Il giorno prima del soggiorno mi hanno comunicato un guasto e hanno cercato di trasferirmi al Vatican Tourist Inn, una struttura con recensioni molto negative e condizioni non equivalenti a quelle prenotate. Non ho accettato e ho dovuto contattare Booking, che ha cancellato la prenotazione e mi ha aiutata a trovare un altro alloggio. Da quanto ho potuto constatare, sembra che abbiano adottato lo stesso comportamento con molti altri ospiti: non sono la prima persona a cui è successo. È proprio per questo che presento la mia lamentela. Esperienza poco seria e molto stressante. Non consiglio.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026I do not recommend this property. A few hours before my arrival, I was informed that I had to move to another property due to an alleged "technical problem" at Relais Barberini. I did not accept this proposal because I had specifically chosen Relais Barberini for its location and quality. After refusing, the property stopped responding to my messages. When I arrived at the original address, there was no reception and no one to welcome me. After calling several times, I was simply told to go to the alternative property because I had no other option. Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation was clearly not of the same standard as the one I had booked and fully paid for. There was no air conditioning, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the location was much less convenient than Relais Barberini. I also contacted Booking.com for assistance, but the property ignored Booking's messages as well. Afterward, they even blocked my phone number, making any communication impossible. This experience caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my trip. If a property cannot honor a confirmed reservation, it should be transparent and provide an equivalent alternative, not leave guests without support upon arrival. I hope Booking.com investigates this property to protect future travelers from similar experiences.

Номера убитые, обои отваливаются,стулья пошарпанные, фен работает 30 секунд и умирает, слышимость ужасная, админ достаточно хамовитая. Ее ребенок носился по этажу, когда сделали замечание она устроила скандал. Зато на курящих гостей в номерах она ничего не говорила. Постель за 5 дней не поменяли ни разу, полотенца приходилось просить заменить.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The property unilaterally relocated us to an apartment instead of the hotel we originally booked, and it was located far from the area we had specifically chosen. The change was communicated only a few hours before our departure, leaving us with no practical alternative but to accept it. This lack of transparency and planning was already disappointing, but the situation became unacceptable when the apartment experienced power outages on two consecutive days. As a result, we could not reliably perform basic activities such as making coffee or even taking a proper shower. Overall, this severely disrupted our stay and fell well below the standard expected from a Booking.com reservation.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones bonitas y me gusto que contara con nevera y cafetera. Se agradece que limpiaran y cambiaran toallas a diario. De volver a Roma si repitiera alojamiento y lo recomendaría.
La ducha en nuestra habitación pedia ser limpiada mas a fondo. Las paredes por la humedad lo puedo entender ya que es un azulejo difícil de limpiar. Pero el plato de ducha sin chanclas daba un poco de asco pisarlo.

l’illuminazione era scarsa, soprattutto all’ingresso. Il letto era molto duro e poco confortevole. La finestra presentava segni di ruggine. Inoltre gli asciugamani erano pochi e non sono stati cambiati nei giorni successivi al soggiorno.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026La chambre qui était grande, c'était une chambre pour trois. La bouilloire pour se faire un thé le matin ! La chambre refaite dans les tons beiges, aucun bruit car fenêtre sur cours. Les petites bouteilles d'eau chaque jour mais il ne faut pas hésiter à les réclamer sinon ils oublient...La situation est parfaite car pas loin de la gare de TERMINI quand on arrive (10 minutes à pied) et très proche du centre historique, 10 minutes de la fontaine de Trévi, on a tout visité à pied ! Le petit café en bas, celui qui fait tabac en même temps, c le plus authentique , tenu par une famille, le cappuccino est excellent et pas cher !
Mettre une vraie couette et de vrais oreillers ! car ce sont de vieux coussins recouverts par une taie d'oreiller. et un vieux dessus de lit recouvert d'un drap. Le ménage est fait un peu trop rapidement chaque jour,( juste nettoyer un plus le lavabo...) Il faut vraiment avoir des voisins silencieux car il s'agit de deux appartements sur un même palier avec plusieurs chambres dans chacun, les chambres sont très proches et une réception. Nos voisins étaient silencieux donc pas de problème!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. In der Nähe sind Cafés und Supermärkte. Das Zimmer war groß genug.
Die Unterkunft war sehr schlecht zu finden, keinerlei Beschilderung an der Straße, nur ein kleines Klingelschild. Die „Rezeption“ seltsam, das Personal nicht besonders gastfreundlich. Im Bad roch es durchgehend nach Abfluß und die Mücken im Zimmer waren eine Zumutung. Auch die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte etwas gemütlicher sein, es gab nur grelles Deckenlicht und funzelige Nachttischlampen.

Sajnos hiába hogy részleteiben olyan a szoba mint a képeken, mégis élőben olyan érzése van az embernek mintha nem ugyanazon a helyen járna amit lefoglalt. Sokkal együgyűbbek a szobák bár elvileg mindegyik ugyanúgy néz ki ehhez képest a mi "SUPERIORNAK" nevezett szobánk franciaágya 2 solo ágyból volt összetolva. A falak pedig papír vékonyak.

Siamo arrivati, c’era la signora delle pulizie che ci ha fatto il check-in e subito dopo ci ha portato alla nostra camera per posare i bagagli. Peccato che dentro la camera c’erano sempre gli ospiti della prenotazione precedente, quindi ci ha fatto aspettare fuori fino a quando gli ospiti della prenotazione precedente hanno liberato la camera. Per fortuna dopo circa 15 minuti hanno liberato la camera e la signora delle pulizie ci ha fatto andare nella stanza, ancora da pulire e sistemare per lasciare i bagagli e le nostre cose. Non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e la struttura non era pulita.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025La posizione e’ ottima. Il quartiere è pieno di bar e locali dove mangiare. C’è sempre qualcuno a fare il check in. È’ possibile lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora dopo il check out. Ottima l’idea di lasciare in camera il bollitore e la macchina per il caffè con te’, cialde, zucchero.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2025The stuff was very nice and very helpful we had a heating problem the first night and they offered us another room for that night the time the problem was solved. The room is clean and had everything you need. The location is very good everything is close.
The room is quite cold for winter season as the heating is very low and works between 6 pm and 11 pm. The bed was not comfortable.

La scarsa disponibilità dello staff. Ho chiesto una fattura più volte e mi hanno inviato un'immagine tramite chat. Ho sollecitato varie volte un pdf per presentare un rimborso ma niente. Non é piacevole il fatto che non sia disponibile la colazione. La camera del mio collega cadeva letteralmente a pezzi.
