Lady was very friendly upon arrival and departure, the room was immaculate and left us feeling like we didn't ever want to leave! Facilities inside were top tier and we have absolutely no complaints. Well stocked up and felt like a home away from home. Been visiting this location for a few years now and it never fails to impress me and the Mrs. Will definitely be visiting again in the future and can't wait for our next visit. Keep doing what you're doing because it is working and working well! :)

That we were a small walk from everything we wanted to do, was easy to get to, clean rooms n services. Overall the experience was top!

It got a little warm and the windows only open slightly so maybe if we could have a fan with us would be perfect.

Just a bit noisy on the night. Young children, was a bit noisy for them but we understood that this isn’t the fault of the the property oweners.

The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and in the perfect spot with sea views and a few minutes walk from Pleasure Beach.

The apartment could do with a coffee table while sitting on the sofa instead of putting cups on the floor.

The noise, I've stayed here previously and was upstairs on this occasion we were down stairs and although their was no outside noise. However people coming in the door was being slammed at least 6 times after and you could hear people talking loudly as they entered plus could hear them opening their rooms and slamming doors. Could hear children running up and down outside our room. I am guessing this was due to the location of the room as previously never heard any noise. The pull down sofa beds were also very uncomfortable and neither person sleeping in them had much sleep. The bedroom bed however was very comfortable

Exactly as described on the pictures. Tram stops right outside the accommodation and there was next to no noise which was surprising to say we were on the seafront.

It was a little further up than we thought but the tram station directly opposite and they come every 10’mins

The apartment was very nice. Modern, clean, it had everything we needed. It was ideally placed as we were heading to lytham festival. Tram and bus stop across the road and shop for supplies nearby. Self check in and out was easy, the information from coastal plaza was great, received an email with full instructions and had no issues at all.

The 2 lovely ladies at reception were so friendly. Spacious modern rooms that are spotlessly clean and sufficiently equipped kitchenette. Fantastic location if going to the Pleasure Beach with a tram and bus stop right across the road.

The property manager was absolutely lovely. She made sure we were going to be ok as she doesn’t stay on the property. The place was bright, very clean and well equipped with a microwave and fridge. The bed was comfy annd more than enough pillows. Even though there was no air conditioning, opening the windows was more than enough with the sea breeze. The security of the front entrance and the room door was terrific as well, we really felt safe. There was plenty of information to get us through our 4 night stay. If l come back to Blackpool l will definitely stay here. Thanks for a great stay.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like except that with the sun up at 5 and so were we, the room was so bright that you had to get up. The bedroom could use some lock out even tint on the window. But other than that we could not fault it.

The property was super clean. And in a great location.

Only thing I noticed was no coat/jacket hooks.

Our second time staying here with our 3 children, apartments are spacious and well laid out and accommodates us well without us feeling like a pack of sardines cramped together.

We’ve yet to find a fault :)

The property was lovely and clean, just the right size for 3 adults, very welcoming by the owners and shown us the property and where everything was, very nice as you don’t normally get that, two lovely owners aswel. The property is located in a great place, nice and quite and hearing the sea at night was a bonus for me. Train station is a 3min walk away (Blackpool pleasure beach station). Easy access to get in and out of the property by using a fob.

The room was beautiful. When we arrived we were greeted by a lady who was lovely and very helpful.she showed us round and told us where everything was. It was in a perfect location for us with us having two children, very quiet. It had everything we needed. We took out own firestick and worked great on the main television.

Good location, car park, clean, modern, friendly staff, WiFi, big smart tv, good size fridge, toaster, kettle, big shower.

Both beds not very comfy, to be expected from sofa bed, but ok for one night.

Bathroom was very small and a bit noisey throughout the building late on the night with other people returning.

It was perfect for myself and my partner and our 3 children. it was clean, spacious and had a little kitchen to be able to cook in.

The only down side is that non of the apps would work on any of the smart tv’s so we were very limited to choice.

Not sure if the windows were new but they hadnt been sealed from the inside and the draft was terrible. The heaters arent as warm at the temperature on them. Wouldnt use again, in the summer months.

The location was good

There were no openable windows in one of the bedrooms which made being in there unbearable in the 32 degree heat. Also sleeping in there was impossible we ended up on the floor in the main living area. Even with that the windows in the living area weren’t helpful as the didn’t open much at all. We did reach out to the staff via this app but they weren’t very helpful. We ended up checking out a day early as the kids couldn’t sleep due to the heat and humidity in the apartment. They definitely need to sort out ventilation in the property.

Ideal location by the sea, plenty of spaces in the car park, very easy out of hours check in and had a quick response from the staff whenever I messaged them. Very modern which is rare in Blackpool.

Need more throughly cleaning, our feet were black after walking 5 minutes on the floor. Both blinds could not be pulled up as they were broken. Under the sofa in the living room was filthy, including an old dirty fork. Definitely needs a deep clean.

Easy to find place, on my arrival day had plenty parking spaces, easy to pay for it. Rooms are spacious with nice comfy beds, i slept on sofa bed a little squeaky, but i think because of new. Location was perfect for us, as we had Plesure Beach booked that day, we had a nice walk for food later. Or tram stop just cross the road available.

We couldn’t get the tv to work with the apps for the children to watch tv. Would prefer blackout blinds as it felt like we slept with the light on due to the street lights or sign lights outside the room.

Everything was great, had a issue with the window in suite 8 and the staff sorted it out asap by supplying another room and got the window sorted the next day!

The bedroom just off the living area could do with having a door, specially when sharing with family, could possibly get small appliances like a store away hob but only little things that didn’t do any harm

The location and a decent sized, well equipped apartment. Clean apartment and comfortable beds.

External factors, which could happen anywhere... the wind kept the boys awake on the sofa bed, literally howling through the windows. Although the bedroom was sheltered from the wind, the girls were woken at midnight by a couple having a massive domestic (above, behind, I couldn't tell) and my daughter was so frightened she wanted to go home 😪. These are external factors and out of our control.

Really lovely apartment, great location for the pleasure beach

The windows/patio doors haven’t been sealed properly it was really windy, made the apartment cold and wind whistling allnight.

Tram stop straight outside the apartment, which means you are in a quieter spot and travel in to the central area. Excellent for family, parking is available £10 per night, but is a safe out your door carpark.
