Great location for what I needed. Really clean room and the perfect size for me staying solo. I went windowless as knew I wouldn’t be in there long and everything is small but fine to move around I did bang my leg on the bed frame a couple of times though! The staff were great and friendly when I checked in and out

I’d like the full length mirror to be on a wall side where you can use it. It was against the bed on the side so the bed blocked it off

For a double room with a window, there is only one double bed fitted into the room. One metre space from the bed to the window. We have to take the luggage over across the bed to put the 3 luggage’s on that space in order to get and use our belongings. There is only the Bed, nothing else. Tiny toilet, tiny bath cube. 😭😭😭

Not worth for the money we paid.

The highlight was of course the location with being right in the centre and so close to the train station. The staff were super friendly (big up Rachel), and even though I had a windowless room, it was comfy for just staying the night as I was passing through the city. It was definitely good value for how much I paid.

The bedsheets did have a damp smell to them, and I’m personally not a fan of the bathroom doors which are more open than fully sealed. Just gotta be confident if you’re staying with anyone😂

Sarebbe utile poter avere un luggage rack in stanza. Gli appendini sono utili, ma poter evitare di aprire la valigia a terra sarebbe sicuramente più comodo.

Happy with how basic it was, it was all we needed for one night, as, more importantly it was spotlessly clean. We chose a room at the front which had a huge window. Didnt hear any street noise. Would use again.

La ubicacion es util por que esta muy cerca de la estacion. El personal fue muy amable, y las instalaciones son muy nuevas. Es muy practico que cuente con ascensor y la calle donde se encuentra es muy linda.

El tamaño de la habitación deja mucho que desear, es entendible que es un hotel económico pero en sectores tenia que caminar de costado para poder pasar. Te cobran un poco mas por una habitación con ventana y la vista que tenes es pésima, a un callejón lleno de basura. No vale la pena pagar mas para tener una ventana. Todo lo demás es correcto pero si la persona que se va a hospedar no se siente cómodo en espacios pequeños no lo recomiendo, no había lugar para tener la valija en el piso. Si bien la cercanía a la estación es muy útil, por la noche puede ser un poco complejo caminar por el área, no parece de lo mas seguro.

Friendly and professional staff. The room is basic but exactly as described. A comfortable bed. perfect shower and wi-fi fast and reliable enough to stream live tv. Location is excellent with New Street Station and Grand Central Metro stop five minutes walk. Good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Also a couple of handy shops selling everything you might need that are open 24 hours.

Price for one night stay in city. Staff very welcoming & helpful. Close to Grand Central station.

Very loud bass music Saturday night from nearby bar/club. Room fine for single traveller but would have be tight/snug for a couple.

This is the worst hotel i have stayed in, in 30 years. I am 60. No chair, no surfaces to put anything on. No kettle. Have to go down 3 flight for communal hot water

Perfect location as we were using the train station on both days so the 5 minute walk was great. Also 20% off the food bill at Turtle Bay next door was welcome, but it was only by chance we found out when we mentioned to the waitress we were staying next door. The hotel didn’t mention it.

No kettle, but hot water was available for £1 from the vending machine in reception. The cost of a hot drink, I’m sure Costa Coffee is cheaper. Less than 1ft between the wall and the end of the bed making it very tight to walk around the beds . No bedside tables, only an alcove.

Location and staff excellent. Quick check in and check out. Clean room with functioning air con that actually did what you wanted it to!

As there are no chairs, the mattress was significantly dipped and loose springs. We changed room as the first room's mattress was so bad, popping away and was hard to stay in bed without feeling like rolling off. The staff handled the situation very well and gave complimentary late check out. The second room had the same issue but not as bad. We stayed in it as was getting late, mentioned at checkout and they gave 10% off our next stay in an EasyHotel. The rooms are basic, but are advertised as such so exactly as expected in that regard. Chairs in the room would likely prevent this happening and mean mattresses don't need to be replaced as much.

