The building aesthetics are amazing.

The air conditioning is not working. And the staff is not properly trained to address customer complaints in a good manner.

Beautiful, spacious property on the edge of the city. The hills were filled with of peacocks.

We had the most wonderful stay at the hotel. It has a heritage feel and very quiet. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. There is sufficient space outdoors to take a stroll and for kids to play around. The food was good but could have been better.

Daniel and the entire staff provide the best service you will find. The place is very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast is good and varied. Definitely a place to return to.

This is a wonderful hotel made so special by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and each and every guest is always greeted with a smile be it from the reception or the ladies sweeping the leaves in the garden

Que dire? Que notre séjour a été parfait et incroyable. L'hôtel est calme, propre et les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le plus de cet hôtel est le personnel d'une incroyable disponibilité et gentillesse. Que ce soient les personnes qui nettoient les chambres, ou celles qui s'occupent du petit déjeuner au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et du restaurant au 4ème étage. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et riche, adapté aux touristes étrangers et locaux. Il en est de même pour les menus proposés. Les cuisiniers sont de vrais chefs et les portions sont copieuses. Tous les repas que nous avons consommés étaient délicieux et excellents. Je remercie tout le monde et plus particulièrement monsieur Capil, qui par sa générosité, nous a permis de passer un incroyable séjour.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY SUMPTUOUS AND WELL LAID. PROPERTY WAS HAVING NICE SCENIC SURROUNDINGS THOUGH LOCATION WISE IT WAS AT FAR END OF UDAIPUR CITY. ROOM WAS OF GOOD SIZE AND BATH AREA WAS WELL PLANNED.

WE HOWEVER DID NOT LIKE TOILET SEAT WHOSE FLUSH MECHANISM WAS MAKING LOUD NOISE ON USE. NIGHT BEFORE OUR CHECK OUT CENTRAL AC GOT DEFECTIVE AND WE HAD TO SPEND NIGHT RESTLESSLY. THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE SOME ELECTRICIAN ON DUTY TO ATTEND SUCH URGENCIES.

The facility was great with amazing views, very near to the Kumbhalgarh fort. The room was clean. There were arrangements for my driver to stay. The chef made me some customised local cuisine. The hotel staff was friendly. But THERE WAS A RAT IN MY ROOM.

Beautiful property with heritage charm. Nice gardens and two pools. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Staff all amazing. We had a great time there away from the city noise but only 5 min drive from the old town. Activities for the kids (archery, shooting) were a nice and unexpected plus to the trip. Highly recommend.

The location is outside this city which is a plus for the quite but need to have transport to reach the city center and old city. Service is good. The food is great.

The breakfast can have more options to suit all guests.

This is a brilliant boutique hotel on a huge property. The property itself is beautiful and looks like an old haveli- the views from the rooms and the rooftop is outstanding. On a clear day you can see Sajjangarh from there. Loved the gardens and the size of the rooms. No issues with hot water and the breakfast was also quite nice.

I liked the property being away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still near enough to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and did everything for you. Water is excellent as heated with solar panel. My daughter wanted to stay forever.

Food was very good. One of the gentleman at reception was great with kids. Property has impressive grounds and views. Drinks prices are pretty good for a hotel.

Room we were given was on third floor - chairs being dragged at night (restaurant directly above on fourth floor) and lift shaft being next to us kept us awake for several hours. To top it off someone decided to have a long conversation in the corridor which due to size and construction design results in a lot of echo.

We had a very comfortable stay at Fateh Niwas. The property is middle of nice landscape and is very peaceful. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfast very much unlike the standard buffet breakfast

If you happen to stay at any place in old city and then come here you definitely will miss the vibe. Its a very quiet place away from the city hustle. There isn't much around to entertain yourself(you will need a ride to go around). The staff was pleasant and courteous, but service at the restaurant was very slow. Food was pretty good, loved the Laal Maas they served. Its a place , if you like extreme quietness or you go ingroup and have good company .

The hotel charged us Rs.60 for every glass of milk we ordered for my toddler(20 months old) given the food for children below age 2 is free of cost, I was quiet taken aback by this gesture. When we brought this to notice they said they charge half for toddler. so on a regular basis that would be Rs.120 for a glass of milk , really!!

Beautiful well-maintained garden surrounding the property, historic artefacts and furniture adding a retro flair to the property, spacious and clean room and bathroom, good ventilation, view over Monsoon Palace from the balcony, roof-top terrace/swimming pool. But most importantly - very attentive and friendly/polite staff, who were very accomodating when it came to our requests.

Food is good, hotel property is awesome. It's maintained properly.

Food service is very slow and there is no proper air conditioning in the breakfast area. There is very less staff to handle the guests in food area(breakfast & dinner).

The people staying in the neighboring rooms were very noisy and were running and shouting in the hallways till Midnight but the hotel staff did nothing even after repeated complaints

The location and hotel building was good. A little far away from main city but not too far. The breakfast spread had lots of choices but quality of food needs improvement.

There is no local Rajasthani entertainment program organised though the hotel has a nice and big garden.

Awesome place and comfortable stay. It's huge property to spend a good time with ur loved ones.

It's far from the place, If u have car it's okay. If not better to come property before 7pm.
