Beautiful, large 3 bedroom apartment. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Custom omelettes, themed restaurants, beautiful greenery and luxurious feel. I also liked that the rooms were cleaned daily. Cleaners were flexible if you were in the room and they came back later. Washing machine and dishwasher in the room was a plus. Pools and sunbeds did not feel overcrowded.

No sign off on return of equipment e.g pool cues and table tennis. This was told to reception as there was a doubt whether the return had been recorded. Tips were not included in half board this would have not been a problem on drinks but after most of meals had been prepaid if felt strange paying a tip (%) for a cost that had been made a few months before. Would rather pre-pay tips like in cruises.

The resort was absolutely beautiful and looked like a painting. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with lovely surroundings. I think it would be especially enjoyable for a large group or a big multigenerational family.

Despite its beauty, the resort was not particularly suitable for families with young children. There were very few activities and no special evening entertainment or family fun. Breakfast was served in two different locations, but Lemon Square was not enjoyable at all because there were so many wasps and flies. Breakfast was also a long walk from our accommodation, and the shuttle service was too infrequent. Many of the staff struggled to communicate in English, which sometimes made things difficult. The restaurants were of a very high standard, but surprisingly, they were even more expensive than comparable restaurants in London.

Pool service was dreadful around the hotel pool. Not enough staff.

Apartamento de 1 dormitorio. Muy completo y correcto. Perfecta terraza con salida al jardín y directo a la piscina. Las zonas verdes son preciosas. El paseo y bajada a la playa son espectaculares.

La piscina con excesivo ruido de niños. La piscina que tiene un bar dentro… muy sucia y descuidada. Hay coches por todas partes. Se hecha de menos una zona de parking oculto para no convivir con ellos.

The facility is very good. We stayed in apartment at the Pine Cliff Gardens which has good size, very clean. The house keeping was really good.

It is a big resort and cars can be driven in the resprt. So Always feel quite stressful to avoid the cars especially when walking with children in the resort. The hotel management and service was very poor. It was extremely difficult to make reservations for activities and restaurants in one go before and after arrival. The hotel reception and conceige cannot make all the bookings. Everything has to be booked with seperate emails or with different teams. There were a few occasions that I asked the hotel reception to cancel a restaurant or change the padal court time or ask activities times. Their answers are always they cannot do it. I had been told to ask conceige a few times but they are not working at night time and have to wait until the next morning! The spa was poor and was a rip off. The facial I booked finished 10 mins earlier and they always try to convince you to go for another option which is different to what we orginally booked but more expensive.

Very Huge and good cared territory,nice location,beautiful nature,an amazing hotel ,comfortable Suite Room-Big,spacy and you have everything you need,Big balcóny. Amazing restaurants on a territory of hotel,you can dine amazing and very Tasty directly there. Top lessons and instructors of Golf,padel,Tennis,football-we enjoyed all of them and this possibility to train and do sports is amazing there!

For The beginning we arrived and our sink was broken,all the waterfall was on a floor -we couldnt even wash our hands after a tryp and i called 3 times!!!!! And still nobody came! We went outside to walk,just already disappointed and passed by Reception to explain an issue and still nobody knew nothing-NOT EVEN CLOSE TO A STANDARTS OF THIS HOTEL. The worst is a personal everywhere,everyone only try to for e a fake smyle only for a tip,nobody cares about you,arrogant and very rude,owful the worst experience in our life on this price and level of hotel. Very slow Service-i had to wait even for a sparkling wataer at the bar,Bills to sign until 30 min long and repeating several times. Also they took our napking and throw it from a bath-nobody could help. Althought Everybody talks english-70% they don’t understand you! I have wanted after 5 calls an Iron -after 1 week wasn’t there,nobody cares,i had to walk in a cloths without ironing. Owful Reception Service-no welcome,no smile not helping you -talking bed in front of you(we undrstand perfectly portugués).THE WORST SEEVOCE AND STAFF IN MY LIFE! Fights between a workers making a clients waiting -in a hard,tówel stand-is uneccaptable in any level hotel. It’s unecceptable a huestes to see how you guys fight about your working mistskes in front of a people-make breefing in the end of a day and thats it. Owful breakfast,rude people,very poor breakfast on this hotel level,very. I believe in a comments of a people before coming and it’s not even True ,i hope my comments will help somebody,but it seems all the Algarve is like this… We were all week long u happy in this hotel with a poor Service and no attention or help,very sad experience to feel that way after pay so much for a stay when we could go to much Níger hotel and enjoy instead of bring so disappointed. Much to improve!!!!

Отличный вариант для семейного отдыха. Всё есть либо на территории отеля, либо рядом. Безопасно, спокойно, комфортно. Номера оборудованы по высшему разряду. Есть даже выжималка для сока и 2 типа кофе машины!

Номера староваты и требуют ремонта и обновления. Особенно сан узлы.

Во первых в первые минуты заселения начались проблемы: стоимость бронирования в букинге и стоимость которую заставляли заплатить в отеле отличалась значительно , на 450 евро. Целый час мы разбирались но без результата. И так потом ежедневно все дни пребывания. Завтрак был включен в номер но нас не пускали и говорили что не включен, мы снова шли на рецепцию и они тоже говорили не включен, хотя в бронировании все указано. Вымотали все нервы. Из здания где номер до основного корпуса и моря надо идти по дороге где просто пробки из машин, это выматывало постоянно. Также могут дать номер с видом на эту дорогу, и гости смотрят на машины и вечный трафик и звуки дороги.

