Найперше -просто чудове розташування. Самі апартаменти чисті, комфортні, дуже естетичні. Перебувати тут-справжня насолода, усе створює відчуття затишку та стилю. Окремий плюс - можливість залишити багаж, це дуже зручно. Загалом залишилися дуже задоволені й із задоволенням повернулися б ще раз! ✨

Єдиний мінус - час заселення та виселення: заселення о 16:00, а виселення вже о 10:00. Звичайно, за додаткову плату час можна продовжити, але хотілося б мати трохи більше часу без додаткових доплат.

Çalışanlara mesaj yolu ile ulaştığınızda hemen cevap alabiliyorsunuz. Konforunuz için çabaladıklarını sürekli hissediyorsunuz.

We had a wonderful stay at Residentas Aurea in Lisbon! The room was perfect for the two of us — comfortable, spacious enough, and very nicely set up. We especially loved the cute balcony, which was such a nice touch. The welcome treats were a lovely surprise and made us feel welcomed right from the beginning. The kitchenette was also very useful during our stay, and they provided all the kitchenware we needed. The location is excellent - very central (near Baixa/Chiada crossing) and convenient for exploring Lisbon. We were able to walk to many places and really enjoyed being in such a lively and convenient area. The communication with the owner was exceptional. We communicated through WhatsApp and the Booking.com app, and they were always responsive, helpful, and clear whenever we had questions. One thing future guests should know is that this is not a traditional hotel. It is an apartment-style building with elevators and **online/self check-in**, so there is no staff physically available at the property to check you in. Make sure to complete the check-in process beforehand and get the access codes for the building and apartment. Once you have the codes, the process is very easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Residentas Aurea to anyone looking for a comfortable, centrally located place to stay in Lisbon!

Una excelente elección en todo sentido.

Bellissimo e pulitissimo appartamento in una zona centralissima, a due passi dalle fermate dei mezzi e a 8 minuti dalla fermata della metro. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua della doccia che è stato tempestivamente risolto, dal gentilissimo staff, in poche ore. Sconsiglio di mangiare nei ristoranti della zona perché sono molto turistici ma di addentrarsi nelle viuzze laterali o di salire verso la zona alta della città, raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti.

Nota di demerito al bagno: è molto piccolo e scomodo. Attrezzerei l’appartamento con più appendiabiti all’ingresso o dietro alle porte, per abbigliamento usato poche ore, giubbotti e zaini. In vacanza mancano sempre e sono estremamente comodi.

위치, 청결, 시설 진짜 하나도 빠짐없이 다 좋았어요. 걍 숙소에서 나와서 대충 위 아래로 걸으면 다 관광 스팟이구, 그러다보니 버스나 교통 타기 너무 편했습니다. 근데 또 유럽에서 진짜 드물게더 창문에 샤시가 돼있어서 소음도 하나도없어요. 세탁기는 세탁이랑 건조 다됩니다. 장기여행이라 세탁기가 1순위로 중요했는데 문제없이 잘돌아가구요 캡슐 세탁세제도 줘서 무겁게 한국에서 안챙겨와도 됐습니다. 메일로 계속 불편한거 없냐고 물어봐주고 필요한거 있다면 즉각 다 해결해줘서 서비스도 너무 만족했습니다. 아침일찍 여는 카페도 바로 밑에있어서 너무 잘먹었습니다. 다음에 리스본 오먄 또 묵고싶어요.

All the services provided by the Residentas Team, both before our arrival and throughout our stay, were excellent and couldn’t have been better. Their responses to our questions and requests were always very quick, helpful, and reliable. The location was also fantastic — everything we needed was within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Lisbon. I would definitely stay at this apartment again if I have the chance to return to Lisbon!

Our hotel room was on the top floor and it was very cozy with the low roof ceiling. We were greeted with a box of snacks like crackers, butter, gems and Nutella and more. There was also a little goody bag for my daughter with candy and sweets.

1. The door of the bathroom was not closing easily (gets stuck in some places on the floor). 2. The “hot” water is extremely hot. Yiu can get burned if you do not start at “cold”. In general the boiler should have a thermostat to regulate the temperature, looks like it does not work.

