As a frequent Homewood Suites guest, I typically associate the brand with warm hospitality and comfortable accommodations. While the Apodaca location offered standard amenities, the staff's demeanor was notably different from what I'm accustomed to. The lack of warmth and engagement created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which was unexpected for a brand known for its welcoming environment. The hotel’s location near a shopping plaza was a convenient perk, allowing for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. Additionally, its proximity to the airport, with available airport transfers, was a plus. However, the early morning flight transfer limitation might be a drawback for some travelers. While the hotel's location and amenities are suitable for business travelers, the less-than-welcoming staff experience makes it less appealing for families seeking a warm and inviting stay.

En general bien, desayuno MUY rico. la única observación son las fundas de las almohadas están ya muy viejas y ásperas. Da la impresión que cambiaron las sábanas y faltó eso..

Clean/updated hotel, convenient location. Restaurant meals are nice, breakfast has nice selections, bar offers snacks after 6pm, staff is very friendly, gym is nice (elliptical, treadmill, spin bike, universal)..

All amenities supplied on-site and many options available via delivery and walking distance.

The area in general is still getting itself settled with heavy tourism but I really felt it was a nicer atmosphere during the day than larger cities in the country. I wish it the best of luck with its growth.

The cleanliness and I arrived early and they allow me n the room. This was great.

The Hotel, all the areas and my Room was great, clean and brand new, my problem is that they dont do what they offered to the customer, i did the a reservation with them because they offered me transportation to the airport, parking lot to my vehicle during my trip and transportation airport- hotel in my way back from trip just calling 24 hrs. in advanced for reservation like i did and at the time i arrived at the airport they never showed up to pick me up with my family, i called back to the hotel and the lady told me that they cant pick me up because they don't have Van for the transportation available and the question is why they didn't say anything when i did the reservation for that, and i dont care to pay for a taxi but i dont like to losse my time waiting for them and didn't show up thats all.

Very clean room and public areas in general. But the best was the people that works there from front desk to housekeepers. Very friendly and helpful.

Impressed with the courteous front desk staff mainly with a young man by the name of Abraham. He scheduled my Antigen test a few days before my arrival which was SO convenient for me. Our room was very clean and the hot complimentary breakfast was EXCELLENT. Great variety every morning.

My colleague recommended this property and it did not disappoint. It is located next to a big shopping mall (with a supermarket) which makes it easy to get food and other essentials. The property is quite new and the staff was very friendly during my stay. The room was spacious, well-laid out and clean (i like the ceiling fan!). There is a nice fitness center and enclosed outside patio area for work-out and relaxation. The complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold entries. The hotel also offers shuttle service to and from the airport (about 20 minutes each way). Be sure to call the hotel in advance to reserve the shuttle for pick up from airport since the shuttle does not run on a fixed schedule.

This was a great place to stay, easy to get to and from the airport. Everyone was very good to us.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a Major Road/intersection that goes to Downtown and the Airport, and adjacent to a Shopping Mall with many shops and restaurants, though not very high end, and with many, many choices for popular mexican food and also fast food, like Pizza, Subs and Salads. The Suite Room I used is smaller than I thought would be, but is quiet and clean, with good water pressure on Kitchen and Shower. The kitchen is very small, and it's difficult to navigate because it's located next to the entry door and the aisle is very narrow, overall it's good, as it has good pans and utensils. The bed was a Queen, but very comfy and extremely clean. TV has all the major US News channels and many entertainment and sports channels from Mexico and USA. The free breakfast buffet is small but the quality of the food is excellent, specially the fruit and yogurts and pastries. Also, there is some hot food, and sandwiches. There is also an evening reception on weekdays, where guests can enjoy a couple of free drinks (local beer and wine), plus some peanuts and small snacks. There is a very good Gym, which I also tried, the bike is specially good, with professional gym quality (I am an avid cyclist). Something I did not try is the pool, which is outdoors, not indoors as advertised in the web page.

Las instalaciones muy bien, el hotel es nuevo. El desayuno se sirve hasta las 10 am por lo que se llena el lugar. Lo terrible, fue que te cobran mas de lo esperado (30% mas) y no te dan una razón lógica; te cargan per-cortes a tu tarjeta sin sentido, siendo que dejaste un voucher abierto hasta tu check out.

