Todo, un sitio espectacular, con mucha paz. Manu es el mejor!! Nos empujó a introducirnos un poco mas en la cultura de sri lanka. Y la piscina increible. Lo recomendamos mucho.

Tolles Guesthouse mitten im Dschungel. Die Cabanas sind gut ausgestattet (AC, Kühlschrank, Moskitonetz), der Pool lädt zum Relaxen ein und das Restaurant ist klasse. Der spanische Host ist super und kümmert sich um alles - von der Organisation von Ausflügen über den Transfer bis hin zu Sonderwünschen beim Essen. Und bei ihm gibt‘s die einzige Paella auf der ganzen Insel 😉

Great small rustic and personal stay in thid environmentally conscious resort if only 4 cabins. Beautiful shaded surrounded and outdoor pool which blends with surrounds. Lovely food and hospitality.

Gospodarz stworzył kameralne miejsce z niezwykłym klimatem, które od samego początku nas ujęło. Żałowałam, że nasz plan nie pozwolił nam spędzić więcej czasu w Sat Nam Village. Gospodarz bardzo o nas dbał i upewniał się, czy wszystko jest ok. Pokoje były nieduże, ale miały wszystko, co jest potrzebne podczas takich podróży. W łazience doceniliśmy ściankę, która oddzielała prysznic (rzadkość na Sri Lance). Ale najważniejsze – jedzenie, które nam zaserwowano na kolację, było jednym z najlepszych posiłków, jakie jedliśmy na wyspie. Było pyszne. Bardzo dziękujemy za to doświadczenie. Mamy zamiasr wrócić na Sri Lanke i jest to jedyne miejsce noclegowe, do którego chcemy wrócic na pewno,

We loved this place! The pool and garden area is so tranquil and relaxing, we loved spotting the exotic wildlife. The host Manuel cooked us some fantastic Sri Lankan and European food, organised all our transport and day trips and even waited at the bus stop with us for 20 minutes to make sure we got on the right bus to Dambulla Caves, top service! We highly recommend this place to others visiting the area.

Manuel makes it happen. As a chef he can make food at your wishes. We had 2 delicious paellas. So for culinairy food tou have to be there. Next to that good advices for visits. Cabanas are nice with a veranda at the back with comfy chairs. And ofd course the cute cat Karma and kind watch dog Kirry. And last but not least the kind Kumari. So you see beings make the the nice location better.

Pool and trees are meqnt for cooling down. Later at the day you need to move for getting your tan line😁

Die Anlage ist super schön! Der Pool war perfekt für eine Abkühlung!:) Das Essen war auch super lecker und man hat immer Tips bekommen was man in der Gegend so machen kann:)

Super schöne Bungalow Anlage mit tollem Pool. Manuel war sehr freundlich und sympathisch, hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allem sofort geholfen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, vielfältig und super lecker. Danke für alles Manuel.

Le calme, la beauté du lieu, les bruits de la jungle, l accueil... la piscine, le jacuzzi, les conseils de Manuel qui s occupe de vous organiser les excursions , toujours présent pour vous. On va chercher les œufs frais chez le voisin, les citrons chez un autre. Et tous, sont heureux de vous voir. Des fruits et légumes frais pour une cuisine goûteuse. Pour un séjour au plus près de la culture sri lankaise avec Manuel l Espagnol qui vous guide dans cette expérience. Je recommande à 100% .

We traveled to Sri Lanka for 2 weeks as a couple from Germany in February 2026. We stayed in 7 different hotels. I'll only remark on the positive and negative things. Otherwise expect a hotel matching the category and price: Positive: Best Host, great food (breakfast pancakes, curry, Spanish eggs Negative: Mold in the room

Die Anlage war sehr hübsch, die eigene kleine Terrasse lud zum Entspannen ein und der Pool/Jacuzzi waren perfekt zum Abkühlen und Relaxen. Das Essen war köstlich, die Karte war eine Mischung aus spanischen und sri lankischen Gerichten. Es gab viele Aktivitäten, welche angeboten wurden (traditionelle Tanz-Show, Safari, Kochkurs, TukTuk Fahrten, etc.). Es wurde darauf geachtet, viel aus unseren Aufenthalt rauszuholen.

Das Zimmer war etwas schimmelig, was an der tropischen Luft liegen könnte und nahezu oft in Sri Lanka auftaucht.