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro e a 5 minuti da metro e tram/treno per il mare (Cascais, Estonia, Belem) Appartamento grande con tre armadi per riporre i vestiti. Cucina molto ben attrezzata con forno, lavastoviglie (c'erano 3 pastiglie) e lavatrice con funzione di asciugatrice (presente 2 capsule per lavare). Kit di benvenuto con marmellate, caffè e prodotti vari. Due ascensori. Bagagli lasciati in struttura prima del check in, in alternativa c'era un ufficio a 5 minuti per lasciarli. Ottimo rapporto qualita/prezzo

Everything! We encountered a little trouble during our stay when they took away all the towels, but didn’t give us new ones. But after contacting the host, I got response and help instantly.

L’emplacement est idéal, on peut visiter beaucoup de choses à pieds. L’appartement est charmant, et bien insonorisé.

L’appartement est parfait pour 2, nous étions 4 et c’était un peu serré, pas de place pour ranger nos affaires, et la seconde salle de bain n’est pas pratique. Ok pour un court séjour mais pas plus.

Excellent location, very clean rooms and clean building with a very nice bakery a few meters away. Right next to the commerce square and Tram 28 stops right under the building. It’s also walking distance from the church of St. Anthony and Alfama as well as the Restauradores place where we took the tourist buses to visit other parts of town. The sofa bed was comfortable for our kids and the staff was helpful and reachable when we needed them.

Все поноавилось. Местоположение замечательное, рядом с пешеходной улицей R.Augusta, а также с площадью коммерции Praça do Comercio. В аппартаментах все есть для вашего удобства: кондиционер, полностью оборудованная кухня, утюг, гладильная доска. Накрытый стол, с мини десертом, чай и много других приятных мелочей. Доступ в аппартаменты по коду, инструкции четкие и ясные.

Единственное что не понравилось, то что надо было заполнить регистрацию на всех проживающих, с номером паспортов, домашнего адреса, и т.д. Очень много информации. И очень часто получала сообщения от оператора аппартаментов. Спасибо за беспокойство, но лично для меня это перебор. Я приехала отдыхать, а не сообщения читать.

Apartment is Al great location and everything is just next to it. We had a great stay and all the amenities are exactly as mentioned. We can even see Tram from window of the apartment. Amazing stay and highly recommend.

Odlična lokacija. Apartma je bil čist in urejen. Ob prihodu smo dobili dobrodošlico. Udobna postelja in klima v aparmaju. Lastniki so bili zelo dosegljivi. Brisače so menjali na tri dni.

The location of this property is wonderful and the hosts are incredibly responsive over text. We arrived before check-in time and the luggage storage was available and as-described. They reached out multiple times throughout our 3 day stay to ask if we needed anything. There were treats to welcome us, which included a juice box sized milk for coffee. We found that most places in Europe do not provide creamer even if they provide coffee, so this was a welcome addition. Having a washing machine allowed us to travel lighter. We also had an early flight on our travel day and the hosts arranged a car to take us to the airport.

These are more of an FYI for future guests. Pay attention to the square footage of the apartment. The photos were skillfully taken and the apartment was smaller than expected. The shower only has half a door and it is difficult not to flood into the rest of the bathroom. Since the apartment is centrally located, getting an UBER or BOLT to pick you up can be a challenge because there is no place for them to stop on the nearby streets. Lastly, we had 2 adults and 1 teenage boy for all but the last night. On the last night, our other teenage son joined us. While the space was fine for 3 people, it would have been challenging with 4.

Super clean and centrally located, this was a great jumping off point for all our Lisbon adventures. Our apartment had several large windows, lots of light, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff responded promptly and professionally throughout, and went out of their way to make our stay in Lisbon comfortable. Many thanks to the whole team at Residentas Aurea for your exceptional communication and customer service!

We had some trouble with a clogged drain but the hotel addressed it immediately.

If I have to complain - the night time honking on days when there were world cup matches being shown in the square behind. Not a major issue and probably happens once every few years

The property was close to everything we needed as tourists. Comfortable for a family of 4 to stay 5 nights (kids aged 10 & 13) I don’t think you would fit any older on the pull out beds. The property felt incredibly clean and was lovely to see some little snacks and welcome gifts for our children particularly. We required a slightly later check out and they kindly obliged. It had aircon, washer and clothes line. We opted for some store bought pizzas to save eating out every night, oven worked well. Aesthetically the property was lovely, authentic Portuguese feels being in the loft and looking out the windows.

If you were tall and staying in the loft you might bump your head.

One ot the toilets was located under the stairs. It was nearly impossible to use if you are a little than average height. It was also narrow. The tv at the living room was tiny
