Close to the White Rock theatre and had a lovely view of the sea.

It looked a bit dated in places. The room was on the small side.

It was right next to the beach, great Netflick and TV as well, to watch a good horror movie, nice shower, and good spot, i even thought living here as a second home...i will come and book again.

I needed to stay longer..other than that it was great place to stay good location.

Lovely and clean, good location.

Only fault was the tap, sprayed everywhere when using, and we were on the top floor so had 6 flights of stairs to do which was hard on the knees.

Prime location for Hastings, lovely to wake up to sea views. The mezzanine level is a novel, fun way to get in extra beds that my son enjoyed. The managing staff were very helpful. Lots of options for dining just round the corner.

We went on a very hot weekend, during the day the room was stuffy even with the window open.

I liked the view from my window I had seaview. I like that they had a choice of tea and coffee in the room. I like the decor. And shower. I like the idea that it had a Fridge in my room also that was handy to have.

I was on the top floor so there were a lot of stairs. But I suppose that can't be helped. No toothpaste supplied only shower gel and hand soap and toilet roll. Maybe a small tube of toothpaste in every room would be great

Zelden iemand aanwezig bij receptie. Niet toen we onze bagage wilden afzetten (bij aankomst), dag erna lang moeten wachten om af te spreken ivm bagage voor de volgende dag (check-out). Er werd ons gezegd dat bagage bewaard ging worden in ruimte achter receptie. Toen we erom kwamen, bleek onze bagage gewoon in de gang te staan. Bijzonder drukke straat, oordoppen zijn een must.

The room was spacious and wonderfully designed. My kids loved the bunk beds and the low-ceiling second floor. The terrace was a wonderful addition, too. We would certainly return, and we would recommend the room and the hotel to other families too. The location isquite central, perfect in my opinion, close to the station and useful bus connections, and there is a lovely beach just in front. The staff at reception was accommodating, friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there again.

There was nothing I really didn't like, but there were a pair of sockets to fix next to the desk. Part of the ceiling needed repainting. Nothing that would really bother us.

Alors le lit inconfortable, manque de papier toilette pour le séjour. Personnel inexistant pour le samedi soir et le dimanche. Parking payant à 50 mètres de l’hôtel! Rien n’est gratuit pour info.

The location

We had no wardrobe no Chester drawers we was at the location for three nights. We had nowhere we had to live out of our suitcases. We had two coathangers between two people and the room we booked was a supreme room and the room we got was not a supreme room. I’ve stayed in better rooms for less money. I would not go back there again. very disappointed with the room.

Having a fridge in the bedroom, the view, the room itself was nice.

The balcony was small and cramped, the bed was not comfortable.

Everything was nice except one night theres a probably drunk guy was knocking on the front door and shouting very loudly for a long time in the middle of the night was kinda scary. Not the hotels fault tho:)

61 steps to our room, (my son counted), not what you want when you have been walking around town all day. The noise from the road kept us awake until gone 2am even with the windows shut

Klein benauwd zolderkamertje. Temp van de douche slecht te regelen.. 6 trappen omhoog.. geen uitzicht. Prijs was pittig

Great location. Room was lovely - spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were also very nice.

Being the end of my trip, I was pretty sick of hauling my heavy suitcase up stairs (no elevator). The bathroom ceiling in the triple room was very low, I'm only 5"3 but am glad I am not any taller.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Pier und die fussläufige Entfernung zu Parkhäusern waren gut, ebenso der phantastische Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den Strand. Speiselokale waren in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Lodge bot kein Frühstück an, ebenso keins der nahe gelegenen Speiselokale. Die Astral Lodge hat keinen Aufzug, für Zimmer im dritten Stock über steile Treppen mit Gepäck etwas mühsam.

Location on the beach. Very clean. It looked like it had all been refurbished recently, so like new. The young lady at reception was very friendly on check-in. Good view from the window. Very clean. Thick curtains kept out early morning sun. Close to cafe, shops, and step across the road to the beach. Good value for money and happy to recommend.

The shower cubicle was very small. The shower head was low, so it's not great for washing your hair. The green light from the emergency lighting seemed extremely bright, so when the lights were off, it lit up the room.

It was clean and very quiet and near where I was working .

If u are lucky enough to park outside ( which is very busy) u have to move after two hours and can’t come back , constant issue if working .The beds are a very thin mattress and you can feel the slats under it, also the quilt is very small , you either have over your top but not your feet .

Great location - right on the seafront!

I found the room a bit small, and thought the pictures were a little deceptive. The shower / bathroom was quite compact but manageable.

Staff were helpful , For an old building the refurb was not bad. Bedding was decent.

Area around main bed was cramped and floor was uneven. This room was not great value for money. Did not feel comfortable with my 9 year old coming down the stairs to upstairs bed . Parking in Hastings is dreadful .

Very friendly staff. Convenient location. I misplaced a pair of glasses. When checking out I mentioned this the the friendly lady on reception. She said if they were found that they would contact me. Later that day I was telephoned as they had found them. They offered to send them in the post to me. I said I would reimburse them for the cost (a lot cheaper than a return train ticket from London) The following day I received an email, stating that there would be no charge, as a thank you for staying with them. A very kind gesture. I would stay there again if I had another work placement in the area.

The sea view was very nice and unexpected. I had a lovely time - a very comfortable room. Ease of check in & check out.

I guess there were no facilities or anything (i.e a bar or food) but I didn’t mind.

The room was warm and cosy during my stay, the bed was comfortable, TV had sky channels

The only thing was the key to lock was a bit awkward and had to fiddle a bit to unlock or lock the door, so that needs to be looked into other than that all good