Je ne comprends pas la note mise sur booking pour cet établissement. Notre chambre dégageait une forte odeur d’humidité. Les murs sont noirs (champignons). Si vous oubliez des effets personnels, l’hôte ne vous les rend pas !!! « Son chien aboie contre les personnes de couleur » dit l’hôte. Raciste et nonchalant. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. C’est très cher pour la « qualité » médiocre et le service.

Schöne grüne Anlage! Ein besonderes Erlebnis im Pool zu baden und die Affen beobachten einen dabei :-) Das Tunfischtartar zum Abendessen war sehr gut! Heißes Wasser zum duschen, bequeme Betten, weiche Bettwäsche.

Die Klobrille :-/ müsste erneuert werden!

De eigenaar was een super vriendelijke en behulpzame man. Hij nam ruim de tijd om alles uit te leggen over Sigiriya en gaf goede restaurant tips. Het eten op de accommodatie was ook heerlijk! De was word voor je gedaan als je dat wilt. We hebben hier een geweldige ervaring gehad en zouden het iedereen aanraden!

Prachtige ligging midden in de natuur en een heel vriendelijke, behulpzame host en heerlijk eten.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à Sat Nam Village Hôtel et tout était vraiment parfait. Le personnel est vraiment attentif à ce que vous soyez heureux! Quel bonheur de plonger dans la piscine en rentrant d une chaude journée de visite, ou dans le jacuzzi après le repas du soir! Nous avons fait une ballade en vélo dans la campagne et autour des lacs de Sigiriya avec vue sur le rock lion et Pidurangala, c etait incroyable !

L odeur d humidité dans la chambre mais en aérant régulièrement cela n est pas gênant. Le reste compense largement ce point!

Manuel was een super vriendelijke host! Hij was super behulpzaam en het verblijf was heerlijk. We hebben heel lekker gegeten!!

We had a nice stay at Sat Nam Village! The host was very nice and caring, had good recommendations for us and helped us with everything. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice after a long day. The food was also really good! We loved the jungle vibe and all the animals we could hear when falling asleep.

The water in the shower only turned warm with extremely low water pressure. Everything was quite moldy, especially the walls in the bathroom, the walls at the wardrobe and even the toilet seat. The bedding could have been a little cleaner.

Les grands plus de cet hébergement sont le calme et l’accueil de Manuel. Il est très disponible et d’excellents conseils pour tout ce que l’on peut faire autour. La localisation est très pratique pour un safari où nous avons vu des familles d’éléphants. La nourriture est excellente avec des spécialités espagnoles comme srilankaises. Manuel a le souci de nous faciliter la vie, il nous a accompagné jusqu’au bus pour être sûr de prendre le bon, tout comme il nous trouve des tuktuks à des prix tout à fait corrects, pas besoin de passer par pickme. On peut facilement visiter Dambulla en prenant le bus. Et puis le soir il y a jacuzzi et piscine. C’était parfait.

Manuel could not have been more helpful. He took us to bus stops, organised safaris and took us to watch the sunset. He was an incredibly attentive and kind host. The food was excellent. The sri lankan staff were lovely. The room was great. The pool was refreshing.

Nous avons tout aimé :) Alba est très disponible et vraiment à l'écoute de nos besoins (bons plans, transport, linge...). Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce petit coin de jungle. La piscine est vraiment un must après les journées de visite sous la chaleur. Les cabanes sont spacieuses et bien aménagées et disposées dans un jardin luxuriant.

un peu loin de Sigiriya donc prévoir un budget Tuk tuk

Nous avons adoré ce logement en pleine nature et très calme malgré le fait qu’il soit situé près de la route principale. Les chambres sont agréables et la piscine et le jacuzzi un vrai plus. Mais nous retiendrons surtout la gentillesse du propriétaire, très arrangeant et nous a aidé dans toutes les activités que nous voulions faire.

Las instalaciones están genial, la cama súper cómoda. También pudimos disfrutar del jacuzzi y piscina para relajarte rodeado de naturaleza. Además tienen comida española por que los dueños son españoles , súper rica : tortilla de patata, croquetas, paella, sepia, gambas al ajillo. El mejor lugar para estar en Sigiriya!

