Good location, comfortable bed, nice treats.

Tiny toilet and shower. Very difficult to pull up my pants or pick up a bottle of shampoo that fell. Not good for plus sized people. Ok for slim folks.

Stanza accogliente e con ogni comfort, anche accappatoio e salviette per il trucco. Ottima posizione e molto comoda per girare a piedi per il centro di Lisbona.

Ubicación muy buena. El establecimiento muy acogedor y cuidan mucho los detalles. Obsequiaron con botella de vino de bienvenida y pastosas de forma diaria. La habitación también dispone de cafetera y nevera pequeña, que se agradece mucho.

It is a cosy clean comfortable room, located perfectly to provide easy acess both to Baxia, Rossi and Alfama. The room though being small, includes every facility required. The owners refill the treats every day and also offered a complimentary bottle of wine. They provide full instructions before arrival so you can easily self acess. Thanks for everything.

If you have lot of luggage, no elevator and 2 floors needed to be climbed. But I knew it and had only a cabin luggage, so not a problem for me. The only thing needed to be corrected is the luggage store facility, which seems available at the description, however it is only available when they have free room. So the description should be corrected accordingly.

La posizione comodissima in pieno centro, la pulizia e l’accoglienza. La proprietaria ci ha fornito istruzioni facilissime e chiarissime per accedere all’appartamento, lasciandoci in camera anche una bottiglia di vino rosso in omaggio. Appartamento nuovissimo e letto veramente comodo.

Il bagno un po’ piccolo, ma comunque funzionale e dotato anche di crema corpo.

My parents ended up booking another hotel. Didn’t stay at the property couldn’t get any assistance with luggage. Unfortunately no elevator and they’re at age unable to lift.

Diminuto los baños,las instalaciones de acceso horribles,parecía que se iban a caer las escaleras de acceso,pusimos el secador y se fue la luz de todas las habitaciones,los desagües no colaban bien y ducharse era toda una heroicidad entre lo diminuto que era el baño y el desagüe que no colaban

We really enjoyed our stay at BinB Lisbon. Beautiful room with cheese plate and wine as a welcome gift, the bed was really comfortable and the check in was easy. location right in the city with many shops and restaurants in walking distance, I can only recommend!

Great location for exploring central Lisboa but on a quiet street.

I didn’t check my messages carefully and did not have check in instructions. Luckily, someone was entering and the staff responded to my message quickly.

No me gustó la atención sinceramente, no me quisieron ayudar cuando reservé una noche de más por error, una noche les hablé a las 23 porque necesitaba cambiar las sábanas y no me respondieron hasta las 9. No es un hotel es una casa de hospedaje. No tiene ascensor y es todo muy pequeño apenas cabía en la ducha habitación etc. la entrada parece un edificio abandonado. No repetiría le doy un 5,5/10

Bett ist so groß wie das Zimmer, man bekommt nicht mal ein Koffer auf. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr dünn, komplettes Telefonat mitbekommen und 2 h nachts und jeder der vom feiern heim gekommen ist.

lovely owners who were very communicative! made check in and arrival extremely easy. when we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine waiting on the table for us which we enjoyed over a pastel de nata that we took back to the room with us while sitting in cushy white robes overlooking the balcony. 10/10 experience! before we left, we also enjoyed the complimentary nespresso in cute little espresso glasses. conveniently located .2 miles from the center of the city, it was an easy 5-6 minute walk from the station. would come back here again and again and again!

The rooms itself were lovely & exceptionally clean. However, I booked the King suite which stated 2 bathrooms but it only had one small shower room. Plus it stated a balcony, so you assume you could sit out on the balcony. But it was a Juliette balcony, so very misleading. The photos also gave the impression the room had more space but ours was so small we kept bumping into each other.

Far too small & was noisy from the street below & also in the building. No room to put your case plus to open the balcony shutters, you had to move the table which was infant of the doors.

camera estremamente piccola! il bagno non è un bagno.. è diviso in 3 parti con un lavandino a ridosso del letto, il wc è in un angolo che se solo sei un pò sovrappeso non entri, la doccia in un'altra nicchia. Se si hanno bagagli grossi o pesanti la scala per salire non è particolarmente agevole e non c'è ascensore la camera di per sè è carina e pulita ma manca lo spazio...

The room was extremely small. In the shower room you could not even bend down. It was advertised as "suite with balcony", but the balcony was so small only one person could stand on it and as far as the "view" it was facing a five-story derelict building, The entrance and the stairwell were ugly. The coffee machine and the safety deposit box did not work. The price was excessive for the quality advertised. A 3-star hotel next door was much better and far cheaper, with the same good location. Overall, B in B was very disappointing. We felt robbed.

Was not ready on time and we were left in a stairwell after the staff knowing we were there. They also don’t tell you in advance if booking that there is no parking available onsite which was park of the reason for booking the property. The water in the room was not replaced, there was no coffee and no milk and the fridge was not cold. The staff were not available at the property to speak to at anytime during the day

Also zunächst konnte ich das Hotel trotz per WhatsApp gesendetem Standort nicht finden! Es gibt keinerlei Schild! Nur ein grünes Tor (von dem ich zwar ein Video erhalten habe, aber ich habe nach einem "Hotel Schild" gesucht)-> habe es dann aber gefunden! Ich war nur für 1 Nacht dort mit einem kleinen Rucksack, also für mich ok! Aber es gibt keinen Kleider Schrank und auch keine Gepäckablage für einen großen Koffer! Ich war alleine, und hab alles auf die andere Seite vom Bett gelegt. Also für 1 Nacht 0 Problem! Bei einem Aufenthalt von 1 Woche hätte ich mich aber so nicht mehr wohl gefühlt!

