The room was fantastic and the shower was exceptional.

Struttura comoda vicino alle spiagge di Uppuveli, camere pulite e staff sempre pronto ad aiutare gli ospiti. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia e in un giorno era tutto pronto. Top!

Consiglierei di fare qualche mini operazione di manutenzione.

Location was OK, and staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and AC worked well.

The bathroom didn't have any products (shampoo etc), and only a small not-good soap. Electricity was flickering and wifi didn't work well.

Camera “deluxe” identica a camera normale ma con spazi inutilmente grandi e vuoti: bagno enorme ma con lavandino in un angolo e soffione doccia nell angolo opposto, stop. Neanche un posto per appoggiare le proprie cose.

Goede locatie aan het strand! Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam. Manager Majith staat altijd voor je klaar en regelt alles snel! Kamer ( 307) is familie kamer welke ruim is met prima balkon en uitzicht op de zee. Aanrader!

Pulizia, Wi-Fi, condizionatori molto arrugginiti in balcone e soprattutto una finestra che dalla camera si affaccia sul corridoio (a cosa serve!?) e una finestra a griglia aperta che dal bagno affaccia sul corridoio (ma stiamo scherzando!?)

Not super clean. Shower was moldy. Some beds had some little insects. Doors are not good isolated, it was loud in the evening.

Hotel a pie de playa y a 5 minutos en moto del centro. La habitación era grande y limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. El personal fue amable en todo momento y Abdul nos ayudó en todo.

Wifi un poco lento y la presión del agua intermitente. Personal un poco ruidoso. No se recomienda usar la lavandería.

Posizione fronte spiaggia, nuova struttura.

Aria condizionata non troppo potente per rinfrescare la stanza, piena di vetrate che scaldavano con il sole. Tende alle vetrate leggere e tantissima luce al mattino. Nel bagno mancava l’infisso della finestra e c’era molto caldo, oltre ad essere la stanza piena di mosche e insetti vari.

En general, tot correcte. Tenen un servei molt bo. Estem molt contents amb la nostra estada.

De gordijnen deden niet veel. Het was ‘s ochtends dus heel erg licht in de kamer. Ook waren er veel blaffende honden in de nacht en was het erg gehorig.

Great hotel. Comfortable and clean, room bright and airy. Having a balcony was a bonus. Great view over beach. Staff extremely accommodating, warm and welcoming. Nothing was ever any trouble. From organising tuk tuk, tours and recommending place to go. Our three night stay was not long enough. Hotel is away from main road down a quiet lane. Area safe. Beautiful sunrise.

Bathroom looks recently renovated but they missed the shower, in desperate need of replacing. One other thing was please sat outside our room til after midnight on our first night and were quite noisy. The next two night were a little quieter. Having to pay for extra water. Only one bottle given for a three day stay.

La struttura è situata sul mare, le camere sono spaziose e hanno una vista sul mare stupenda. Sulla spiaggia di fronte all’hotel è possibile assistere alla cerimonia della pesca locale, alla quale abbiamo anche partecipato. Molto emozionante! I servizi extra come la lavanderia, sono eccezionali. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Personal hat uns oft auf Touren angesprochen, nicht aufdringlich aber regelmässig Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt Licht im ganzen Haus ist sehr kalt

Het waren mooie kamers. Echter waren de 3 persoons kamers flink ruimer dan de twee persoons kamers. Locatie is aan het strand in de buurt bij leuke eet tentjes. Airco werkt goed.

De douche was niet helemaal top. Hele kleine straal en de thermostaat geeft eigenlijk alleen maar lauw water. Het ontbijt is pas vanaf 8:00 uur, dus mocht je een vroege activiteit hebben, kun je niet ontbijten. De receptie is niet de volledige dag geopend, niet erg, maar is dus soms wel even wachten.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel zweckmäßig aber altmodisch und sehr nüchtern eingerichtet. Der Blick ist spektakulär schön auf den Strand. Es sind auch nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel, dafür war alles super.

Wir hätten uns Sitzgelegenheiten und einen Kleiderschrank oder einen Kleiderständer im Zimmer gewünscht, wenn unser Aufenthalt länger gewesen wäre.

The view was incredible, with the beach right on our doorstep. The location was perfect too, just a few minutes’ walk from the main tourist street, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service, especially from Majid at the front desk. Nothing was ever too much to ask. He arranged our taxi, organized our trip to Pigeon Island at the best price (I highly recommend booking directly through him), and even helped us when my suitcase got stuck and wouldn’t open. Thank you so much, Majid, you truly made our stay unforgettable. You are the real star of this hotel!