The rooms are amazing and clean, the mattress is excelent. We have a very good sleep also no noise around, you only listen the nature. Very relax and peaceful. The owners are Spanish so you will have the chance to eat Spanish food 😍😍 ( croquetas, paella, sepia, huevos rotos, gambas al ajillo… absolutely amazing) Everything you need they will help you Manu ( the owner is the best) Also has a jacuzzi and a pool Beautiful place ! The best in Sigiriya

The houses are so well thought and beautiful. Big living area, big bathroom, well designed closets and hangers. We really enjoyed in our stay that we could go back to the hotel and have some time in the pool and jacuzzi between the hikings. The spanish cuisine what the hotel offers is also excellent. Manuel has been a really good host as well he helped a lot in the bike renting and was always there to help us. Hope to return again to Sri Lanka and this hotel soon, Sat Nam Village made our last days remarkable. Thanks again

Sometimes the Wifi was not really working

Todo, en un entorno privilegiado y muy muy cuidado, la base ideal para visitar toda la zona. Tiene un jacuzzi que usamos todas las noches para relajarnos del dia.

Sat Nam looks exactly like the images. It's a small space with 3-4 cabanas. The staff are very communicative and polite and very helpful when it comes to finding drivers to accommodate us.

While the room was spacious and generally comfortable, it was very damp and had an unpleasant musty smell that lingered even on our clothes.

The food was delicious and Miguel was a great host. I really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend it.

Nous avons adoré l'hospitalité du propriétaire et de son équipe, l'hôte est force de proposition et nous a organisé plusieurs sorties, très réactif à nos demandes. Je conseille vivement.

Struttura buona, non eccezionale, la camera puzza un po’ di muffa e umido, e non è molto confortevole e avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata, la struttura invece da fuori si presenta bene con una piscina ed una vasca idromassaggio, il cibo è buono, abbiamo sia cenato che fatto colazione.

La camera ha bisogno di una sistemata, le stanze puzzano di umido talmente tanto che anche le robe si impregnano della stessa puzza. Si è immersi nella giungla e diciamo che è “capibile” ma poco accettabile.

Pool, spa and hospitality. Manuel is an amazing host and makes a mean margarita. He's a lot of fun and will go out of his way to make your stay better.

Mysigt och lugnt, kändes som en egen liten oas och fanns trevlig pool (samt jacuzzi). Manuel var en otrolig host som ställde upp och gjorde det lilla extra. Mycket god mat. Rekommenderar!

Prijs kwaliteit voor eten was uit verhouding. In de huisje mag wat onderhoud worden gedaan.

Bungalows were very comfortable and we felt very welcomed and looked after during our stay. The hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again if visiting Sigirya.

Cet établissement est un havre de paix, le personnel est formidable, ils sont là pour vous aider à n’importe quel moment. Ils proposent des taxis et vous partage pleins d’informations pour vous aider à passer un agréable séjour. Il y avait un super jacuzzi et la carte du restaurant proposait plusieurs variétés de cuisine (sri lankais/espagnole). La chambre était super et le lit était très confortable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Entraba bastante luz en el cuarto.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb von Sigiriya, nahe vom Nationalpark. Kleine Oase mit Junglefeeling. Alba ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit ihrer Hilfbereitschaft, ihrer offenen Art und Grosszügigkeit wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Das Essen war auch toll.

Everything was amazing, Alba is so friendly and always ready to help with everything you can think of. Her dog and cat were also gret part of our staybg here. She activated jaccuzi as soon as we arrived and we were bathing while she was making us dinner she spoiled us so much. Absolutley would stay again here! Make sure you book this stay if youre coming to Sigiriya!

L endroit est parfait pour se détendre, la piscine et le jacuzzi en fin de journée c est le top ! L accueil et la bienveillance de la propriétaire était parfaite. Elle est restée à notre écoute le long de notre séjour.

Super sød værtinde, som var meget hjælpsom og fik os til at føle os meget trygge.

Det lå en smule væk fra byen, så det krævede transport at komme til byen.

Am besten hat mir die Host Alba mit Ihrer Katze Karma und ihrem Hund Kitty gefallen. Alba war so offen und herzlich, so dass ich mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Wir durften ihren Kühlschrank für unsere Getränke nutzen und ihr selbst zubereitetes Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Toll fanden wir auch, dass wir nach langen Wander- und Klettertagen in ihrem Whirlpool entspannen durften.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 year old and 4 month old baby. We had such a lovely stay for 6 nights. Alba is so lovely and was so great with our kids. She’d hold our baby so we could eat dinner, play with our toddler etc. She gave us a toddler seat so he could sit higher at the table, the pool was lovely and so was the jacuzzi. It’s so peaceful there and amazing being surrounded by nature. It’s about 20 mins to get to Sigiriya but Alba always arranged a tuktuk for us which was nice and easy. Was great having free water too. We’re also vegan and Alba cooked us some great food which was appreciated! The beds are comfy, air con is good, towels are provided, cot was provided, mosquito nets, hot water. Would definitely stay again!