Me gustó que tienen fogatita, el desayuno y que tienen que pasar la tarjeta en el elevador No me gustó que me hayan dicho un precio en el correo y a la mera hora me cobraron otro

Our stay was excellent in most ways however a couple of things prevent us from giving it a perfect score. The shower drain did not drain there by flooding the bathroom. And they messed up our shuttle departure time. Not major issues but nevertheless issues that prevented me from giving it a perfect score.

This hotel failed on all counts and is not ready for business. The stench of raw sewage in the room was overpowering, the floor was filthy, and the refrigerator, though functional, had been turned off and was at room temperature when we arrived. Though I had reserved a shuttle several days in advance, it was not there when we arrived, nor did the hotel staff provide any instruction as to where to expect it. Since we had an early departure the next morning, we expected to eat a quick breakfast at 6am when it was supposedly open. By the time we had to leave at 6:30am, breakfast still had not been served and we left without having eaten. Stay away from this mess of a hotel - there are MANY lodging options in Monterrey, most much closer to the airport.

It was great. Very clean, and well kept. The frist night there we did have an issue with the a/c , but we where changed to a diffrent room and from there everthing was smooth. We will sure use this hotel again. Shower was very nice.

Excellent hotel, with excellent service... we spent just one night at the hotel, but the experience was amazing..... after a long day traveling with children from Houston to Monterrerrey staying in a clean hotel with an excellent Customer Service that’s all I can ask for, thank you Angie for taking care of us with such patience and thank you to the hotel’s manager by stopping by to talk to us while we were having dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, it was a really nice gesture.

Was a nice stay At Homewood suites Mty Apodaca, very helpfull frontdesk, inmaculate breakfast and beayufil instalations. Is a nice option if you need visit bear by companies or visiting Monterrey maybe a early fligth from the city airport.

Next to a large mall with many good restaurants. Not far from airport. Lots of traffic on the access roads during commuting hours.

The staff was outstanding Alexis at the front counter did an outstanding job in make our stay excellent and, Angie was so accommodating during breakfast. The hotel was clean and staff were all so friendly I would highly recommend staying. Location was great, close to a mall and not far from airport.

I stayed at this hotel before, and was satisfied. But the menu in the restaurant has expanded and the staff is still as great as they were before. It is a great hotel to stay at, the proximity to restaurants and shopping is perfect. I normally dreaded working in Monterrey when I stayed downtown, but it is not bad when I stay here. Full kitchen, a real fridge and freezer, and helpful staff. The last one is especially important because my Spanish is terrible. I would definitely recommend it, I had zero problems in the hotel.

My wife and I have recently stay at the HomeWood Suites in Apodaca, the hotel is new and in great condition, but because of the new style I believe is smaller than anticipated for a homewood Suites. I am often used to the large room, with living room and full kitchen, this has all of that but is compacted in a smaller footprint, the hotel is also attach to the Hampton Inn Apodaca, but I believe is all one single building, share reception and commons space. The common areas are very good, a great exterior/Outdoor space, with seating areas, fire pits and more to offer, very welcoming... The complementary breakfast in the mornings was really good with different options to choose from, we found it to be a very attractive selection and also it added value to our stay not having to be outside looking for other places to have breakfast. We also utilized the Fitness room while there and even though a bit on the smaller size it offers a bit of everything you need, from Cardio to Strength equipment. Finally the staffing was always cordial and helpful, with a great smile and always willing to assist when prompt or needed, not going above and beyond but perfectly meet anyone’s expectations. I am sure we will be back if staying in the area definitely the HomeWood Suites will be our selección of Hotel to stay. Jose & Barbara Ruiz.

I've been staying here for 4 days already and I have no complaints. It's located within a shopping center and there is a lot near by and close to the expressway, so you can drive to surrounding areas. Very close to apodacas centro and about 20 mins to el centro de monterrey. The hotel has a free shuttle that takes guest, at no cost to nearby areas. They have a pretty good breakfast every morning included with your stay. You can ask for omelets or your eggs any special way. The rooms are clean, the hotel smells great and a nice pool. It is hot because there is no shade over the pool and a nice gym. I will definitely come back again. Me gusta Plus the beds and ac are great. In monterrey you need a good ac.