It was very no frills room. A big bed though and a great shower experience. The bed was comfortable. Location was great, just exit the station and go down a side road and it's right next to Turtle Bay. Good location to go to the Mailbox and to the hippodrome. Very quiet at night

Excellent location, very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Somebody had a medical episode on the street nearby and they went above and beyond to make sure they got help. The room was quiet despite a busy venue next door, and very dark at night. Bed was comfortable (perhaps less so if you prefer a softer mattress)

The room layout was unfortunate - only about 20cm either side of the bed to walk in but a couple of feet at the end. However for the price, more than happy to sacrifice getting into bed from the side!

The room was perfect for a quick night stay. The room was comfortable with good facilities.

The bathroom set up was weird. We were 3 friends who booked the family room. The shower was slightly see through and the toilet door had a hole for a handle. This meant you could be seen doing your business.

Top Lage und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!! Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein und ohne Fenster, aber man hat alles, was man benötigt. Außerdem war das Bad verhältnismäßig sehr geräumig und auch die Dusche war groß! Wir hatten nur eine Decke und haben nach einer zweiten gebeten: Das war gar kein Problem! Auch der Check-out verlief problemlos.

Although I asked for a quiet room, the room I was in suffered from noise from the alley behind the hotel. I was woken at 5:30 in the morning by a bin lorry collecting rubbish. There was further noise from the alley after that, so I wasn't able to get back to sleep again.

Whoever designed these rooms either did never himself stay at a hotel overnight or purposefully wants to torture the guest. For a double room, you get one towel. There is not one side table, one chair or one little hook to hang your cloths, so all goes on the floor. The windows are glass panels that go from top to bottom, all very nice, but you only have blackout curtains, so even during the day unless you want to give a strip show to people sitting in the bars on the other side of the street, you have to close them and turn on the light. Having said this, the reception staff is very nice as they surely must be aware of the lousy conditions the hotel provides.

Excellent, if not necessarily photogenic, location. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kim who was unfailingly warm and approachable. Water and heating were strong and responsive. Blackout curtains worked a treat. Place was clean and modern-looking.

The TV worked only about half the time and then usually had poor reception. At times there was a persistent, arrhythmic clicking sound from possibly the heating that disrupted sleep. The noisily creaking mattress springs in an otherwise comfortable bed didn’t help lol. A bidet for the toilet, some more clothes storage, and less blinding bedside lights would have been fantastic, as would have been secure wifi. The mirror was also inauspiciously located right next to the bed, although I guess some folks fancy that lol.

L'hôtel est proche de pub et donc le soir ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé, prévoir des boules quies. J'ai passé 3 nuits, et aucun des 3 jours une personne n'est venue faire le ménage. Il n'y a pas de bureau, de chaise, de table ou de rangement seulement deux cintres ce que je trouve dommage. Et nous n'avons eu qu'une seule serviette alors que j'ai spécifié venir à deux.

The reception staff were all really kind, friendly and helpful. If I were only rating the staff, I would give the hotel the highest possible rating for everything. The location of the hotel is also good, very close to New Street Station. The cafe bar opposite (Cherry Red's) is fantastic.

If you are a person who really needs only a bed and a shower, then maybe this hotel will suit you fine, because that is literally what you get. There is a large bed and a small bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink. There is not a table or chair in the room, so whatever you do needs to be on the bed. There are no cupboards or drawers. There is not even a hook to hang up your towel in the bathroom, so when you shower you have the choice of leaving the towel in the sink or on top of the toilet. Or on the bed, I suppose. How much can a plastic hook on the bathroom wall cost?

Basic hotel ideal for a 1 night stay close to New Street train station and city centre. Room was small but clean. Drinks machine in the reception area for hot drinks. Staff were helpful.

Only room to hang up 2 items and no storage space for anything else. That's ok for one night but not great if you want to stay longer. Could hear noise, around midnight,from outside when nearby pubs were closing.