Esta muy bien ubicado, los apartamentos tienen todo lo necesario y la piscina es muy bonita, ademas, Alba se porto genial con nosotros y nos ayudo en todo lo que pudo, lo recomiendo mucho.

Es un eco resort increíble, tienes una cabaña enorme y preciosa para ti Esta muy Limpio y cuidado. La piscina esta super limpia y el agua fresca que te ayuda a resfrescarte y luego el jacuzzi te deja nuevo. Pero lo mejor es el Alma del Hotel, su proprietaries Alba una leonesa que como una Leona se preocupes por sis huespedes como si Ferran’s su familia. Nuestra experiencia en Sigiriya sin ella no hubiera sido lo mismo.

Dearest Alba, Hola ! we are sorry you had to wait a bit for the review , but here we are .. still enjoying the memories of our stay with you. You really think of everything and you are such a warm, welcoming person. The rooms are beautiful decorated and spacious, great shower (with separate wall unlike most places in Sri Lanka where you flood the bathroom while showering - not here ! ), the garden is well maintained and it has a lovely pool (where monkeys enjoy a drink :-) ) and even a jacuzzi - all food is made with love from Spanish to Sri Lankan dishes We just loved being at this place and easy to visit Sigiriya , Dambulla etc by TukTuk Always in our heart - love Dre & Anne

Hotel remanso de paz en medio de la selva. A poca distancia de Lion Rock. Anfitriones encantadores, te facilitan cualquier cosa y te aconsejan sobre todo. Comida exquisita preparada en el momento, mezcla entre lo tradicional esrilanqués y europea. Con una preciosa piscina rodeada de vegetación donde relajarse después de las rutas imprescindibles. Gracias Alba.

Estuvimos 3 noches en el hotel. Habitación muy limpia y las instalaciones tal y como se ven en las fotos. La propietaria nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos: alquiler de moto, autobuses, recomendaciones turísticas, etc. La comida estaba muy rica y la atención fue muy buena, siempre disponible para cualquier cosa. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Alma es encantadora y te hace sentir como en casa! Un oasis en medio de Sigiriya!! La calma que se respira es increíble!

Struttura bellissima curata in ogni dettaglio! la camera è molto ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. in totale la struttura offre solamente quattro suite molto ben distanziate, il che garantisce privacy a tutti. Piscina e idromassaggio all’aperto in un giardino tropicale stupendo. possibilità di fare colazione/pranzo/cena in loco. La proprietaria è fantastica, dovete conoscerla!

Very nice swimming pool. Good food. We were with the 4 of us and they arranged an extra matras which was really nice. We forgot a swimming short and the owner send it to Our next location. So sweet.

It is a little further from Sigiriya centre (20min tuktuk) but a nice drive

Absolutamente increíble. La dueña, Alba, una persona excepcional por ser de León, por su especial atencion y su gran arte en la cocina. Conoce el lugar y nos organizo muy buenas actividades. Puedes comer increíble allí además de descansar en un lugar que no olvidarás con la piscina y el jacusi. Repetiría sin dudarlo y espero poder hacerlo.

De omgeving en locatie is echt prachtig. Je ervaarde er een rust. Tuin word goed onderhouden. Huisjes zijn heel prettig, ook dat je je eigen zitje erbij hebt. De Spaanse eigenaresse heeft veel passie voor haar werk en heeft veel tips voor je. Er is ook heerlijk voor ons gekookt!

Sie hat sich fantastisch um uns gekümmert und uns in allen Fragen und der weiteren Organisation der Reise unterstützt! Nach jedem erlebnisreichen Tag hat uns Alba den Jacuzzi vorbereitet und wir durften entspannen! Die Häuser sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank Alba!

L’endroit est magnifique et tout le monde est au top

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’ambiance créée par Alba, ses conseils, la délicieuse nourriture espagnole et /ou srilankaise, la piscine, le jacuzzi. Tout !

Het huisje, het zwembad, de rust. Het personeel was zorgzaam en lief! Er werd toen we aankwamen binnen een half uur een safari voor ons geboekt. En dat was echt de moeite waard.

Het is iets uit de richting, dus je moet een tuk tuk of bus nemen om ergens heen te gaan. Maar dat vonden wij niet erg, want deze werd voor ons geregeld!

Abbiamo passato due notti indimenticabili al Sat Nam Village Hotel. Siamo stati accolti da Alba, la proprietaria, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Grande cuoca e gentilissima nell'aiutarci ad organizzare il nostro soggiorno. La zona è perfetta per visitare i siti di interesse ed è immersa nella natura.