Large multi hotel facilities with several restaurants, swimming pools, and lots of open space for roaming around with beach access.

Too large that at times it feels uncomfortable. Not a true 5 star but a large resort like feel. The restaurants and cafes are extremely overpriced to Switzerland level, a margarita pizza on its own cost €24 plus service charge. Any kind of drink starts from €5, which is unreasonable in Portugal

Beautiful, very green and well-maintained territory. Stunning beach with cliffs. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very well equipped (even a blender), and housekeeping was excellent. Good restaurants on site and several swimming pools. Convenient parking.

Our apartment overlooked a road and playground instead of a garden - recommend requesting a garden-view room. The kids club must be booked in advance and works in fixed time slots; the morning session (9:30–12:30) costs €47. This was not clearly explained and didn’t feel worth the price. The indoor pool is small, requires a swimming cap, and has a very strong chlorine smell. Outdoor pools are not heated. The beach restaurant is currently closed.

The location of the resort was exceptional. Steps down to the most glorious beach which went on as far as the eye could see. Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Padel and tennis courts were always available and in excellent condition. The grounds were immaculate.

We stayed out of season so quite a few of the resort restaurants were closed.

We had a 2 bedroom garden suite looking out onto the pool area. It was at the exit beside the restaurant Peri-Peri which is part of Pune Cliff and it was just across the road to the supermarket if you needed to buy anything. We were self catering but every day the cleaner came and replaced tea towel, towels, tea bags, dishwasher tablets, cleaning clothes- it was amazing they also washed any dishes and put the remainder in the dishwasher and put it on. The only thing I had to do was take the dishes out of the dishwasher and put away. The room also had a complimentary water filter which had different settings, complimentary bedroom slippers and there was bathrobes. When you check in at the hotel reception you get your room key and towel key cards so you get a towel at the pools when you give your card and when you give the towel back you get your towel card back. You have to pay a facility fee for every night you are there which you only pay when you leave and the tourist tax for every night you are there.you can use any one of 8 pools and you can use 3 gyms one of which offers classes which you pay extra for. There is an adventure park with zip line and mini golf and the hotel has its own beach with a lift down to a boardwalk to the beach and big shout out to Zest restaurant for very refreshing snacks in the beautiful sunshine not to mention the hairdresser and the spa.we were there Sept- Oct 2025 and it was beautiful sunshine every day unlike Northern Ireland.

What a beautiful resort. Spacious and modern, friendly staff and a great choice of activities, restaurants and bars. A true 5 star experience with the best views and beach. Can't wait to come back soon - this place is a hidden gem!

Service was not 5*, a little unhelpful. Buggies around the resort were unreliable and the restaurants on the resort were poor value for money.

O quarto era absolutamente fantástico, na verdade, tratava-se de um apartamento (Garden) com cozinha completamente equipada, sala, duas varandas enormes, equipamento de ponta e camas muito confortáveis. O Staff foi todo muito prestável. A oferta no resort é de grande qualidade e diversidade. Gostei muito.

Great amenities plenty for us and the children to do

Everything was lovely, we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and you had everything you would need while staying there. Lots of space for us even with a toddler and a cot. Very family friendly. Also good to know the super market is right across the road from the main entrance and has everything you will need in there. The Japanese restaurant was amazing defo recommend a visit.

WiFi wasn’t the best it cut out a lot. Food and drink is expensive if you eat in the restaurants that require reservations, but that’s expected in places like this.

I spent very amazing time in pine cliff garden. The stay was comfortable, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were many activities on the territory. I especially liked the beach.

It is lovely , spacious and bright .Very comfortable bed . Kitchen area was good made a few meals .It had everything you would need . Super clean , I was on the second floor and had a great view of the pool .

The room was odd in that there was a large soaking tub in the middle of the entrance to the bathroom. It was unnecessary and was in the way. I doubt many people use it. The rook also had a full kitchen ( unnecessary for most guests, a shortage of storage for clothes and a washer/dryer that we couldn't figure out and neither could the staff. Some language difficulty with housekeeping staff but very nice.

High quality modern apartment with very good appliances

Was our first stay at the property, and will definitely be back. Sad that we only had a couple days, not enough time to enjoy all the amenities and the full property. Carolina at the front desk was outstanding!

Fabulous property for everyone whether you have kids or a romantic getaway. So Many different areas, it didn't feel busy and the kids playground was superb. My 3 yesr old slept so well after so much activity throughout the day. We will definitely return. We stayed in the “Gardens” and the washing machine in the room was so useful for a family on a 9 day trip.

This was a great spot to round out our trip to Portugal. It was very comfortable for our family of four. We would stay here again.

Absolutely stunning views of the ocean, luxury accommodations

Since it was the off season not all of the amenities were open but it was still beyond.

The environment was fantastic. The staff excellent. The resort does not cater for food directly but there were different restaurants dotted around the resort to pick and choose from. Walking distance to Local shop just outside the resort's gate for all other needs. The staff were so helpful and excellent WoW!!. The beach was great. The weather was not too cold nor too warm during the Christmas period, there was no need to have any jackets.

The fact that the resort does not have kitchen of it's own.

Seit mehr als 10 Jahren immer wieder gerne, für uns persönlich ind der Nebensaison weil wir die Ruhe dort dann genießen. Der Preis ist dann natürlich auch geringer aber vor allem istces dann nicht ausgebucht und überlaufen. Herrlich