W pokoju klimatyzacja nie działa, ekspres do kawy nie działa, woda w prysznicu i umywalce nie spływa do kanalizacji ale stoi. Na żyrandolu została folia. To wszystko co zauważyłem. Nie rekompensuje to komfortu pobytu za taką cenę. Dramatycznie mały pokój!

I stayed only one night but the experience was a nice one. The had everything i need it and more. Very good interaction with the staff.

No option to store luggage upon check-out! This was only communicated very late. Room wasn't very clean 😕 Communication via WhatsApp was ok, although the cleaning lady doesn't speak English and we didnt see anyone else around.

Het bed is helemaal goed. En midden in de stad is heel erg fijn. Alles was dichtbij.

De douche was wel heel erg klein. Regendouche was goed, maar om de handdouche te kunnen gebruiken moest je een soort acrobaat zijn.

Letícia é uma ótima anfitriã. Me forneceu todos os dados para chegada e ainda me acompanhou durante o percurso. Localização ótima, peguei metrô no aeroporto, desci na Alameda e peguei a linha verde até Martin Moniz. Caminhei 500 metros e estava no local. No centro de Lisboa próximo de tudo. Fiquei somente uma noite entre um Vôo e outro. Mas não excitarei em voltar uma próxima vez. Quando você abre a porta do apartamento recebe uma grande surpresa. Quarto lindo, de muito bom gosto, limpo e organizado. Fiquei impressionada com o que uma pessoa pode realizar com tao bom gosto. Roupas de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade, noite silenciosa, cama boa. E a delicadeza de me receber com um vinho. Cantinho do café …. Todos os detalhes encantam. Não estou exagerando.

The fact that it was not ideal for 3 people space wise, the extra bed was touching the ground. There were no slippers and also the wc was very small and the flush was leaking. Also glass was found on the floor.

Se devo trovare una pecca, il check-in tardivo dalle 15 senza la possibilità di depositare i bagagli prima e stessa problematica post check-out. Hanno comunque ovviato al problema proponendo un locker a pagamento a pochi centinaio di metri dal B&B.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist toll und wenn man für 2-3 Tage Lissabon erkunden möchte, reicht das kleine Zimmer - zumindest für ein Paar - aus, da man ja meistens unterwegs ist. Für Nicht-Paare ist das das Bett unserer Meinung nach zu schmal. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht zum Schlafen geeignet, daher war es für uns- zwei Freundinnen - etwas schwierig. Obwohl zwei unterschiedliche Zimmergrößen und Ausstattungen angegeben sind, hatten wir kein größeres Zimmer als andere, obwohl es bei der Buchung so angegeben wurde. Man darf keine helles Zimmer erwarten, da die dem Fenster gegenüber liegende Wand sehr nah ist und kein Licht ins Zimmer lässt. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir ganztags unterwegs waren. Es waren Tee, Kaffee, Wein und Käse als nette Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer vorhanden als wir angereist sind. Es war alles sauber und das Bett war - für eine Person - bequem.

Kein nutzbares Schlafsofa vorhanden.

This place is exceptionally well located and the hosts have thought of everything. There is great attention to detail and it’s spotlessly clean. It’s uniquely situated inside an old building and it’s clear that a lot of thought and consideration has gone into it. While small, our room had everything!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lisbonne. Chambre rénovée avec goût, literie confortable et présence appréciable d’une climatisation réversible. Petit frigo, bouilloire et cafetière à disposition. Demande de chambre à un étage inférieur respectée, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Chambre et salle d’eau extrêmement petites, peu adaptées aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou de forte corpulence. Température de l’eau insuffisante (tiède à froide). Odeur de peinture à l’arrivée (heureusement dissipée après aération). Isolation phonique très insuffisante : nuisances importantes dès tôt le matin (bruits de portes, pas, valises, autres occupants). Absence de proposition de petit-déjeuner malgré les photos de l’annonce. Le geste de la bouteille de vin est appréciable mais peu pratique ; une collation aurait été plus adaptée. Pas de consigne bagages sur place (orientation vers des solutions extérieures payantes).

We had a pleasant stay in B in B Downtown Suites. The apartment is clean and well equipped for a short, 2 or 3 nights staying. The apartment main advantage is that the old town city centre. The shops, and restaurants, museums are only 5-15 minutes walk from the apartment, the bus and train stations are 2 minuts walks from the apartment. Leticia and the staff of the apartment are kind and helpful.

la verdad es que me lleve una decepción, ya que la habitación es extremadamente pequeña, el baño y la ducha también, a tal nivel que llega a ser incómodo. eso no lo describen bien, la atención de la administración muy buena.

la habitacion es muy pequeña, y esta ubicada en un lugar céntrico, pero habían muchos drogadictos en el pasaje donde esta ubicado, todos los dias habian drogadictos consumiendo.

Sehr zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr geschmackvolle Ausstattung der Zimmer; als Begrüßung wartet eine Flasche Wein auf die Gäste. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
