Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Just about everything. The staff was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for food drink and activities throughout our stay. We also fell in love with the terrace in our room. The spa was a very nice touch as well.
The room itself was small but I find it hard to complain since it came with a large terrace with a beautiful view.

Excellent location, just two minutes walk to the lovely Santa Margarita seafront gardens yet the hotel was in a quite road so very peaceful and also situated next to the public park of the Villa Durazzo. Very friendly attentive staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.
If you arrive by train you need to be aware that there are rarely taxis waiting at this small railway station. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk from the station.

Given the hotel classification, the room was a bit disappointing: small space and bed, basic furniture and design. The breakfast is OK but doesn't meet the expectations of a 4 stars hotel from my standpoint. The parking fees for the car are crazy expensive = 39 EUR / night! And no choice given the traffic in the city center in high season.

On the second day a weather event occurred which tripped the power to the hotel on and off all day, the rain water flooded or came under the doors so here we were, no power to bedroom yet common areas were flooded. The main point here is that the hotel had no power backup and a hotel b of this cost for night of €500 should not subject guests to this. We asked that we terminate the stay and they refused and then management took a nasty attitude to us.

A colazione solo una macchinetta per le bevande calde. Nei momenti più affollati troppa coda per tutto l’hotel, consigliato servizio al tavolo per le bevande della colazione. La SPA troppo buia e vasca con rivestimento da sostituire.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und dadurch wenig Platz für Koffer und Taschen. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, es gab keine Möglichkeit nasse Handtücher sowie Schwimmkleidung zu trockenen. Weder im Bad noch sonst wo. Ein Balkon wäre die Lösung, müsste nicht groß sein.

Kahvaltı oldukça zayıf göründü. 4 yıldızlı bir otele yakışmayacak şekilde yetersizdi. Ayrıca böyle bir otelde kahvaltı salonunda sadece bir tane kahve makinası olması , kahvaltıya verilen önemi gösteriyordu. Odalar küçük de olsa hiç değilse storage konusunda biraz daha yer kazanılabilirdi..

Reviewed May 31, 2026We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. The room was huge, the balcony out of our room accessed the huge balcony in the back, which was unexpected. Access to the spa was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again when we're back in this area.
The beds we're not the most comfortable.All they need to do is put a 3 inch foam topper on that mattress, and it would be perfect.

Solo il mancato obbligo della cuffia e del silenzio nella spa, di fatto quando sono andata c'era una famiglia molto rumorosa e con molti capelli sciolti che non ha reso l'esperienza molto rilassante per me. Peccato perché la spa è molto carina!

Reviewed May 20, 2026It was an incredible experience! I can honestly rate it 100/10. Everything was perfect, from the lovely persons at the reception to the impeccable cleanliness of the room. The location is wonderful as well. I also booked a massage session, and I can say it was done very professionally, and the massage therapist was very kind. I was on a business trip this time, but I will definitely come back to fully enjoy the hotel and spa experience.

Рядом находятся магазины и большое количество красивых пляжей, что делает отдых особенно комфортным и насыщенным. Отдельно хочется отметить приветливый и внимательный персонал — всегда готовы помочь и создать приятную атмосферу для гостей. Также большим плюсом является наличие крытой парковки для автомобилей. Завтраки здесь просто замечательные: вкусные, разнообразные и подаются как на открытой, так и на закрытой террасе с прекрасным видом. Это именно тот отель, в который хочется возвращаться снова и снова.
