Struttura incantevole immersa nelle vigne delle tenuta con molti animali che girano nella tenuta, cottage fornito di tutti i comfort, cucina ben attrezzata, camere confortevoli e con aria condizionata, grande camino presente nel soggiorno principale, braai esterno molto grande. Ad un passo dal centro di Paarl. È la seconda volta che soggiorno da Denneboom e lo sarà anche in futuro se dovesse tornare a Paarl. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Ottima anche l’accoglienza al nostro arrivo

The location

Nothing not to dislike. We stayed for just over two weeks, although you can get your laundry done on site a washing machine would be useful as there was three of us, but only if you’re staying a long time

Everything was amazing, comfortable , the towels in the bathroom were crisp, needing clean and immaculate, all appliances were suitable and the coffee pods and machine were a hit! The views were stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

Nothing all was superb with the touch of the bottle of olive oil and rusks were thoughtful.

The view was beautiful, it was quiet and isolated and our little ones had a blast on the farm.

Sauberkeit war nicht so gegeben - die Toiletten haben massiv nach Urin gestunken bis in den Schlafbereich und Bad und Küche waren nicht wirklich sauber. Klimaanlage hat in einem der Schlafzimmer massiv Wasser verloren - mussten Handtücher auflegen da der Boden sonst überschwemmt gewesen wäre. Habe das gemeldet - wussten davon, Hinweis: wir sollen sie abschalten wenn wir nicht da sind (es hatte 42 Grad über mehrere Tage). Pool war auch nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern. Keine Liegen u viele Blätter im Wasser.

The road through the vineyards was poor and not well marked with lots of potholes from the rain. I almost got stuck at one stage which made coming and going quite stressful

The views were beautiful

Such beautiful and peaceful location. In the middle of the vineyard. Plus was the pool since it was quite warm. Even better the winds from the vineyard are just as amazing as the property.

Der Pool war leider nicht sehr sauber, es lief während des Aufenthaltes keine Pumpe oder Ähnliches zur Reinigung.

What a phenomenal stay, the units are so tastefully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, everything was super clean and beautiful when we arrived. Chantelle is such a pleasure to deal with, she ensured we were fully settled in and is so friendly. Couldn't have asked for better!

We loved our stay! The host was super friendly, the place was spacious and beautiful, right in the middle of the vineyards and so quiet. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings!

The Vineyard Cottages are modern, tastefully decorated and equipped with every kitchen utensil and crockery needed for a self catering stay. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms spacious and clean

The location was lovely for a quick getaway and the scenery was beautiful. The unit, especially the kitchen, has everything you need and the olive oil and wine were both delicious and a nice touch!

I did not expect to hear the road from the property. Whilst it wasn't very busy or extremely intrusive, it was unexpected. Additionally, some parts of the property could do with some maintenance.

The scenery around the farmhouse is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views in every direction. The house itself and the pool were clean on arrival (except for the backyard, which was cleaned after we asked). Bedding and linen were good, and the daily cleaning service was appreciated.

The check-in process was stressful. Check-in is listed as between 3pm and 6pm. We had informed the manager that we expected to arrive around 4pm, but were delayed by just 30 minutes and still well within the check-in window. Despite this, we received six phone calls, which felt unnecessary. The house has no proper heating, which made our stay uncomfortable as temperatures dropped below 10°C at night. One of the bedroom AC units did not work, despite staff insisting it did, and no portable heater or alternative solution was offered. There was also not enough hot water for a family of four—only two of us managed a hot shower, which was difficult in the cold. Communication with the manager felt unfriendly and unhelpful. The dirt road to access the farmhouse is in very poor condition. Finally, the zebras that are still advertised are no longer there. ChatGPT can make mistakes. Check important info. The animals was lovely to see. The bedding is of great quality and it was lovely to be able to make a nice fire during the rainy weather.

The gravel road took a knock with all the rain, but that was to expected this time of year.

Os chalés são bem equipados e espaçosos.

Não é um lugar para ficar no inverno. Estava bem frio durante nossa estadia e só tinha aquecimento nos quartos. Os banheiros ficavam super gelados e na sala/cozinha tinha apenas a possibilidade de lareira a lenha (a qual acendemos um dia e a fumaça não saiu pela chaminé como deveria, ficando toda no chalé. Tivemos que abrir a porta para que saísse. Resultado: muito frio.). Também tivemos problema com a água quente, que era bem escassa. Revezávamos no banho: se dávamos banho nas crianças a noite, nós ficávamos para de manhã e, ainda assim, tínhamos que ser bem rápidos pq acabava. Em resumo, é um lugar bonito que deve funcionar bem no verao/primavera, mas nos dias frios não funciona. Não voltaria.

Shower has no door, whole bathroom is wet after a shower. We were 4 people staying in the apartment and only enough hot water for one and a half shower. Room was not serviced liked promised. Had to phone for toilet paper, which is rather embarrassing. No TV in the apartment.

Great place to stay. Amazing to wake up to springbok and wildebeest grazing outside the cottage. Very comfortable, well appointed. Very friendly host. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and very clean, extremely comfortable beds, wonderful vineyard walks, lovely splashpool, comfortable kitchen with everything we needed. Good internet!

Farm roads a bit narrow. Slightly difficult entrance for larger vehicles. Everything is at least a 15 min drive away. Good to keep in mind if you need to be very close to amenities.

We liked the quiet and the layout was suitable.

The bathrooms were new and modern, but hooks near the shower and something to hold onto would have helped.

The tranquility and peace away from the busy city

When we arrived there were a lot of flies but once they sprayed there were not as many. Suggest you replace the knobs on the oven as one cannot see the temperatures or numbers on the knobs.

Peace and Quiet in nature. Good size. Aircons in the rooms to help with the heat. Beautiful views. Long walks on the farm.
