Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La ubicacion es genial. Esta en la calle( Lewis) más turística, dentro de un callejón, asi que no tienes ruido. La zona de la piscina es agradable, como en las fotos. Los hombres que lo llevan son muy atentos, estan siempre pendientes y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites para hacer que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible. Buen desayuno.

Willkommen fühlt man sich nicht. Weder welcome drink noch wusste man, dass wir drei Nächte bleiben. Stetig war jemand anderer grad für die Reception verantwortlich (oder auch nicht). Sehr schlecht bis gar kein Englisch wurde gesprochen. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Wasserkochen (wie auf den Bildern aufgezeigt), Kühlschrank war sauber, aber sehr muffig. WLan nur im Receptionsbereich. Gr8sse Kakerlake im Bad und das im 1. Stock, Geländer auf dem Balkon war lose und der Gipfel ear, dass nach einer Diskudssion über die falsche Rechnung der Receptionist einfach die Tür öffnete und das Zimmer betreten wollte, weil ich sein Telefon, über welches ich mit den Verantwortlichen diskutiert habe, noch hatte. Absolutes No-Go, auch weil ich nur im Badetuch umwickelt da war!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Goede accommodatie, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wij kwamen al om 7.00 ‘s ochtends aan, na een nachtvlucht en mochten meteen de kamers in. Ook werd er een ontbijt geregeld. Zwembad en locatie waren prima. Met een door de receptionist geregelde tuktuk en boot, hebben we een fantastische ervaring gehad op het kanaal en de lagune. Compleet met een fruitpicknick en leuke aapjes.
De badkamers waren niet zo schoon.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026This was our first hotel in Sri Lanka, and it was a great place to start our holiday. Our children absolutely loved the swimming pool and had a wonderful time there. The hotel is conveniently located close to several attractions, although we would recommend taking a tuk-tuk to get around. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stayed in the family room, which was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The bathroom was clean and perfectly adequate. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families visiting Sri Lanka.
The shower had very low water pressure, and the water never got properly warm

Eigentlich fehlte uns nur ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett. Wir hatten genau dafür selber welche mit. Jedoch waren die Decken so hoch, das wir es selber nicht anbringen konten. Trotzdem war es erstaunlicherweise nur mit Klima und Mückenschutzmittel eine fast Mückenfreie Nacht.

The room had spider webs, which made it feel unclean. The Wi-Fi did not work inside the room, so we had to come downstairs to get a connection. There were no staff available most of the time apart from the elderly receptionist, who was polite and helpful. The toilet door lock was damaged, and there was no hot water during our stay. There were also many mosquitoes, and it would have been helpful if mosquito nets had been provided. There was no wiper/squeegee in the washroom, and no bathroom slippers were provided, which made it inconvenient. Overall, the receptionist was a kind and helpful person, but the property needs better maintenance and improved facilities.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Hotel pratique car proche aéroport, dommage que le personnel se serve dans nos affaires personnelles en chambre et nous vole, le tout pour nous rire au nez à la fin et en expliquant qu’ils n’ont pas de clé des chambres, pratique pour faire le ménage d’ailleurs.
Vol, mépris, mauvaise odeur dans la douche, café qui sent le moisi. Pas de wifi dans les chambres, pas de télécommande pour la TV. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, pas d’eau potable dans la chambre, même pas 1 petite bouteille pour 4 ....

Veramente tanto sporca, bagno PIENO di calcare. L’assenza di zanzariere rende impossibile aprire le finestre per un cambio d’aria, la stanza puzza di fogna, l’aria all’interno è irrespirabile. Peccato, sconsigliato.

Reviewed May 30, 2026This property is perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind. During my business trip, I was fortunate enough to have the entire place to myself, which made the experience even more enjoyable. There’s nothing quite like sitting by the pool, working with a beautiful view, and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was the internet connectivity. Wi-Fi coverage across the property is limited and virtually non-existent in the rooms, so I had to rely on my own portable data. However, this seems to be more of an area-wide issue rather than something within the owner's control. I stayed in the Deluxe Sea View Room, which was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a mini fridge. While the beach isn't ideal for swimming at this time of year, it more than makes up for it with its stunning scenery and breathtaking sunsets. Oh and the breakfast was sensational!
As the property is located in a quiet, secluded area, you'll need to take a tuk-tuk into town for shops, restaurants, and other facilities. However, this is simply a reflection of the location rather than any shortcoming of the property itself, and it's part of what makes the setting so peaceful and relaxing.

The entrance alley to the hotel is not very eye appealing (out of the hotel's control). The balcony doors and window pane locks require improvement, and the shower pressure is low too.

Das Hotel kann dafür nicht,aber es gibt sehr viele Moskitos überall! Leider gibt es keine Netze und die Fenster und Türen sind auch nicht ganz geschlossen,weshalb man ständig Moskitos um sich hat. Das Badezimmer bzw die Kanalisation riechen nicht sehr gut.

Pokoj był w tragicznym stanie bardzo brudny. Śmierdziało z łazienki, brak czajnika, szklanek, wody nie bylo nic. Miał byc telewizor też nie było (to Nas akurat mało interesuje ale chodzi o sam fakt) lampka nocna stała jeszcze owinięta w folię ale bez żarówki. Zdjęcia to przekładanie. Łazienka jeszcze gorsza od pokoju smród brud grzyb. Najgorszy nasz nocleg na Sri Lance. Cena kompletnie nie adekwatna do warunków.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent.
nous sommes restés 2 nuits, La salle de bain hyper sale, a donner envie de vomir, pas du tout de pression pour l'eau, un mince filet d'eau. l hôtel , un vaisseau spatial en voie de perdition, pas de wi fi dans les chambres, juste à la réception. autour de la piscine juste 4 à 5 transats pour tout l hôtel, nous pensions prendre du bon temps avant de prendre notre avion de retour, raté, nous avons du aller sur la plage et réserver un transat là bas.

Dreckiges Badezimmer (Duschwand und amaturen fleckig, offensichtlich wurde nicht geputzt), Zimmer dreckig, wir bekamen nur 1 Handtuch statt 2, Bett war nicht richtig gemacht, kein mosquito Netz, laute Klimaanlage, vieles wirkte super alt und ist stark in die Jahre gekommen ohne, dass man das Hotel gepflegt hat. Dafür bezahlt man einen stolzen Preis, wir kommen nicht wieder - gibt viel schönere Unterkünfte in der Umgebung.

vrij veel muggen toen wij er waren, maar wrs gevolg van regenval daarvoor. wel met wierook om overlast te voorkomen meer ligbedden bij het zwembad en wat meer aankleden met leuke planten.

Soooo bad😵💫it was the first night for me in Sri Lanka and the room was so bad that I want to leave the country ASAP！the bathroom is a Disaster, no hot water and really old aquipments. No rubbish bin in whole room. Even my grandmother cannot stay in such a old room！Too bad！！！！

- Cleanliness of bathroom was quite poor, open drain and tired finishings. - Found a cockroach in my room, but the staff kindly removed it. - Towels very old and scratchy. - Noisy party at back of hotel all day and night.

L’ingresso dalla strada non è ben visibile è un po’ trasandato. La sera nel giardino è passato un topo, ma le camere erano molto pulite.