Ik heb een prettig verblijf gehad. De kamer en badkamer waren beide ruim en comfortabel. Het is fijn dat het hotel strandlakens beschikbaar stelt, zodat je die niet zelf hoeft mee te nemen. Ook was de medewerker van het hotel erg vriendelijk en goed telefonisch bereikbaar als je vragen had. Daarnaast is er een wasservice aanwezig die goed betaalbaar is, wat erg handig is tijdens een langer verblijf.

Het enige wat ik miste op de kamer was een kledingkast en een fatsoenlijk kofferrek of bankje. In plaats daarvan stond er alleen een eenvoudige campingtafel, wat niet erg praktisch was. Daarnaast ligt het hotel vrij ver van de gezellige strandtentjes. Gelukkig zijn taxi’s niet duur, waardoor je er alsnog gemakkelijk kunt komen. Verder is het hotel erg gehorig. Nadat ik dit had aangegeven bij de receptie, is hier gelukkig iets aan gedaan en was de geluidsoverlast in de ochtenduren duidelijk minder.

Nice location and clean room. It's a very calm area but still close to bars and the commercial area (either a nice walk on the beach or a short tuk tuk ride). Majid was super helpful and nice!

The TV kept muting itself, so we gave up on it. Internet would stop working sometimes (like at every place we stayed at), but after a few minutes of letting Majid know, it would work again.

Excellent location. You can wake up watching the beach sun rise from your bed. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

This property is in a location right beside the fisherman’s beach. It’s just a 15–20 minute walk along the beach (or a quick 10 minute tuk-tuk ride) to the main Uppuveli beach area. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful.

La vue magnifique depuis la chambre au 4e étage. Énormément d'espace dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Lit hyper confortable. Le petit balcon est génial pour regarder les pêcheurs en fin de journée. Nous avons loué un scooter avec eux, tout s'est très bien passé. Machine à café disponible à l'accueil.

La corrosion laisse des marques de rouille sur l'équipement de la salle de bain, mais des rénovations sont en cours dans l'immeuble. Une lumière extérieure sur le balcon le soir serait la bienvenue. Un petit frigo dans la chambre aussi. Peu de choix de restaurants aux alentours. Rien de dramatique, le séjour était vraiment superbe!

The Manager was super helpful in booking activities. The room had a great view of the sea which was great for sunrises.

The beach the property opens onto is the fisherman area so not really a place to swim.

De folk der arbejdede på stedet, vil gøre alt for, at du får et godt ophold og får det bedste ud af din tid i Trincomalee. Så er der den sødeste tuk-tuk chauffør Kumar der gerne kører dig hvorhen du vil, han er stabil, venlig og dejligt selskab. Kumar er tilknyttet hotellet. Stranden er super skøn☀️

Good property for the price. Had a lovely walk on the beach but unfortunately the tide was too strong to have a swim. Nice balcony to sit out on to watch the sea. Not much else in the area so you will to take a Tuk Tuk to eat out.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel owner is exceptionally hospitable; even though we arrived very late, he was still waiting at the hotel to welcome us. Although there is no elevator, the front desk and staff proactively helped carry our heavy luggage—their service was both thoughtful and attentive. We booked two rooms: one twin room and one double room on the 4th floor. The double room on the 4th floor has a balcony with completely unobstructed views, offering a direct and stunning overlook of the beautiful, spectacular beach. During our stay, on the second day, we were treated to an incredibly gorgeous sunrise that moved us deeply with its beauty. Also, since our schedule that day was tight and we only returned to the hotel around noon, the hotel allowed us to extend our check-out until 2:00 PM for an additional fee. This gave us time to freshen up and rest briefly before continuing our journey. It's this combination of magnificent views and understanding service that made us truly appreciate this hotel. We sincerely recommend it to other travelers.

The staff should have informed us about the public terrace on the 4th floor — it offers stunning views and a refreshing breeze. It would be even better if some lounge chairs were placed there; that would make it absolutely perfect.

La posizione è fronte mare, con vista dal balcone perfetta per vedere l'alba sul mare. La camera era spaziosa e il personale molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha sempre aiutato per qualsiasi cosa.

Purtroppo gli standard di pulizia non sono quelli europei anche se non posso dire che era tanto sporco. Il wifi non funziona benissimo

La posizione, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5 minuti da Uppuveli. Servizio lavanderia a disposizione e rapido. Lo staff è estremamente disponibile e di aiuto, ci hanno permesso di utilizzare una camera di servizio per una rapida doccia anche dopo il check out.

La camera ha tutto il necessario, ma è abbastanza basic, anche nelle finiture (finestre non nuovissime, assenza di armadio o spazio per appoggiare le valigie, se non per terra)
