, more kid-friendly activities or at least TV channels with children’s shows. We ordered 3 times from their room service, but not everything in the menu was available. Service was also quite slow (took more than an hour), though the food was good and reasonably priced. We also tried Blu Café for a quick snack. Pastries and drinks were good, but there were a lot of mosquitoes, and my toddler ended up with plenty of mosquito bites. Overall, I still recommend this hotel if you want to explore Chinatown. Sulit for the price, and you get a nice, clean room naman.

We stayed there for our seminar. The lobby is clean and wide. A picture perfect for visitors. All the staff in hotel are nice and always smiling. Very accomodating. Our foods were served on time, water, coffee, and candies are always available and the comfort rooms are always clean and accessible.

A Diamond in the rough. A beautiful hotel in the very busy gold merchant district of the city. The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and modern. The only 2 negative comments I have, are that ordering snack food late in the evening was fruitless. No one answered the call for room service. So we got dressed, again, and went to the 7Eleven nearby. Also, television channels were limited. Just minor issues to us. Agoda has it listed as a 3 star⭐️ hotel, but it feels more like a 4 star⭐️ hotel. (downfall = room service) Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family due to our experience.

Stayed here for a few days. The room was basic enough - a little dull with the décor - and the shower was ok, the bed was comfortable though. The view from the room was decent. Location was good, in China town, so lots to see nearby and good for sourcing a decent place to eat! Would be nice to get bottles of water provided with the room - but outside in the hallway they offer water - they say its to preserve water for the environment, but id say its more to save money, right?! Ha Rooms were cleaned when requested and cleaning ladies were friendly and efficient. Restaurant was pretty decent I have to say - good service and a decent choice on the menu. Always open throughout the day and late evening for food, which is very good service and handy. Easy to get a comfy seat as well, and staff attentive at all times. As for the food - some dishes were better than others - I found the fries on the whole could be better - and the chicken nuggets were rather tasteless - the bacon and chips carbonara was nice but a very small portion, tiny for a big lad like myself! The beef curry, or rather the Philippine version, was nice, very tasty but like the carbonara was a little on the small side. On the other hand, the burgers were very good though - tried both the chicken and beef burgers and they were well garnished, with a good selection of veg and the burgers themselves were well tasty - good job! As for dessert - very good. Nicely presented and very satisfying. Prices for the meals were very reasonable all things considering. And the staff were very friendly -always eager to help and chatty too. By the way - I had to ask for a knife! An Asian thing I know, but us whiteys can't cut meat with a spoon!! Overall, the hotel is perhaps not much to look at from the outside, but inside its pretty good. I enjoyed my stay here, and I would say the staff are its best asset - cleaning staff, front desk, security and doorman, restaurant staff - they all gave me a very big welcome and were always smiling and happy to help. Not a bad hotel at all!

(I only wish i could remember everyone's name i have had the pleasure of interacting with) It wasn’t just the exceptional service, but the unprecedented kindness, respect, and warmth shown by all staff, even those I only passed briefly in the hallways. On the rare occasion I had a concern, it was immediately addressed with care and a sincere apology, though I believe these were more a result of my own miscommunication than any fault of the staff. As a guest, I was satisfied by how they entertained guests. It was such a good experience being treated as a family in this kind of hotel. At man fik at vide at morgen buffeten var lukket pga af for få gæster,3 dage i træk , kunne dog få morgenmad serveret på værelset. Det var under al kritik, bestilte en omelet med ost og løg, begge dele lå oven på omeletten som smagte af fisk. Til buffeten kunne de sagtens lave omelet med ost og løg hvor det var i omeletten som det skal
